Claims (12)
- Druckgußmaschine (1) zum Herstellen von Gußstücken (4), insbesondere keramischen Grünlingen mitzumindest einer Halteeinrichtung (11 - 15) zum lösbaren Halten zumindest einer mehrteiligen Gießform (5),zumindest einer Preßeinrichtung (11 - 15) zum Einspannen der in der zumindest einen Halteeinrichtung (11 - 15) gehaltenen Gießform (5) undeinem Entnahmezugang zum Entnehmen von Gußstücken (4) wobei,ein Austauschzugang (15, 21, 22) zum Austauschen der Gießform (5) an einer Seite außer der Entnahmeseite angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Austauschzugang (15, 21, 22) durch eine Wandung der Druckgußmaschine (1) oder durch Halteund/oder Preßeinrichtungen (11 - 15) gebildet ist, die an die restliche Druckgußmaschine (1) ansetzbar und zum Austauschen der Gießform (5) davon abnehmbar ist/sind.
- Druckgußmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
bei der der Austauschzugang (15, 21, 22) gegenüber der Entnahmeseite angeordnet ist. - Druckgußmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
bei der der Austauschzugang (15, 21, 22) durch eine Wandung der Druckgußmaschine (1) oder durch Halte- und/oder Preßeinrichtungen (11 - 15) gebildet ist, die an einen Pressenrahmen (21) der restlichen Druckgußmaschine (1) ansetzbar und davon abnehmbar ist/sind. - Druckgußmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
bei der die Wandung der Druckgußmaschine (1) oder die Halteund/oder Preßeinrichtungen (11 - 15) mittels einer Zentrierungseinrichtung, insbesondere einem sich verjüngenden Zentrierungsbolzen (24) an der Druckgußmaschine (1) ausrichtbar ausgebildet sind. - Druckgußmaschine zum Herstellen von Gußstücken nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, mit zumindest einer Halteeinrichtung (11 - 15) zum lösbaren Halten zumindest einer mehrteiligen Gießform (5) und mit zumindest einer Spanneinrichtung (11 - 15, 25) zum Vorspannen zumindest eines der in einer der Halteeinrichtungen (11 - 15) gehaltenen Formteile (16 - 20) der Gießform (5)
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinrichtung (11 - 15, 25) das zumindest eine Formteil (20) und/oder zusammenwirkende Formteile (11, 12; 13, 14) bzw. deren Halteeinrichtungen (11 - 15) mittels festlegbar voreinstellbarer Spannwege an entsprechenden Gegenstücken vorspannt, insbesondere verstellbare Anschläge aufweist. - Druckgußmaschine nach Anspruch 5,
bei der ein Formteil (20) ohne Gegenstück oder dessen Halteeinrichtung (15) zwischen zwei seitlichen Formteilen (16, 17; 18, 19) bzw. deren Halteeinrichtungen (11, 12; 13, 14) arretiert wird. - Druckgußmaschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
bei der die Spanneinrichtung (25) zumindest einen Schraubund/oder Bajonettverschluß an den Halte- und/oder Preßeinrichtungen (11; 13; 15) sowie an gegenüberliegenden Gegenelementen (12; 14) oder an der Druckgußmaschine (1), insbesondere einem Pressenrahmen (21) davon, aufweist. - Druckgußmaschine nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
bei der der Austauschzugang (15, 21, 22) durch einen Verschiebe- oder Schwenkmechanismus, insbesondere eine verschiebbare oder verschwenkbare Wandung der Druckgußmaschine (1) oder verschiebbare oder verschwenkbare Halte- und/oder Preßeinrichtungen (11 - 15) ausgebildet ist. - Verfahren zum Austauschen von einer Gießform (5) und/oder von deren Einzelteilen (16 - 20) bei einer Druckgußmaschine (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit den Schritten:zumindest teilweises Lösen der Zugangswandung der Druckgußmaschine (1) und/oder Preß- und Halteeinrichtungen (11 - 15) daran von der Druckgußmaschine (1), insbesondere von deren Pressenrahmen (21), an einer Seite außer der Entnahmeseite für Gußstücke (4),Öffnen eines Austauschzugangs zum Austauschen einer Gießform (5), insbesondere durch Verschwenken der zumindest teilweise gelösten Einrichtungen,Austauschen der Gießform (5) bzw. von Formteilen (16 - 20) von dieser,Schließen und Fixieren des Austauschzugangs.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
bei dem der Schritt des Schließens und Fixierens der Austauschöffnung zum voreinstellbaren Vorspannen der Gießform (5) das Anspannen der Zugangswandung der Druckgußmaschine (1) und/oder der Preß- und Halteeinrichtungen (11 - 15) daran an der Druckgußmaschine (1), insbesondere an deren Pressenrahmen (21) mit voreinstellbarem Spannweg aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
bei dem beim Einsetzen der Formteile (16 - 20) der Gießform (5) ein Formteil (20), das kein eigenes Gegenstück hat, insbesondere keine eigenständige Gegenform hat, bzw. dessen Halteeinrichtung (15) zwischen dazu seitlichen Formteilen (16, 17; 18, 19) bzw. deren Halteeinrichtungen (11, 12; 13, 14) festgelegt wird. - Anlage mit einer Vielzahl von Druckgußmaschinen (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche 1 bis 8.
