Claims (14)
- Abwickelvorrichtung (10) für eine Umreifungsmaschine (12) zum Abwickeln von Band (14) von einer Bandvorratsspule (16),
gekennzeichnet durch
wenigstens zwei in Umfangsrichtung der Bandvorratsspule (16) hintereinander liegende Lagerwalzen (20, 22), auf denen die Bandvorratsspule (16) mit ihrem jeweiligen Bandaußenumfang aufliegt, wobei zum Antreiben der Bandvorratsspule (16) zumindest die stromabwärts gelegene Lagerwalze (22) antreibbar ist. - Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die stromabwärts gelegene Lagerwalze (22) mit einem Gummimantel (24) versehen ist und die stromaufwärts gelegene Lagerwalze (20) vorzugsweise eine Oberfläche aus Stahl besitzt. - Abwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie zwei feststehende Seitenwände (28) umfaßt, die vorzugsweise etwa die gleiche Höhe wie die Bandvorratsspule (16) besitzen und zwischen die die auf die Lagerwalzen (20, 22) abzusenkende Bandvorratsspule (16) einführbar ist. - Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Seitenwände (28) mit nach oben hin offenen Ausnehmungen (30) versehen sind, die bis in den Bereich eines insbesondere durch einen hohlzylindrischen Kern (18) definierten zentralen Hohlraums (32) der Bandvorratsspule (16) reichen. - Abwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen Bandzwischenspeicher (38), über den das von der Bandvorratsspule (16) abgewickelte Band (14) der Umreifungsmaschine (12) zugeführt und gespannt gehalten wird. - Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Antrieb der Bandvorratsspule (16) in Abhängigkeit vom jeweiligen Zustand des Bandzwischenspeichers (38) bzw. der im Bandzwischenspeicher (38) gespeicherten Menge an Bandmaterial ansteuerbar ist. - Abwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens ein Gewichtshebel (34) vorgesehen ist, um die auf den Lagerwalzen (20, 22) aufliegende Bandvorratsspule (16) nach unten zu den Lagerwalzen (20, 22) hin zu belasten, wobei der Gewichtshebel (34) vorzugsweise schwenkbar an den feststehenden Seitenwänden (28) gelagert ist. - Abwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das von der Bandvorratsspule (16) abgewickelte Band (14) allgemein nach oben zu dem Bandzwischenspeicher (38) geführt ist. - Abwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bandzwischenspeicher (38) nach Art eines Flaschenzuges wenigstens zwei Umlenkrollen (40, 42) umfaßt, über die das abgewickelte Band (14) unter Bildung einer Bandreserve (44) geführt ist, wobei wenigstens eine ortsfest gelagerte obere Umlenkrolle (40) und wenigstens eine in vertikaler Richtung verschiebbare untere Umlenkrolle (42) vorgesehen sind. - Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die untere Umlenkrolle (42) an einem Schlitten (46) montiert ist, der entlang einer Schlittenführung (48) in vertikaler Richtung verschiebbar ist. - Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Antrieb der Bandvorratsspule (16) in Abhängigkeit von der vertikalen Position der unteren Umlenkrolle (42) bzw. des Schlittens (46) ansteuerbar ist. - Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Antrieb der Bandvorratsspule (16) so angesteuert ist, daß er eingeschaltet ist, wenn die untere Umlenkrolle (42) bzw. der Schlitten (46) eine vorgebbare Position einnimmt oder sich oberhalb dieser befindet, und ausgeschaltet ist, wenn die untere Umlenkrolle (42) bzw. der Schlitten (46) sich unterhalb dieser vorgebbaren Position befindet. - Abwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Überwachung der vertikalen Position der unteren Umlenkrolle (42) bzw. des Schlittens (46) wenigstens ein insbesondere der Schlittenführung (48) zugeordneter, vorzugsweise vertikal verstellbarer Sensor (52) vorgesehen ist. - Abwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der wenigstens einen angetriebenen Lagerwalze (22, 20) zumindest im wesentlichen gleich der Geschwindigkeit ist, mit der das Band (14) in die Umreifungsmaschine (12) eingezogen wird.
