Description
Claims (10)
- Stofflösevorrichtung mit
einem Behälter (1), in dem eine ringförmige Strömung erzeugbar ist, die auf ein in dem Behälter (1) befindliches Flüssigkeits-Feststoff-Gemisch einwirkt und eine Zerfaserung desselben bewirkt, und mit
einer Siebvorrichtung (4) zum Trennen von Grobstoffen aus der Suspension,
wobei die Siebvorrichtung (4) die Form eines Kegelstumpfes aufweist, der an seiner Mantelfläche mit Löchern versehen und am Boden des Behälters (1) eingebaut ist, und
wobei der Kegelstumpf mit seiner kleineren Kreisfläche nach oben zeigt und die Mantelfläche in etwa tangential zur torodialen Strömung liegt;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebvorrichtung (4) in verschiedene Segmente unterteilt ist und diese einzeln von der Behälteraußenseite her angebracht und von der Behälterinnenseite abnehmbar sind. - Stofflösevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Neigung der Mantelfläche zwischen 30° und 50° beträgt.
- Stofflösevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sieblöcher quadratisch, kreisförmig oder länglich ausgebildet sind.
- Stofflösevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die charakteristischen Abmessungen der Sieblöcher 6 - 30 mm betragen.
- Stofflösevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sieblöcher kreisförmig beschaffen sind und vorzugsweise einen Durchmesser von 8 - 12 mm aufweisen.
- Stofflösevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Behälter (1) eine Rotoreinrichtung (2) vorgesehen ist und der Kegelstumpf im wesentlichen parallel zur Rotorachse einbaubar ist.
- Stofflösevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Abstreifereinrichtung (6) vorgesehen ist, die vorzugsweise mit der Rotoreinrichtung (2) drehbar verbunden ist, und die mit Löchern versehene Siebfläche durch die Abstreifereinrichtung (6) reinigbar ist.
- Stofflösevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifereinrichtung (6) einen oder mehrere Abstreifer mit einer stetigen oder unstetigen strömungsabweisende Krümmung aufweist.
- Stofflösevorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifer an ihrer Vorderseite mit einem austauschbaren und/oder verstellbaren Verschleißschild ausgestattet sind.
- Stofflösevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Suspension durch die Siebvorrichtung (4) mittels einer Pumpe abziehbar ist, die mit einem regelbaren Antrieb versehen ist.
