Abstract

Conectador de enchufe, que se puede conectar a un cable flexible de conducción (40), teniendo el cable (40) un extremo de conexión con hilos conductores (43) que se pueden mover libremente y extremos libres (41) de los hilos, con las características siguientes: ¿ una primera parte de carcasa (1) en lo esencial con forma tubular, fabricada de plástico aislante, que comprende un portacontactos interior (4) esencialmente cilíndrico; ¿ una segunda parte de carcasa (2), esencialmente con forma tubular, fabricada de plástico aislante, que puede ser unida a la primera parte (1) de la carcasa y que tiene un lado interior o espacio interior, para rodear al extremo de conexión con los hilos conductores (43) que se pueden mover libremente; ¿ un sistema de enclavamiento (20), que está previsto para la unión de la primera y de la segunda parte de la carcasa y que actúa mediante el encajado axial de las partes de la carcasa entre sí y el giro de una contra otra; ¿un dispositivo de freno de la tracción (50), que tiene un cuerpo de apriete (51) con forma de jaula para sujetar fijamente el extremo de conexión del cable (40), con una serie de brazos de apriete (56), que tienen dientes o garras (58) en sus puntos más interiores radialmente; ¿ el extremo de conexión del cable (40) se puede introducir radialmente en el interior de la segunda parte (2) de la carcasa, de manera que los brazos de apriete (56) del cuerpo de apriete (51) rodean al extremo de conexión; ¿ elementos de contacto (5), que tienen cada uno de ellos un extremo exterior delantero y un extremo interior posterior (7), teniendo el extremo posterior (7) de cada elemento de contacto (5) un dispositivo de apriete para el extremo (41) del hilo, y pudiéndose encajar los extremos (41) de los hilos en los respectivos dispositivos de apriete; caracterizado por la configuración siguiente: ¿ una placa de sujeción (15), que está prevista para la sujeción en el portacontactos (4), para mantener los elementos de contacto (5) en el portacontactos (4); ¿ la placa de sujeción o una pieza unida a la placa de sujeción (15) tiene una corona de superficies inclinadas (52) que se extienden cerca del lado interior de la segunda parte (2) de la carcasa y que trabajan junto con el dispositivo de freno de la tracción (50); ¿ el dispositivo (50) de freno de la tracción está dispuesto para hacer que actúen eficazmente las partes primera y segunda de la carcasa al realizar el enclavamiento o el bloqueo entre ambas, y comprende para ello un anillo de accionamiento (54), que trabaja junto con la corona de las superficies inclinadas (52) y presiona sobre el cuerpo de apriete (51) contra una superficie de apoyo (53) de la segunda parte (2) de la carcasa y al mismo tiempo realiza el recalcado de la misma, de manera que los dientes o las garras (58) se clavan en la envoltura (42) del cable (40).
