- Pressenanlage (1), insbesondere Großteilstufenpresse,mit mehreren Pressenstufen (2, 3, 4, 5, 6), die der stufenweisen Bearbeitung von Werkstücken, insbesondere Karosserieteilen dienen,mit einer Transfereinrichtung (26), die dazu eingerichtet ist, Werkstücke zu transportieren und die Kupplungen (41, 42, 43, 44) zur Aufnahme werkstückspezifischer Werkstückhaltemittel (38) aufweist, die dazu eingerichtet sind, Werkstücke in Abhängigkeit von einem Steuersignal zu halten oder freizugeben,wobei jeder Kupplung (41, 42, 43, 44) mehrere Werkstückhaltemittel (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) zugeordnet sind undwobei die Transfereinrichtung (26) die an den Kupplungen (41, 42, 43, 44) aufgenommenen Werkstückhaltemittel (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) zum Umsetzen der Werkstücke bewegt,mit wenigstens einem Magazin (51), das zur Aufnahme und Lagerung mehrerer Werkstückhaltemittel (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) eingerichtet ist,mit einer Transport- und Übergabeeinrichtung (51) zum Überführen der Werkstückhaltemittel (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) aus der Transfereinrichtung (26) in das Magazin und zur Überführung der Werkstückhaltemittel (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) aus dem Magazin (51) zu der Transfereinrichtung (26) undmit einer Steuereinrichtung (45), die die Übergabe der Werkstückhaltemittel (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) von der Transfereinrichtung (26) an das Magazin (51) oder von dem Magazin (51) an die Transfereinrichtung (26) durch Steuerung der Transport- und Übergabeeinrichtung (50) bewirkt.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Pressenstufen (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) jeweils ein oder mehrere Magazine (51) vorgesehen sind.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pressenanlage (1) mehrere Pressenständer (12) aufweist und dass die Magazine (51) von den Pressenständern (12) getragen sind.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magazine (51) vorzugsweise an der Pressenanlage (1) in einer solchen Höhe gehalten sind, dass sie, sofern sie neben einem in der Pressenanlage (1) angeordneten Werkzeug (16) angeordnet sind, außerhalb eines Ausfahrfensters zum seitlichen Ausfahren des Werkzeugs (16) aus der Pressenanlage (1) angeordnet oder in eine solche Position überführbar sind.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magazine (51) oberhalb des Ausfahrfensters angeordnet oder in eine solche Position überführbar sind.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Presseanlage Schrottschächte aufweist und dass die Werkstückhaltemittel auf ihrem Weg von der Transfereinrichtung zu ihrem Magazin (51) und zurück durch die Schrottschächte geführt werden.
- Presseanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Magazin (51) unterhalb einer Tischebene angeordnet ist, auf der Werkzeuge zu befestigen sind.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transfereinrichtung (26) Laufschienen (27, 28) aufweist, auf denen Laufwagen (31, 32) verschiebbar geführt sind, wobei jeweils zwischen einem Laufwagen (31, 32) einer Laufschiene (27, 28) und einem Laufwagen (31, 32) der anderen Laufschiene (27, 28) eine Traverse (37) angeordnet ist, die ein oder mehrere Saugerspinnen trägt die ein Werkzeughaltemittel (38) bildet.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugerspinnen (38) mittels entsprechender Antriebseinrichtungen gegen die Traversen (37) bewegbar sind.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von der Transport- und Übergabeeinrichtung (50) zum Wechseln der Werkstückhaltemittel (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) lediglich die Saugerspinnen (38) in die Magazine (51) bzw. aus diesen heraus transportiert werden, wohingegen die Traversen (37) in der Transfereinrichtung (50) verbleiben.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laufwagen (31, 32) über einen wenigstens gruppenweise gemeinsamen mechanischen Antrieb mit einer Antriebsquelle verbunden sind.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transport- und Übergabeeinrichtung (50) ein Aufnahmemittel (54, 61) zur Ankopplung an das oder zur Aufnahme des Werkstückhaltemittels (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) aufweist, dass das Aufnahmemittel (61) eine Bahn der Bewegung des Werkstückhaltemittels (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) festlegt, die sich von allen anderen Bahnen unterscheidet, auf denen die Transfereinrichtung (26) den Werkstückhaltemittel (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) bewegt.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu der Transport- und Übergabeeinrichtung (50) eine Schwenkeinheit gehört, die einen vorzugsweise um eine vertikale Schwenkachse (53) schwenkbaren Ausleger (52) aufweist, der zur Aufnahme und Übergabe des Werkstückhaltemittels (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) an einen Transportlift dient, um die Werkstückhaltemittel (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) aus ihrer Gebrauchslage in eine Speicherlage zu schwenken, die sich von der Gebrauchslage unterscheidet.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transportlift ein auf einer Bahn geführtes Aufnahmemittel (61) aufweist, das von einem der Steuereinrichtung (45) unterstehenden Antrieb gezielt entlang dieser Bahn bewegbar und insbesondere in mehreren Übergabepositionen anzuhalten ist.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Magazin mehrere Ablageplätze (62, 63, 64, 65) für Werkstückhaltemittel aufweist, die zur Aufnahme und Ablage der Werkstückhaltemittel (62, 63, 64, 65) von der Steuereinrichtung (45) gesteuert gezielt anfahrbar sind, wobei in dem Magazin eine Gruppe Ablageplätze vorhanden ist, deren Anzahl mit der Gesamtzahl der Werkstückhaltemittel (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) übereinstimmt, die einer Kupplung (41, 42, 43, 44) der Transfereinrichtung (26) zugeordnet sind.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung (45) die Werkstückhaltemittel (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) anhand des Ablageplatz (62, 63, 64, 65) in dem Magazin identifiziert.
- Pressenanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Werkstückhaltemittel (38, 38a, 38b, 38c) mit einer maschinenlesbaren Markierung versehen sind und dass die Transport- und Übergabeeinrichtung (50) eine Leseeinrichtung zur Erfassung der Identifizierung aufweist, die mit der Steuereinrichtung (45) verbunden ist.
