Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Waschen der Mantelfläche eines Zylinders einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einer durch einen Drehantrieb antreibbaren Waschwalze, die in einer um eine zur Waschwalze parallele Achse schwenkbaren Lagerung gelagert und durch Schwenken der Lagerung um einen Schwenkwinkel gegenüber der Mantelfläche des Zylinders verstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehantrieb einen getrennt von der schwenkbaren Lagerung am Maschinenständer angeordneten Antriebsmotor (6) aufweist, daß der Antriebsmotor (6) über ein Zugmittelgetriebe mit der Welle (9) der Waschwalze (2) verbunden ist und daß das Zugmittelgetriebe zwei in der Nähe der Schwenkachse (4) der Schwenklagerung und symmetrisch zur Winkelhalbierenden des Schwenkwinkels (α) angeordnete Führungselemente (12) aufweist, an denen die beiden Trums des Zugmittels (11) in den vom Schwenkwinkel (α) bestimmten Stellungen der Waschwalze (2) anliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Führungselementen (12) und dem Antiebsmotor (6) Umlenkelemente (13, 14) zur Umlenkung des Zugmittels angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente (12) und/oder die Umlenkelemente (13, 14) Rollen oder Räder aufweisen, an denen das Zugmittel abrollt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugmittelgetriebe ein Zahnriemengetriebe ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (6) um eine zu seiner Antriebswelle (7) parallele Achse (15) schwenkbar und in einer beliebigen Winkelstellung seines Schwenkbereichs feststellbar ist.
