Claims (11)
- Tintenstrahldrucker für die Beschriftung von Warenmit einem die Betriebsabläufe steuernden Rechner (20),mit mindestens einer austauschbaren Vorratsflasche (24), die mit einer vorbekannten Menge einer Flüssigkeit (30), z.B. einem Lösungsmittel oder Pigment, gefüllt ist,mit einem installierten Zwischenbehälter (32), der aus der Vorratsflasche (24) jeweils mit der Flüssigkeit (30) angefüllt wird, undmit einer installierten Anordnung zur Erfassung der aus der Vorratsflasche (24) entnommenen Menge an der Flüssigkeit (30),
- Tintenstrahldrucker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zugleich mit Ausgabe des Signals "Vorratsflasche leer" der Rechner (20) jedwede weitere Entnahme von Flüssigkeit (30) aus der Vorratsflasche (24) sperrt und erst nach Eingabe einer neuen Kennzeichnung (38) wieder die Entnahme von Flüssigkeit (30) aus der neuen Vorratsflasche (24) zuläßt.
- Tintenstrahldrucker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorratsflasche (24) im Volumen grösser ist als der Zwischenbehälter (32), insbesondere mehr als 6 x größer ist als der Zwischenbehälter (32).
- Tintenstrahldrucker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorratsflasche (24) im Volumen mehr als 10 x größer ist als der Zwischenbehälter (32).
- Tintenstrahldrucker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Rechner (20) eine Uhr vorgesehen ist, die ein internes Datum erzeugt, und dass das interne Datum mit der Datumsangabe der Kennzeichnung (38) verglichen wird.
- Tintenstrahldrucker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rechner (20) einen Speicher aufweist, in dem Informationen aus der Kennzeichnung (38), beispielsweise Art der Flüssigkeit (30), Menge der Flüssigkeit (30), Viskosität, abgespeichert werden und dass diese Daten vorzugsweise gelöscht werden, wenn eine neue Vorratsflasche (24) eingesetzt wird.
- Tintenstrahldrucker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorratsflaschen (24) mechanisch unterschiedlich ausgebildet sind und ein Einsetzen einer Flasche an einer Stelle, wo eine andere Flasche mit einer anderen Flüssigkeit (30) einzusetzen ist, mechanisch verhindert ist.
- Tintenstrahldrucker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet; dass die Kennzeichnung (38) maschinenlesbar ausgebildet ist, z.B. ein Strichcode ist.
- Tintenstrahldrucker nach Anspruch 8, bei dem eine Halterung (22) für eine Vorratsflasche (24) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Halterung (22) ein Lesegerät (42) für die Kennzeichnung (38) angeordnet ist und dass bei Austausch einer leeren Vorratsflasche (24) gegen eine neue, gefüllte Vorratsflasche (24) selbsttätig mindestens ein Lesevorgang der Kennzeichnung (38) geführt wird, sobald sich die neue Vorratsflasche (24) In der Halterung (22) befindet.
- Tintenstrahldrucker nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser mindestens zwei Halterungen (22) für Vorratsflaschen (24) mit unterschiedlichen Flüssigkeiten (30) hat, und die Vorratsflaschen (24) für die unterschiedlichen Halterungen (22) baugleich sind, jedoch sich in ihrer Kennzeichnung (38) unterscheiden.
- Verwendung einer Vorratsflasche (24) in einem Tintenstrahldrucker nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vorratsflasche (24) a) mit einer Flüssigkeit (30) gefüllt ist, die für den Betrieb des Tintenstrahldruckers benötigt wird und b) mit einer Kennzeichnung (38) versehen ist, die für den Rechner (20) notwendige Daten für den Betrieb des Tintenstrahldruckers beinhaltet.
