Claims (17)
- Drucksortierer zum Sieben einer Faserstoffsuspension (S) mit mindestens einem in einem Gehäuse (2, 2') eingesetzten zylindrischen oder konischen Sieb (1), dessen Mittellinie in Betriebsstellung im Wesentlichen senkrecht steht und das mit einer Vielzahl von Sieböffnungen versehen ist, durch die ein Teil der durch einen tangentialen Zulauf (8) in einen Zulaufraum (4, 4') zugeführten Faserstoffsuspension (S) passieren und in einen Gutstoffraum (3) gelangen kann, an den ein Gutstoffauslass (9, 9') angeschlossen ist, während ein anderer Teil der Suspension an den Sieböffnungen abgewiesen und separat als Rejekt (R) durch mindestens einen Rejektauslass (10) aus der Sortiervorrichtung abgeleitet wird,
wobei sich im Gutstoffraum (3) ein angetriebener Siebräumer (5) befindet,
der so angetrieben wird, dass seine Umfangsgeschwindigkeit entgegengesetzt der tangentialen Einströmungsrichtung am Zulauf (8) ist.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am oberen Teil des Zulaufraumes (4, 4') ein Leichtteilauslass (11, 11') angeschlossen ist. - Drucksortierer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drucksortierer mit einem Sieb (1) versehen ist, das den radial innen liegenden Gutstoffraum (3) vom radial außen liegenden Zulaufraum (4, 4') trennt. - Drucksortierer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zulaufraum (4, 4') mit einem Schwerteilauslass (7) verbunden ist. - Drucksortierer nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwerteilauslass (7) am unteren Teil des Zulaufraumes (4, 4') angeschlossen ist. - Drucksortierer nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Schwerteilauslass (7) eine intermittierend betätigbare Schwerteilschleuse (13) angeschlossen ist. - Drucksortierer nach einem der voran stehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zulaufraum (4) zwischen Zulauf (8) und Rejektauslass (10) einen sich konisch verjüngenden Abschnitt (15) hat. - Drucksortierer nach einem der voran stehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zulauf (8) geodätisch oberhalb des Rejektauslasses (10) liegt. - Drucksortierer nach einem der voran stehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am oberen Teil des Gutstoffraumes (3) eine Entlüftungsleitung (12) angeschlossen ist. - Drucksortierer nach einem der voran stehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Siebräumer (5) so ausgestaltet ist, dass er durch Relativbewegung zur umgebenden Flüssigkeit Druck- und Saugimpulse in Richtung Sieb (1) abgeben kann. - Drucksortierer nach einem der voran stehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zulaufraum (4) unten durch eine Schräge (17) abgeschlossen wird, an deren tiefster Stelle der Schwerteilauslass (7) angeschlossen ist. - Drucksortierer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zulaufraum (4) unten durch eine schräg verlaufende Abschlusswand (19) abgeschlossen wird, an deren tiefster Stelle der Rejektauslass angeschlossen ist. - Drucksortierer nach einem der voran stehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zulaufraum (4) oben durch eine Schräge (20) abgeschlossen wird, an deren höchster Stelle der Leichtteilauslass (11') angeschlossen ist. - Verwendung eines Drucksortierers nach einem der voran stehenden Ansprüche zur Reinigung einer aus Altpapier hergestellten Suspension, die durch Auflösen in einer Auflösetrommel hergestellt wurde und die Störstoffe enthält, die auf Grund von Größe, Art und Form an runden Sieböffnungen zurückgehalten werden können, deren Durchmesser größer ist als 1 mm, vorzugsweise größer als 3 mm.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in einer Auflösetrommel erzeugte Suspension in einer offenen Siebvorrichtung, insbesondere Siebtrommel, sortiert, verdünnt und in den Drucksortierer gepumpt wird. - Verwendung eines Drucksortierers nach einem der voran stehenden Ansprüche zur Reinigung einer aus Altpapier hergestellten Suspension, die durch Auflösen in einem Stofflöser (21 hergestellt wurde und die Störstoffe enthält, die auf Grund von Größe, Art und Form an runden Sieböffnungen zurückgehalten werden können, deren Durchmesser größer ist als 1 mm, vorzugsweise größer als 3 mm.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Suspension vom Stofflöser (21) durch ein im Stofflöser eingebautes Pulpersieb (22) hindurch direkt in den Drucksortierer gepumpt wird. - Verwendung nach Anspruch 13, 14, 15 oder 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Suspension (S) in den Drucksortierer mit einer Konsistenz zwischen 2 % und 4 % geführt wird.
