Description
Claims (15)
- Inertisierungsverfahren zur Minderung des Risikos und zum Löschen von Bränden in geschlossenen Räumen, mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten:a) der Sauerstoffgehalt in dem umschlossenen Raum wird auf ein bestimmtes Grundinertisierungsniveau abgesenkt; undb) im Fall eines Brandes wird der Sauerstoffgehalt rasch auf ein bestimmtes Vollinertisierungsniveau weiter abgesenkt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
folgende zusätzliche Verfahrensschritte vor Verfahrensschritt a) :a1) der Sauerstoffgehalt in dem zu überwachenden Raum wird gemessen;a2) die Absenkung auf das Grundinertisierungsniveau erfolgt in Abhängigkeit des Sauerstoff-Meßwertes. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
gekennzeichnet durch folgenden weiteren Verfahrensschritt vor Verfahrensschritt b):b1) ein Detektor für Brandkenngrößen gibt im Brandfall ein Signal für die Vollinertisierung ab. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
folgenden weiteren Verfahrensschritt vor Verfahrensschritt b) :b1) der Raumluft in dem zu überwachenden Raum werden ständig repräsentative Luftproben entnommen, die einem Detektor für Brandkenngrößen zugeführt werden, der im Brandfall ein Signal für die Vollinertisierung abgibt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Absenken und das Halten des gewünschten Grundinertisierungsniveaus durch Produktion und/oder Einleiten von Sauerstoff verdrängenden Gasen erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Absenken und das Halten des gewünschten Grundinertisierungsniveaus durch eine Sauerstoffentnahmevorrichtung erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das rasche weitere Absenken des Sauerstoffgehalts auf das Vollinertisierungsniveau durch Einleiten eines Sauerstoff verdrängenden Gases in den umschlossenen Raum erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Sauerstoff verdrängende Gas in Gasbehältern bereitgestellt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 - 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Einleiten der Sauerstoff verdrängenden Gase in Abhängigkeit des gemessenen Sauerstoffgehalts erfolgt. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, mit
einer Sauerstoffmeßvorrichtung in dem zu überwachenden Raum;
einer ersten Anlage zur Produktion des Sauerstoff verdrängenden Gases oder zur Entnahme von Sauerstoff aus dem zu überwachenden Raum;
einer zweiten Anlage zum plötzlichen Einleiten eines Sauerstoff verdrängenden Gases in den zu überwachenden Raum; und mit
einer Branderkennungsvorrichtung zum Detektieren einer Brandkenngröße in der Raumluft,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Steuerung, die in Abhängigkeit des Sauerstoffgehalts der Raumluft des zu überwachenden Raumes ein Grundinertisierungssignal an die erste Anlage abgibt, und die in Abhängigkeit eines Detektionssignals von der Branderkennungsvorrichtung ein Vollinertisierungssignal an die zweite Anlage abgibt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß
die Branderkennungsvorrichtung eine aspirative Branderkennungsvorrichtung ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Sauerstoffmeßvorrichtung in dem Detektorgehäuse der Branderkennungsvorrichtung integriert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 - 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Produktion der Sauerstoff verdrängenden Gase zum Erreichen des Grundinertisierungsniveaus maschinell, beispielsweise durch eine Stickstoffmaschine, erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in Abhängigkeit der Erfordernisse, nämlich in welchem Maße und zu welchen Zeiten eine Begehbarkeit des umschlossenen Raumes durch Lebewesen nötig ist, zwischen dem Grundinertisierungsniveaus und dem Vollinertisierungsniveau umgeschaltet wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steuerung zwischen den Sauerstoffgehalten des Grundinertisierungsniveaus und des Vollinertisierungsniveaus des zu überwachenden Raumes umschaltet, beispielsweise zwischen Tag- und Nachtbetrieb, unter Berücksichtigung der Erfordernisse, den zu überwachenden Raum durch Lebewesen zu begehen oder zu bestücken.
