Claims (7)
- Sägekette für ein Werkzeug zum Trennen von Sandwichplatten (2), mit Seitenflächen, die wenigstens teilweise von in Bewegungsrichtung (23) der Sägekette (5) hintereinander liegenden Kettengliedern (24, 25, 26) mit Schneidzähnen (35, 36, 39) gebildet sind, wobei die Seitenflächen der Sägekette (5) einander mit Abstand gegenüberliegen und im Betrieb den erstellten Schnittflächen zugewandt sind und wobei Schneidzähne (35, 36, 39) zwischen den Seitenflächen der Sägekette (5) quer zu deren Bewegungsrichtung (23) verlaufende Schneidkanten (37, 38, 40) aufweisen und mit wenigstens einer Zahnstirnfläche in einer Seitenfläche der Sägekette (5) liegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenflächen der Sägekette (5) abgestuft sind unter Abstufung der betreffenden Fläche oder Flächen (27, 28) wenigstens einzelner Kettenglieder (24, 26), wobei an der oder den abgestuften Flächen (27,28) der Kettenglieder (24, 26) jeweils wenigstens eine zu der im Betrieb zugeordneten Schnittfläche hin vorgesetzte Teilfläche (31, 32) mit der oder den in der betreffenden Seitenfläche liegenden Zahnstirnfläche oder -flächen sowie wenigstens eine gegenüber der oder den vorgesetzten Teilflächen (31, 32) zurückgesetzte Teilfläche (33, 34) ausgebildet sind und die vorgesetzten Teilflächen (31, 32) ein und derselben Seitenfläche der Sägekette (5) in Bewegungsrichtung (23) der Sägekette (5) miteinander fluchten.
- Sägekette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgesetzten Teilflächen (31, 32) an Überständen (29, 30) ausgebildet sind, die sich an dem oder den betreffenden Kettengliedern (24, 26) streifenartig in Bewegungsrichtung (23) der Sägekette (5) erstrecken.
- Sägekette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eines der einen Teil zumindest einer der Seitenflächen der Sägekette (5) bildenden Kettenglieder (24, 26) als Verbundbauteil ausgebildet ist, umfassend wenigstens einen Teil, der mit Schneidzähnen (35, 36) versehen ist und wenigstens eine vorgesetzte Teilfläche (31, 32) ausbildet sowie zumindest einen anderen Teil, welcher wenigstens eine zurückgesetzte Teilfläche (33, 34) ausbildet.
- Sägekette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die mit Schneidzähnen (35, 36) versehenen und wenigstens eine vorgesetzte Teilfläche (31, 32) ausbildenden Teile des oder der als Verbundbauteil ausgebildeten Kettenglieder (24, 26) aus einem Material verhältnismäßig großer Härte und der oder die anderen Teile aus einem Material weniger großer Härte gefertigt sind.
- Sägekette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kettenglieder (24, 25, 26) über Kettenbolzen (41) mit Bolzenköpfen (42) miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bolzenköpfe (42) der Kettenbolzen (41) im Bereich zurückgesetzter Teilflächen (33, 34) angeordnet sind und mit den vorgesetzten Teilflächen (31, 32) fluchten oder gegenüber diesen zurückgesetzt sind.
- Sägekette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bolzenköpfe (42) der Kettenbolzen (41) an ihrer Unterseite ebenflächig ausgebildet und auf der jeweils zugeordneten, gleichfalls ebenen zurückgesetzten Teilfläche (33, 34) in axialer Richtung der Kettenbolzen (41) abgestützt sind.
- Sägekette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit drei quer zu der Bewegungsrichtung (23) der Sägekette (5) nebeneinander liegenden Reihen von Kettengliedern (24, 25, 26), wobei die Kettenglieder (24, 26) der beiden außen liegenden Reihen Außenglieder (24, 26) und die Kettenglieder (25) der dazwischen liegenden Reihe Mittenglieder (25) bilden und wobei die nebeneinander liegenden Außenglieder (24, 26) miteinander fluchten und die Mittenglieder (25) in Bewegungsrichtung (23) der Sägekette (5) gegen die Außenglieder (24, 26) versetzt angeordnet sind und mit in Bewegungsrichtung (23) der Sägekette (5) hintereinander liegenden Außengliedern (24, 26) überlappen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenflächen der Sägekette (5) unter Abstufung der betreffenden Flächen (27, 28) der Außenglieder (24, 26) abgestuft sind.
