Claims (10)
- Steckverbinder, der an eine flexible Leitung oder Kabel (40) anschließbar ist, wobei das Kabel (40) ein Anschlußende mit frei beweglichen Leitern (43) und freien Aderenden (41) aufweist,
mit folgenden Merkmalen:ein erstes, im Wesentlichen rohrförmiges Gehäuseteil (1) aus isolierendem Kunststoff, das einen inneren, im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Kontaktträger (4) umfaßt;ein zweites, im Wesentlichen rohrförmiges Gehäuseteil (2) aus isolierendem Kunststoff, das mit deq ersten Gehäuseteil (1) verbindbar ist und eine Innenseite oder Innenraum aufweist, um das Anschlußende mit den frei beweglichen Leitern (43) zu umgeben;ein Verriegelungssystem (20), das zur Verbindung des ersten und zweiten Gehäuseteils vorgesehen ist und durch axiales Zusammenstecken und Drehen der Gehäuseteile relativ zueinander wirksam gemacht wird;eine Zugentlastungseinrichtung (50), die zum Festklemmen des Anschlußendes des Kabels (40) ein käfigartiges Klemmfutter (51) mit einer Reihe von Klemmarmen (56) aufweist, die an radial innerster Stell Zähne oder Krallen (58) besitzen;das Anschlußende des Kabels (40) ist axial ins Innere des zweiten Gehäuseteils 82) einführbar, wobei die Klemmarme (56) des Klemmfutters (51) das Anschlußende umgeben;Kontaktelemente (5), die jeweils ein äußeres vorderes und ein inneres hinteres Ende (7) aufweisen, wobei das hintere Ende (7) jedes Kontaktelementes (5) eine Klemmeinrichtung für ein Aderende (41) aufweist und die Aderenden (41) in die jeweiligen Klemmeinrichtungen einsteckbar sind;eine Halteplatte (15), die zur Befestigung an dem Kontaktträger (4) vorgesehen ist, um die Kontaktelemente (5) im Kontaktträger (4) zu halten;die Halteplatte oder ein mit der Halteplatte (15) verbundenes Teil weist einen Kranz von Schrägflächen (52) auf, die sich nahe der Innenseite des zweiten Gehäuseteils (2) erstrecken und mit der Zugentlastungseinrichtung (50) zusammenarbeiten;die Zugentlastungseinrichtung (50) ist dafür eingerichtet, beim Verriegeln oder Verrasten des ersten und des zweiten Gehäuseteils wirksam gemacht zu werden und umfaßt hierzu einen Betätigungsring (54), der mit dem Kranz der Schrägflächen (52) zusammenarbeitet und das Klemmfutter (51) gegen eine Abstützfläche (53) des zweiten Gehäuseteils (2) drängt und gleichzeitig staucht, so daß die Zähne oder Krallen (58) in den Mantel (42) des Kabels (40) eingreifen. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmarme (56) des Klemmfutters (51) generell S-förmig gekrümmt sind und einen radial inneren Scheitel (57) aufweisen, an dem die Krallen oder Zähne (58) angebracht sind. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vier Klemmarme (56) vorgesehen sind, die einen glockenförmigen Umriß beschreiben. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmfutter (51) und das zweite Gehäuseteil (2) ineinandergreifende Ausbildungen (55) aufweisen, welche die Verschiebung in achsialer Richtung ermöglichen, jedoch die Drehung relativ zueinander verhindern. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Kabeleinführungsende des zweiten Gehäuseteils (2) eine Kabelknickschutztülle (60) angespritzt ist, die aus einem weicheren Kunststoffmaterial besteht als das Kunststoffmaterial des zweiten Gehäuseteils (2). - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Ausbildung:die jeweiligen Klemmeinrichtungen für die Aderenden (41) umfassen jeweils eine Bügelfeder (8), die an einem zugehörigen hinteren inneren Ende (7) des Kontaktelements (5) festgeklemmt ist und die eine Klemmplatte (10) aufweist, welche eine Fensteröffnung (11) mit einem Betätigungsrand (12) und einem freien Rand (13) besitzt, wobei die Bügelfeder (8) als Zugfeder auf die Klemmplatte (10) wirkt und den Betätigungsrand (12) in Richtung auf eine Kontaktfläche des hinteren inneren Endes (7) des Kontaktelements (5) zieht;in der Halteplatte (15) sind Rastschieber (36) verschieblich geführt und weisen eine erste Stellung zum Zusammendrücken einer zugeordneten Bügelfeder (8) und eine zweite Stellung zur Freigabe der zugeordneten Bügelfeder (8) auf;die Halteplatte (15) weist ferner Kontaktzugangsöffnungen (17) auf, zu denen die Fensteröffnungen (11) jeweils fluchten, wenn die Rastschieber (36) ihre erste Stellung einnehmen, während in der zweiten Stellung der Rastschieber (36) bei eingeführtem Aderende (41) das jeweilige Aderende (41) gegen die Kontaktfläche des hinteren inneren Endes (7) des betreffenden Kontaktelements (5) gepreßt wird. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Rastschieber (36) eine Aussparung (37) aufweist, in welcher ein Verbindungsschenkel (8a) der Bügelfeder (8) Platz findet, wenn die erste Stellung für Freigabe der Bügelfeder eingenommen wird. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Rastschieber (36) Anschläge (38, 39) aufweist, um seine erste Stellung für Zusammendrücken und seine zweite Stellung für Freigabe der Bügelfeder (8) zu definieren. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem hinteren inneren Ende (7) jedes Kontaktelementes (5) eine Abstützeinrichtung (18) angeordnet ist, die sich in einer radial-axialen Ebene des Steckverbinders auf entgegengesetzter Seite zur Bügelfeder (8) erstreckt. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteplatte (15) mit dem Kontaktträger (4) verrastbar ist.
