Claims (14)
- Anschlußvorrichtung zur wahlfreien Herstellung eines wiederverwendbaren elektrischen Anschlusses bzw. Abgriffs an mehradrigen elektrischen Leitungen mit spannungsführenden Litzen, insbesondere sog. ASI-Leitungen, mittels in einem Kontaktträger aus Isolierstoff eingebetteten Kontaktelementen mit Eindringdornen zum Durchdringen der Leiter-Isolierumhüllungen und zum kontaktgebenden Eintritt in die Litzen sowie mit einem form- und/oder klemmschlüssig an der Leitung anbringbaren Isoliergehäuse mit die Leitung zwischen sich fassendem Bodenteil und Deckelteil, wobei die Kontaktelemente mindestens mittelbar dem Deckelteil zugeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktträger (25) lose und also wieder entfernbar in das Deckelteil (13) des zuvor an der Leitung (18) angebrachten Isolierkörpers (11) einsetzbar ist und daß ein manuell betätigbares Kupplungsorgan (28) vorgesehen ist, welches den Kontaktträger (25) am Deckelteil (13) hält und in der lagegerechten Zuordnung der Eindringdorne (24) zu den Litzen (21) in die Kontaktlage bewegt und diese sichert.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das am Kontaktträger (25) oder am Deckelteil (13) drehbar festgelegte Kupplungsorgan (28) das mutterartige Teil einer Bajonett- oder Überwurfverschraubung ist, deren Gegenstück (29) an dem Deckelteil (13) oder am Kontaktträger (25) angebracht ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktträger (25) und/oder die Eindringdorne (24) zumindest über einen Teil des Kupplungsorgan-Stellwegs, bei dem die Eindringdorne (24) gegen die Leitung (18) und in deren Litzen (21) hinein bewegt werden, gegenüber dem Deckelteil (13) drehfest gehalten ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktträger (25) mittels einer formschlüssigen Führung, etwa nach Art einer Nut-Feder-Anordnung, am Deckelteil (13) undrehbar axialgeführt ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eindringdorne (24) infolge Ein- und Durchgriffs in und durch Fenster (33) des Deckelteils (13) drehfest an diesem geführt sind.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fenster (33) auf ihrer zur Leitung (18) weisenden Seite von wenigstens einer umlaufenden Rippe (37) umgeben sind, die sich in das weiche Isoliermaterial der Leitung (18) eindrückt und so mit diesem eine Dichtung ausbildet.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der darauf folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Bodenteil (12) und Deckelteil (13) des Isoliergehäuses (11) werkstoffeinheitlich-stoffschlüssig über ein gelenkachsloses Scharnier nach Art eines Filmscharniers (14) klappbar miteinander verbunden und mittels wiederlösbarer Rastanordnung (15) verschließbar sind.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktträger (25) Bestandteil eines zum Verbleib am Isoliergehäuse (11) bestimmten Steckanschlusses (26) ist, an den ein Gegenstecker anschließbar ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktträger (25) Bestandteil eines anschlußleitungs- oder geräteseitigen Anschlußsteckers (38) ist, dessen Kontaktelemente (41) die Eindringdorne (24) ausbilden.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktträger (25) integraler Bestandteil eines Aktuators oder Sensors (53) ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktträger (25) ein stopfenartiges Bauteil (Blindstecker 44) ist, das Kontaktelemente (45) zur Leitungsüberbrückung innerhalb des Insolierstoffgehäuses (11) aufweist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Kontaktelemente außer je wenigstens einem Eindringdorn (24) zur Kontaktierung eines ersten Leiters (18) zusätzlich eine Schneidklemmgabel zur Verbindung mit einem weiteren Leiter aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidklemmspalt (49) der Schneidklemmgabel seitlich und in der Höhe zum Eindringdorn (24) versetzt angeordnet ist, und daß die miteinander zu kontaktierenden Leiter (20, 46) innerhalb des Isoliergehäuses (11) einander überkreuzend angeordnet sind.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidklemmspalt (49) der Schneidklemmgabel mittig zwischen zwei Eindringdornen (24) und in gemeinsamer Ebene mit diesen ausgebildet ist, derart, daß letztere die verlängerten Schenkel der Schneidklemmgabel ausbilden.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktträger (25) aus transparentem Material besteht und dadurch ein Sichtfenster auf die Kontaktanordnung ausbildet.
