Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Verschalen von Wandungen (1) eines Tunnels (2) mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Tunnelquerschnitt (A, B) mit Hilfe einer in zumindest eine seitliche Schalung (5) und eine Deckenkalotte (6) aufteilbaren und mit einem Schalwagen (7) verfahrbaren Schalung (8), wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfaßt:a) Wegbewegen der seitlichen Schalung (5) von der fertiggestellten Wandung (1) und Absenken des Schalwagens (7), nachdem der Beton im betonierten Abschnitt (9) des Tunnels (2) hinreichende Festigkeit erlangt hat.b) Lösen der Deckenkalotte (6) zur Herstellung einer Tunneldecke des einen Tunnelquerschnitts (A) vom Schalwagen (7) und Verfahren des Schalwagens (7) in einen angrenzenden Tunnelbereich mit dem anderen Tunnelquerschnitt (B).c) Aufsetzen einer Deckenkalotte (11) zur Herstellung einer Tunneldecke (12) mit dem anderen Tunnelquerschnitt (B) auf den Schalwagen (7) und Anpassen der seitlichen Schalung (5) und der Deckenkalotte (11) auf das Sollmaß des anderen Tunnelquerschnitts (B).d) Ausbetonieren des Hohlraums (13) zwischen der Schalung (8) und der Tunnelwand.e) Wiederholen der Verfahrensschritte a) bis d).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckenkalotte (6) zur Herstellung einer Tunneldecke (10) des Tunnelquerschnitts (A) in einem bereits erstellten, ausgehärteten Bereich (15) des Tunnels (2) an der Wandung (1) befestigt wird und temporär dort verbleibt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckenkalotte (6) zur Herstellung einer Tunneldecke (10) des Tunnelquerschnitts (A) auf dem abgesenkten Schalwagen (7) an die Stelle gefahren wird, an der die Deckenkalotte (6) an der Wandung (1) temporär verbleibt und der Schalwagen (7) ohne die Deckenkalotte (6) in einen neu zu erstellenden Abschnitt (16) des Tunnels (2) gefahren wird, worauf sich die Verfahrensschritte c), d) und e) anschließen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckenkalotte (11) zur Herstellung der Tunneldecke (12) des Tunnelquerschnitts (B) im eingefalteten Zustand unter einem Nachbehandlungswagen (17) hindurch in Richtung des neu zu erstellenden Tunnelabschnitts (16) zu dem Schalwagen (7) oder unter dem Schalwagen (7) hindurch transportiert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tunnelquerschnitte (A, B) unterschiedlich, insbesondere unterschiedlich groß sind. - Schalung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalhaut (18) der seitlichen Schalung (5) mit Hydraulikzylindern (19) dem Tunnelquerschnitt (A, B) angepaßt ist und für jeden Tunnelquerschnitt (A, B) eine Deckenkalotte (6, 11) entsprechender Größe vorgesehen ist und die Deckenkalotten (6, 11) so faltbar sind, daß sie unter einen Nachbehandlungswagen (17) und den Schalwagen (7) hindurchtransportiert werden können und die Schalhaut (18) der seitlichen Schalung (5) mindestens ein Gelenk (20) aufweist, das es ermöglicht, den unteren Teil (21) der Schalhaut (18) der seitlichen Schalung (5) ins Tunnelinnere (22) zu klappen.
