Description
Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Verbrennen und Vergasen von festen Biomassen in einem Brennraum, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Abhängigkeit vom Abbrand in Ballen (1) gepreßter Biomasse durch gezieltes Auftreffen von Luftstrahlen mindestens ein Brennfleck erzeugt wird, sodaß durch Weiterwandern dieses Brennfleckes auf den bzw. in den Ballen (1) dieser abgebrannt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ballen (1) und die die Luftstrahlen steuernden Luftdüsen (9;9',9",9"';24;29;32',32") relativ zueinander bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einen Brennraum (6) ein etwa waagrechter Vorschubkanal (5) für den Ballen (1) mündet und gegenüber dem Vorschubkanal (5) die die Luftstrahlen steuernden Luftdüsen (9;9',9",9"') angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Luftdüsen (9;9',9",9"';24) ein Zündschirm (8) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorschubkanal (5) im (Querschnitt die Form eines auf eine Spitze gestellten Rechteckes vorzugsweise Quadrates aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftstrahlen gegenüber der Vorschubrichtung des Ballens (1) geneigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehreren übereinander angeordneten Luftdüsen (9',9",9"') ein Steuerorgan zugeordnet ist, das die Luftdüsen der Reihe nach mit Luft beaufschlagt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ballen (1) ruht und in Abhängigkeit von dessen Abbrand die Luftdüsen (32',32") der Reihe nach von oben nach unten mit Luft beaufschlagt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gegenüber dem ruhenden Ballen (1) zu diesem hin bewegbare Luftdüsen (29) angeordnet sind.
