Claims (8)
- Portioniervorrichtung zum Portionieren von stückigen Lebensmitteln und zum Überführen der Lebensmittel in einen beheizbaren Garraum (3),wobei die Portioniervorrichtung (1) ein Isoliergehäuse (7) zur thermischen Isolierung gegen den Garraum (3) aufweist und das Isoliergehäuse (7) im Bereich eines Isoliergehäusebodens (9) zumindest einen in einer Schließstellung eine Überführungsöffnung (11) verschließenden Verschlußschieber (10) aufweist,wobei in dem Isoliergehäuse (7) eine Waage (12) mit Waagentrichter (6) zur Aufnahme der stückigen Lebensmittel angeordnet ist und der Waagentrichter (6) aus zwei auseinanderschwenkbaren Waagentrichterhälften (15, 16) besteht,wobei nach Erreichen eines vorgebbaren Gewichtes der im Waagentrichter (6) aufgenommenen Lebensmittel die beiden Waagentrichterhälften (15, 16) unter Ausbildung einer der Überführungsöffnung (11) zugeordneten Ausgabeöffnung auseinanderschwenkbar sind,wobei beim Auseinanderschwenken der Waagentrichterhälften (15, 16) ein Mitnehmerelement (31) des Verschlußschiebers (10) von einer Waagentrichterhälfte (15, 16) beaufschlagbar ist und der Verschlußschieber (10) zur Überführung der Lebensmittel in den Garraum (3) in eine die Überführungsöffnung (11) freigebende Offenstellung verschiebbar ist undwobei nach Überführung der Lebensmittel die beiden Waagentrichterhälften (15, 16) zusammenschwenkbar sind und der Verschlußschieber (10) selbsttätig in seine Schließstellung zurückführbar ist.
- Portioniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die stückigen Lebensmittel dem Waagentrichter (6) durch eine automatische Zuführeinrichtung (5) stückweise und/oder chargenweise zuführbar sind.
- Portioniervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei der Waagentrichter (6) zumindest im unteren Bereich satteldachförmig mit einer der Überführungsöffnung (11) zugewandten Firstkante (19) ausgebildet ist.
- Portioniervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei nach Erreichen des vorgebbaren Gewichtes der im Waagentrichter (6) aufgenommenen Lebensmittel eine Waagentrichterhälfte (15, 16) von zumindest einem Öffnungshebel (29) beaufschlagbar ist und die beiden Waagentrichterhälften (15, 16) dadurch auseinanderschwenkbar sind.
- Portioniervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei nach Erreichen des vorgebbaren Gewichtes der im Waagentrichter (6) aufgenommenen Lebensmittel die beiden Waagentrichterhälften (15, 16) mittels einer Exzentersteuerung auseinanderschwenkbar sind.
- Portioniervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der zumindest ein Verschlußschieber (10) druckfederbelastet in seiner Schließstellung gehalten ist.
- Portioniervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei zwei in der Schließstellung aneinanderstoßende Verschlußschieber (10) mit jeweils zumindest einem Mit-nehmerelement (31) vorgesehen sind und wobei beim Auseinanderschwenken der Waagentrichterhälften (15, 16) ein Mitnehmerelement (31) jedes Verschlußschiebers (10) von der zugeordneten Waagentrichterhälfte (15, 16) zur Verschiebung des Verschlußschiebers (10) in die Offenstellung beaufschlagbar ist.
- Portioniervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei unterhalb der Überführungsöffnung (11) eine den Garraum (3) abdeckende Zwischenablage (36) für die Lebensmittel vorgesehen ist und wobei die Lebensmittel erst nach Zusammenschwenken der Waagentrichterhälften (15, 16) und erst nach Zurückführung des zumindest einen Verschlußschiebers (10) in die Schließstellung. von der Zwischenablage (36) in den Garraum (3) überführbar sind.
