Claims (9)
- Mischkneter zur Durchführung von mechanischen, chemischen und/oder thermischen Prozessen mit mindestens zwei achsparallel rotierenden Wellen (5, 6) in einem Gehäuse mit einer Innenwandung (31), wobei sich auf die Wellen (5, 6) in Drehrichtung und in Achsrichtung der Wellen (5, 6) aufeinanderfolgende, entlang der Innenwandung (31) des Gehäuses und in Richtung der Wellen (5, 6) bzw. schräg dazu verlaufende Knetbarren (23-23.6) an einem Tragelement (22, 24, 25, 34, 36) befinden, wobei sich die Bahnen der Knetbarren (23-23.6) bzw. Tragelement (22, 24, 25, 34, 36) an den beiden Wellen (5, 6) zumindest teilweise überlappen und beim Drehen die Knetbarren (23-23.6) an der einen Welle (5 bzw. 6) zwischen die Tragelemente (22, 24, 25, 34, 36) an der anderen Welle (6 bzw. 5) greifen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der zumindest eine Knetbarren (23.3, 23.5) auf der einen Welle (5/6) mit einem Ende (30, 30.1) in die Ebene (E) von Tragelementen (24, 25, 35) auf der anderen Welle (6/5) eingreift, wobei mindestens ein Tragelement (24/25, 35) im Bereich der Bahn dieses zumindest einen Knetbarrens (23.3, 23.5) eine Ausnehmung (26, 26.1) ausbildet. - Mischkneter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragelement ein Stamm ist, auf dem T-förmig ein Knetbarren aufsitzt und der Stamm in dem Bereich der Bahn des mit ihm kämmenden Knetbarrens der anderen Welle einen Rücksprung aufweist.
- Mischkneter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragelement für die Knetbarren (23, 23.3, 23.4) eine Scheibe /24/25) ist, welche im Bereich der Bahn des mit ihr kämmenden Knetbarrens (23.3) der anderen Welle (5/6) eine Ausnehmung (26) aufweist.
- Mischkneter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe zweigeteilt und durch die Ausnehmung (26) getrennt ist.
- Mischkneter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein kleinerer Scheibenteil (25) über einen abgekröpften Zwickel (29) mit der Welle (5/6) verbunden ist.
- Mischkneter nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein grösserer Scheibenteil (24) kreisbogenartig unter Ausbildung eines Kreisbogens (27) mit einem grösseren Radius beschnitten ist.
- Mischkneter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Scheiben (34, 35) aufeinanderliegen, wobei zumindest eine Scheibe (34) die andere zur Bildung der Ausnehmung überlappt.
- Mischkneter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Scheiben (34, 35) sich gegenseitig überlappen.
- Mischkneter nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (35) kreisbogenartig unter Ausbildung eines Kreisbogens (27) mit einem grösseren Radius beschnitten ist.
