Definitions
- the invention relates to a transfer press with the Features of the preamble of claim 1 and a Procedure for changing tools and tooling at a such transfer press, with the features of the generic term of claim 17.
- Transfer presses such as those from the EP-B-0 388 610 are known to have a series of press stations on that of a workpiece in the transfer direction to go through.
- the press stations are through tools divided into upper and lower tools defined, the upper tool on a ram attached and the lower tool on a press table is stored.
- a transfer device is used for workpiece transport, for example a two-axis transfer with Crossbeams on which suction frames are held.
- the Press also has a press frame to which usually arranged between the workstations Press stands belong.
- the press tables with the tools stored on it usually from the side the transfer press led out. You will be between passed through the press stands, the space available are usually designed so that the press tables just fit between the press stands.
- the suction frame or belonging to the transfer system other holding means are during the operation of the transfer press between the tools, i.e. for example in Area of the press stand, held when the tools conclude.
- the holding means must first have this position also take if the top tool is on the bottom tool is filed to it with the sliding table from the To be able to pull out the transfer press.
- the transfer press has a receiving means that serves the tooling removed from the transfer system on the press table (or tool) so that the press table with tools and tooling from the transfer press can be extended.
- the tooling on the receiving means in one orientation and orientation, which is different from the orientation in distinguishes the transfer system. This enables that For example, holding means belonging to the tooling of the transfer system stored at one point on the press table, at which they particularly with regard to the direction of transfer do not protrude beyond the table contour.
- a corresponding one provided transport facility for the tooling is included able the spatial orientation of the holding means change appropriately so that the holding means on Places on the press table that can be stored with the Transfer system alone cannot be reached.
- the holding means in otherwise unused places the tool or press table on which they are to be placed moving the press table in and out of the transfer press do not hinder.
- the filing points should be selected so that the on the press table stored tools, for example for a Crane, are easily accessible.
- the transport device for transferring the tooling from the transfer system to the storage area of the press table is particularly useful for transfer presses with two-axis transfer advantageous.
- Those held on the crossbeams Holding means for example suction frames, suction spiders or the like, require a relatively large amount of space.
- the transport device enables storage at neutral locations the press table or the tool. While the sucker frame cross with the crossbars in the operating position extending to the transfer direction, they will be at rest stored in the longitudinal direction to the side of the tools. This is an area that occurs during sheet metal part transport not crossed by the respective sheet metal part becomes. This also allows the transfer press in To build the transfer direction as short as possible, which is the number of strokes benefits.
- the holding means can be in the side area of the press table oriented both lengthways and vertically be kept. This is from the specific training of the Depending on the receiving agent.
- the transport device points accordingly a vertical, a horizontal or a inclined pivot axis.
- the transport device can be placed on the press table or tool be and at the same time as a receiving means for holding the Serve holding means in the rest position.
- the transport device can also be designed as a transfer device and on a press stand, i.e. from the press table be kept separate, the holding means to the the holder provided at the press table passes.
- the several tools, spaced apart from each other have individual holding means (tooling) between the Tools are stored. This applies in particular to Retaining means that are in the rest position above the press table between tools and therefore not in the range of Press stands are held. These are holding devices not swiveled when placed on the press table.
- the transfer device can be designed that the holding means taken over through the open tool or via the closed tool detached from the ram is pivoted.
- the latter can be useful if the transfer device not only a swivel, but also performs a lifting movement, or if the Storage on the press table is done relatively high.
- the tooling belonging to the transfer system his working position in a changing or resting position pivoted and placed on the press table.
- the preferred then press table designed as a sliding table moved out of the transfer press with tools and tooling.
- the holding means By pivoting the tooling according to the invention, in particular the holding means, these can turn to side areas of the press table can be transported.
- the holding means horizontally or vertically, but in any case in one Plane are kept vertical and longitudinal is aligned.
- a suction frame or Suction spider trained holding means can both be kept flat as well as rotated about its longitudinal axis.
- the transport device then has at least two Swivel or rotary axes on.
- 1 shows a transfer press 1, the several press stations 2, 3, 4, 5 and others, Has press stations, not shown.
- Press station 2, 3, 4, 5 is in each case a lower tool 6, 7, 8 and upper tool 11, 12, 13 existing Tool arranged. While the upper tools 11, 12, 13 are held releasably on plungers 14, 15, the lower tools are mounted 6, 7, 8 on press tables 16, 17.
- a transfer system 27 which as Two-axis transfer is formed.
- To the transfer system 27 include transfer rails 28 that are parallel to each other in the transfer direction lengthways through the transfer press 1 extend.
- the transfer rails 28 are among one another connected by cross members 29, the holding means, such as for example, suction frame 31, wear. These are workpiece-specific trained and thus if necessary switch.
- the suction frame 31 can, as can be seen from the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, be significantly narrower than the cross members 29. It are then on a crossbar 29, for example, two suction frames 31a, 31b arranged side by side.
- the suction frame 31 lead carried by the cross members 29 and the transfer rails 28, a transfer movement in which the individual sheet metal parts from one Remove press station 2, 3, 4 and the following one Feed press station 3, 4, 5. Is a sheet metal part stored and closes in a press station 2, 3, 4, 5 the tool in question, the suction frame 31 of the transfer system in appropriate spaces between the tools.
- the press stand 23 covers the space between the press stations 4 and 5.
- receptacles 33 pivotably mounted about a vertical axis 32 are arranged on the press tables 16, 17, as separately shown in FIGS 3 to 6 are illustrated.
- Such a receptacle 33 is an angled arm 35 provided at the end with a pivot bearing 34.
