Definitions
- the invention relates to a screw cleaner for a auger of a drilling rig for earth drilling on a mast the drill is stored and a cleaning member for engagement has in a spiral space of the auger.
- the invention has for its object to provide a screw cleaner of the type mentioned, which is simple to use with a simple structure and at the same time offers reliable and improved cleaning.
- the object is achieved in that called snail cleaner the cleaning organ on a cleaning organ holder of the screw cleaner rotatably mounted is and in its cleaning engagement by the driven auger is rotated about its bearing axis, and that the cleaning member bracket on a mast guide mounted on the mast pivotally mounted and by a drive device for Swiveling the cleaning element in and out of the Spiral space can be swung in or out.
- the cleaning organ is thus always cleaned by the screw the auger in the correct position about its axis of rotation rotated in the largest possible cross-sectional area of the spiral space for cleaning and removing stuck Earth material is covered.
- the auger cleaner is extended and retracted by a drive device a significant ease of use in a harsh work environment on a construction site.
- the first cleaning organ then serves as a pre-cutter for stuck Material and the second cleaning organ serves as Cleaners.
- each cleaning organ on a own bearing axis rotatable on the cleaning organ holder is stored. Then you can also for an optimized adjustment the second cleaning element on the cleaning element holder be arranged offset to the first cleaning member. there it is advantageous if at least one of the cleaning members is adjustably arranged on the cleaning organ holder.
- a significant simplification of the operation of the screw cleaner results if the drive device in particular can be remotely controlled from a driver's cab.
- the drive device has a hydraulic piston-cylinder drive on which the cleaning organ holder of the snail cleaner and the mast guide connects with each other.
- this has at least one Cleaning member on a disc-shaped engagement area, the one on its outer circumference in sliding contact with at least one of the two screw blades delimiting the space between the spirals is.
- this can cover the entire space between the spirals and take them into account a game of the two the spiral gap limiting screw blades.
- the disc-shaped cleaning member expediently contains at least two cleaning sheets with a rounded one
- the outer circumference and in particular is disk-shaped Clover-shaped cleaning organ with four cleaning leaves educated.
- the engagement of the second cleaning element in the auger is optimized when it is at a certain angle pivoted with respect to the drill axis to the first cleaning member is arranged so that the rotational planes of the two Cleaning elements on the one facing the auger Cut the side of the cleaning element holder, in particular in a parallel to the drill axis.
- an adjustable end stop is provided that the Path of movement of the hydraulic piston in the direction of the auger limited, the swivel path of the snail cleaner with different augers with different Drill core diameters can be easily adjusted.
- a drilling tool 1 of a drilling device, not shown, for Manufacture of pile bores and the like in a building ground contains a cylindrical drill core 2 or core tube with a helically rotating auger 3 (see Fig. 1).
- a screw cleaner 4 is on a carrying the drilling tool 1 Mast (not shown) attached by means of a mast guide 5 and stored.
- the screw cleaner 4 contains a first one and a second disk-shaped cleaning member 6 or 7 for engaging in a spiral space 8 between two Adjacent screw blades 9 and 10 of the auger 3.
- the two cleaning members 6 and 7 have four identical cleaning sheets 11 and 12 respectively, which have a rounded outer circumference 13 and 14 and each by one from the outer circumference 13 or 14 recess reces 15 or 16 forth separately are.
- the two cleaning members 6 and 7 are on bearing axles 17 and 18 (see FIGS. 2 and 3) of a cleaning organ holder 19 rotatably supported by roller bearings.
- the bearing axis 17 of the first cleaning member 6 is in a first Bore 20 fixed in the bracket 19. Above this Bore 20 contains the cleaning member holder 19 z. B. four further bores 21 in which the bearing axis 18 of the second cleaning member 7 optionally used and z. B. can be fixed by means of a screw flange connection 22.
- the Bearing axis 18 of the second cleaning member 7 is such Auger screw 3 angled (see Fig.
- the cleaning member holder 19 is on the mast guide 5 a bolt 23 pivotally mounted about a pivot axis 24 (see Figs. 1 and 3).
- a hydraulic piston-cylinder unit 25 is on the one hand with a joint 26 on the mast guide 5 and on the other hand via a joint 27 with a lateral shoulder 28 of the holder 19 connected and can by or Retracting its piston rod 29 pivot the bracket 19 and thus the cleaning members 6, 7 and in the spiral space 8 retract or exit.
- the actuation the piston-cylinder unit 25 takes place, for.
- B. means Remote control from a driver's cab.
- the hydraulic piston-cylinder unit 25 actuated so that its extending piston rod 29 the holder 19 from a not shown Disengaged position in the engagement position shown pivoted, the cleaning members 6, 7 in the auger 3 intervene. Since the cleaning organs 6, 7 free are rotatably mounted, there will always be a respective cleaning sheet 11 and 12 of the two cleaning members 6, 7 in the Spiral gap 8 between the two adjacent screw blades 9 and 10 screw in, which in turn into the recesses 15, 16 can intervene and thereby on the side edges 30 of the recesses 15, 16 and on the outer circumference 13 and 14 respectively can roll or slide.
- the individual roll Cleaning sheets 11 and 12 of the rotating cleaning elements 6, 7 With their outer circumferences 13 and 14 and the side edges 30 of the recesses 15 on the screw blades 11 and 12 and remove it in the auger 3 fixed floor material.
- the first cleaning member 6 is used as a pre-cutter and the second cleaning element 7 as a scraper.
- the two cleaning elements 6 and 7 ensure that always at least one cleaning sheet 11 and 12 the cleaning elements 6 and 7 when turning the auger 3 the predominant cross-sectional portion of the spiral space 8 for removing floor material stuck in it fills in so that the most complete possible cleaning is achieved becomes.
- the levels of rotation of the cleaning members 6, 7 expediently run not through the drill axis 32, but they can be offset against the direction of rotation (see Fig. 2), see above that the disc-shaped cleaning members 6, 7 under one shallower angles to the drill core 2 are arranged and thus the bottom material from the spiral space 8 over their Better scrape out engagement surfaces 33 and 34 and bring them out can (the discharge path is shown schematically in Fig. 2 by arrows A and B for the first and the second cleaning member, respectively 6 and 7 respectively).
- bracket 19 can Screw cleaner 4 at least one further cleaning element, about an upstream tearing tool with protruding ones Rods, be attached. Through this can solidified soil material be torn open and loosened.
- the disc-shaped cleaning members 6, 7 can on one Bearing flange 35 of the bearing axles 17 and 18 fastened with screws and can therefore be exchanged quickly.
