Abstract
Description
Diese aus Aluminium im Strangpreßverfahren hergestellten Profilelemente können zu Rolladenvorhängen zusammengesteckt und sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal in Schrankmöbel eingebaut werden. Aufgrund der dem verwendeten Material innewohnenden Eigenschaften weisen diese Profilelemente und die daraus gefertigten Rolladenvorhänge ein hohes Maß an Stabilität und Festigkeit auf. Weiterhin entsteht durch die Charakteristik des verwendeten Metalls, die von bestimmten Kunden und Designer geforderte Ausstrahlung eines hochwertigen Materials. Das Form- und Farbdesign der einzelnen Lamellen ist ein prägnantes Stilmittel für anspruchsvolle Schrankmöbel.
Durch die Verwendung von Aluminium, welches im aufwendigen Strangpreßverfahren zu Profilelementen verformt wird, können immer nur einzelne Profilelemente gefertigt werden, was den wirtschaftlichen Aufwand immens in die Höhe treibt. Weiterhin nachteilig ist das entstehende Geräusch beim Bewegen der vertikal oder horizontal eingebauten Rolladenvorhänge.
Da die in den Schrankmöbeln fixierten Führungsschienen vorzugsweise aus einem polymeren Werkstoff bestehen und mit bestimmten Fertigungstoleranzen beaufschlagt sind, entsteht beim Bewegen des Rolladenvorhanges ein unter Umständen lautes metallisches Geräusch und ein erhöhter Verschleiß an der Oberfläche der Führungsschienen, bedingt durch die ungleiche Materialpaarung von Metall mit polymerem Werkstoff.
Dieses Profilelement weist einen im wesentlichen trapezförmigen Querschnitt auf und wird aus einem harten polymeren Werkstoff hergestellt. Auf wenigstens einer Seite dieses Profilelementes ist ein Band aus einem weichelastischen Werkstoff koextrudiert, dessen Breite im wesentlichen der Differenz zwischen den Längen der Längs- und Schmalseiten des Profilelementes entspricht. Das Band verbindet einen Ring aus hartem Werkstoff mit einer Seite des Profilelementes. Das Profilelement weist auf der dem Band gegenüberliegenden Seite eine Aufnahme auf, die mit einer nach außenführenden Öffnung ähnlicher Abmessung wie die Wandstärke des Profilelementes versehen ist. Der Querschnitt dieser Aufnahme und des Ringes weisen im wesentlichen übereinstimmende Formen und Abmessungen auf mit einem zwischen ihnen liegenden Spiel, so daß das freie Gleiten des Ringes in der Aufnahme ermöglicht ist.
Die Verbindung der einzelnen Profilelemente über den Ring, welcher über das weichelastische Band mit einem ersten Profilelement verbunden ist und welcher durch Hineinschieben eines bzw. mehrerer weiterer Profilelemente zu Rolladenvorhängen zusammenfügbar ist, stellt insbesondere beim Öffnen und Schließen der Rolladenvorhänge und Zurückführen über die Führungsschiene in die Führungsschnecken Vorteile im Biegeradius auf, die eine bessere Ausnutzung des Volumens des Schrankes gewährleisten.
Die durch den Stand der Technik bekannten Verfahren des Bedruckens oder Beschichtens sind zwar in der Lage, Nachbildungen eines hochwertigen Materiales auf der Oberfläche der Profilelemente zu realisieren, diese erreichen jedoch nicht die Charakteristik und Ausstrahlung von Profilelementen aus beispielsweise Aluminium.
Hierdurch ist es möglich, ein Unterteil als Standard zur Verfügung zu stellen und das Oberteil den Kundenwünschen bezüglich Farbe und Design individuell anzupassen. Das reduziert zum einen die Lagerkosten für das Unterteil und erhöht zum anderen die Flexibilität gegenüber dem Kunden.
Mit den aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Profilelement zusammenfügbaren Rolladenvorhängen sind wesentlich kleinere Biegeradien möglich, als mit den aus metallischen Werkstoffen hergestellten.
Hierdurch ist es möglich, den gleichen Effekt wie bei einem Rolladen aus metallischen Werkstoffen zu erzielen, jedoch mit einem wesentlich geringeren Materialeinsatz. Dies reduziert zum einen die Kosten des erfindungsgemäßen Profilelementes und schont zum anderen die Ressourcen zur Herstellung von beispielsweise Aluminium.

Claims (5)
- Profilelement zur Verwendung in Schrankmöbeln, wobei das Profilelement zu Rolladenvorhängen zusammenfügbar ist, wobei diese an ihren seitlichen freien Enden in in Schrankmöbeln fixierten Führungsschienen geführt und verschoben werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Profilelement (1) aus einem Unterteil (2), bestehend aus einem polymeren Werkstoff und einem mit diesem verbundenen Oberteil (3), welches aus einem metallischen Werkstoff besteht, aufgebaut ist. - Profilelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (3) einstückig mit dem Unterteil (2) des Profilelementes (1) verbunden ist.
- Profilelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (3) mit dem Unterteil (2) des Profilelementes (1) lösbar verbunden ist.
- Profilelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (3) auf dem Unterteil (2) des Profilelementes (1) aufgeklebt ist.
- Profilelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (3) die Oberfläche des Unterteils (2) des Profilelementes (1) wenigstens teilweise überdeckt.
Die Öffnung 61 der Aufnahme 6 dient der Aufnahme des Ringes 8, welcher über ein weichelastisches Band 7 mit der Schmalseite 5 des Profilelementes 1 verbunden ist.
