Claims (10)
- Schneidmesser für ein Schneidwerkzeug (10) zum Durchtrennen von Klebewulsten (30) an Fensterscheiben (26) von Fahrzeugen, mit einem U-förmig gewinkelten Querschnitt umfassend einen ersten, als Befestigungsteil (32, 32a) ausgebildeten Schenkel mit einer Befestigungsöffnung (18, 18a) zur Befestigung an einem Oszillationsantrieb (12), sowie einen zweiten Schenkel, der als Schneidteil (34, 34a,b,c,d) ausgebildet ist und über einen Zwischensteg (36, 36a) mit dem Befestigungsteil (32, 32a) verbunden ist, wobei der Befestigungsteil (32, 32a) eben ausgebildet ist und sich von der Befestigungsöffnung (18, 18a) aus zum Zwischenteil (36, 36a) hin verjüngt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungsteil (32, 32a) eine Abkröpfung (42, 42a) aufweist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abkröpfung (42, 42a) am dem Zwischensteg (36, 36a) zugewandten Ende des Befestigungsteils (32, 32a) vorgesehen ist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abkröpfung an einer dem Schneidteil (34, 34a-d) abgewandten Seite durch einen in bezug auf die Befestigungsöffnung (18, 18a) konvex gekrümmten Abschnitt einer Seitenkante (40, 40a) des Befestigungsteils (32, 32a) gebildet ist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abkröpfung an einer dem Schneidteil (34, 34a-d) zugewandten Seite durch einen in bezug auf die Befestigungsöffnung (18, 18a) konkav gekrümmten Abschnitt einer Seitenkante (38, 38a) des Befestigungsteils (32, 32a) gebildet ist.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidteil (34, 34a-d) zumindest an seiner der Befestigungsöffnung (18, 18a) zugewandten Seite einen Wellen- oder Sägeschliff aufweist.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidteil (34a) an seiner der Befestigungsöffnung (18, 18a) abgewandten Seite eine Schneide (46a) aufweist, die an ihrer Schneidkante mit einem Spitzenwinkel (α) von mindestens 30° versehen ist.
- Schneidmesser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidteil an seiner der Befestigungsöffnung (18, 18a) abgewandten Seite eine stumpfe Kante (46') aufweist.
- Schneidmesser für ein Schneidwerkzeug (10) zum Durchtrennen von Klebewulsten (30) an Fensterscheiben (26) von Fahrzeugen, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem U-förmig gewinkelten Querschnitt, umfassend einen ersten, als Befestigungsteil (32, 32a) ausgebildeten Schenkel mit einer Befestigungsöffnung (18, 18a) zur Befestigung an einem Oszillationsantrieb (12), sowie einen zweiten Schenkel, der als Schneidteil (34a, 34b) ausgebildet ist und über einen Zwischensteg (36, 36a) mit dem Befestigungsteil (32, 32a) verbunden ist, wobei der Befestigungsteil (32, 32a) eben ausgebildet ist und sich von der Befestigungsöffnung (18, 18a) aus zum Zwischensteg hin verjüngt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidteil (34a,b) einen Querschnitt mit einem Mittelabschnitt (52a,b) mit zueinander parallelen Außenflächen (54a, 54b, 56a,b) aufweist, an den sich zumindest auf der der Befestigungsöffnung zugewandten Seite eine spitzwinklig geschliffene Schneidkante (44a,b) anschließt.
- Schneidmesser für ein Schneidwerkzeug zum Durchtrennen von Klebewulsten (30) an Fensterscheiben (26) von Fahrzeugen, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, mit einem U-förmig gewinkelten Querschnitt umfassend einen ersten, als Befestigungsteil (32, 32a) ausgebildeten Schenkel mit einer Befestigungsöffnung (18, 18a) zur Befestigung an einem Oszillationsantrieb (12), sowie einen zweiten Schenkel, der als Schneidteil (34a) ausgebildet ist und über einen Zwischensteg (36, 36a) mit dem Befestigungsteil (32, 32a) verbunden ist, wobei der Befestigungsteil (32, 32a) eben ausgebildet ist und sich von der Befestigungsöffnung (18, 18a) aus zum Zwischensteg (36, 36a) hin verjüngt, wobei der Schneidteil (34a) an seiner der Befestigungsöffnung (18, 18a) zugewandten Seite mit einer Schneidkante (44a) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an die Schneidkante (44a) ein Abschnitt (52a) mit parallelen Außenflächen (54a, 56a) anschließt, der von einem zum anderen Ende hin leicht ballig oder konisch zulaufenden Abschnitt (58a) gefolgt ist.
- Schneidmesser nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidteil (34a, b, c, d) zumindest an seiner der Befestigungsöffnung (18, 18a) zugewandten Seite eine mit einem Wellen- oder Sägeschliff versehene Schneidkante (46a, b, c, d) aufweist.
