Claims (10)
- Beheizter Trockenzylinder (4) zur Trocknung einer ihn teilweise umschlingenden Faserstoffbahn (1), insbesondere einer Papier-, Karton- oder Tissuebahn in Maschinen zu Herstellung und/oder Veredelung derselben, wobei eine endlos umlaufendes Band (2) die Faserstoffbahn (1) gegen den Zylindermantel (3) des Trockenzylinders (4) drückt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Zylindermantel (3) im Kontaktbereich der Faserstoffbahn (1) luftdurchlässig und der Innenraum des Trockenzylinders (4) an eine Druckluftquelle (5) angeschlossen ist. - Beheizter Trockenzylinder (4) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Zylindermantel (3) vorzugsweise im gesamten Kontaktbereich der Faserstoffbahn (1) perforiert ist. - Beheizter Trockenzylinder (4) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Zylindermantel (3) zumindest im Kontaktbereich der Faserstoffbahn (1) von einem luftdurchlässigen, möglichst glatten Zylinderband (6) umschlungen ist. - Beheizter Trockenzylinder (4) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Zylinderband (6) als Gewebeband ausgeführt ist. - Beheizter Trockenzylinder (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Band (2) als Trockensieb ausgeführt ist. - Beheizter Trockenzylinder (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Druckluft vorzugsweise im Trockenzylinder (4) erwärmt wird. - Beheizter Trockenzylinder (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Zylindermantel (3) des Trockenzylinders (4) auf eine Temperatur von mehr als 200°C, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 200 bis 400 °C erwärmt wird. - Beheizter Trockenzylinder (4) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Beheizung mit Infrarot- Strahlern, Gasbrennern und/oder Induktionsheizungen (7) erfolgt. - Beheizter Trockenzylinder (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Druck der Druckluft so hoch gewählt wird, daß sich ein Druckluftpolster (8) zwischen Zylindermantel (3) und Faserstoffbahn (1) mit einer Dicke von maximal 2 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 1 mm bildet. - Beheizter Trockenzylinder (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein oder mehrere Trockenzylinder (4) im Anfangsbereich einer Trockenpartie eingesetzt werden.
