Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Feuerlöschanlage mit einer tiefkalten Kohlensäure (CO2) als Löschmittel, insbesondere einer CO2-Niederdruckanlage (20 bar), in der das CO2 in flüssiger Phase mit einer Temperatur von -18 °C bis -22 °C, insbesondere -20 °C, in einem isolierten Behälter (1) gelagert und mittels eines Kühlaggregates (3) auf dieser Temperatur gehalten und von dort mittels einer Verteilerleitung (5) mit einem Absperrventil (7) und einem Bereichsventil (9) zu einer Löschleitung (8) mit Löschdüsen (10) geführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das aus der Flüssigphase des Behälters (1) abgezogene Löschmittel innerhalb der Verteilerleitung (5) vom Behälter (1) bis zum Bereichsventil (9) gegen Kälteabstrahlung geschützt und somit das Löschmittel in der Verteilerleitung flüssig gehalten wird, und daß das sich in der Verteilerleitung bildende nach oben steigende CO2-Gas dort abgezogen und in die Gasphase des Behälters zurückgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus der Flüssigphase des Behälters (1) ein Teilstrom des flüssigen Löschmittels abgezogen und in die Verteilerleitung (5) geführt und gegen Kälteabstrahlung geschützt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feuerlöschanlage in einem Gleichdrucksystem mit einem Gasausgleich gefahren und das rückgeführte CO2-Gas zusätzlich gekühlt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlung für den Löschmittelbehälter (1) und die Kühlung für das rückgeführte CO2-Gas über eine Kaskadenschaltung gesteuert werden, wobei im Normalbetrieb die Steuerung beider Kühlaggregate mittels eines Pressostaten erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teilstrom des flüssigen Löschmittels mittels einer CO2-Pumpe (33,34) in einen Zwangsumlauf versetzt wird und somit eine Verbindung der Gas- und Flüssigkeitsphasen herstellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das CO2 mittels zweier CO2-Pumpen (33,34) gefördert wird, die parallel geschaltet und separat absperrbar sind.
- Feuerlöschanlage zur Durchführung der Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, mit einer tiefkalten Kohlensäure (CO2) als Löschmittel, das in einem isolierten mit einem Kühlaggregat (3) verbundenen Behälter (1) gelagert ist, von dem eine mit einem Tauchrohr (6), einem Absperrventil (7) und einem Bereichsventil (9) versehene Verteilerleitung (5) zu einer Löschleitung (8) mit Löschdüsen (10) abgeht, und der Behälter (1) mit einer Füll-Leitung (11) für das Löschmittel und einer Rückgasleitung (13) versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verteilerleitung (5) vom Behälter (1) bis zum Bereichsventil (9) mit einer Isolierung (21) versehen und an der höchsten Stelle der Verteilerleitung (5) eine Gas-Rückführleitung (17) angeschlossen ist, deren anderes Ende in die Gasphase (22) des Löschmittelbehälters (1) geführt ist. - Feuerlöschanlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Tauchrohr (27) aus der Flüssigphase (23) des Löschmittelbehälters (1) geführt und an eine Bypassleitung (24) angeschlossen ist, deren freies Ende in die Verteilerleitung (5) geführt und mit einer Isolierung (26) versehen ist.
- Feuerlöschanlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der höchsten Stelle der Verteilerleitung (5) eine Gasrückführleitung (17) mit Absperrventil (18) angeschlossen und mit einem in die Gasphase (22) des Löschmittelbehälters (1) geführten Entnahmerohres (40) verbunden ist.
- Feuerlöschanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Gasrückführleitung (17a,17b) ein Wärmetauscher (32) eingebaut ist.
- Feuerlöschanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Bypassleitung (24) eine CO2-Pumpe (33) eingebaut ist.
- Feuerlöschanlage nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bypassleitung (24) über Pumpenleitungen (35 und 36) mit zwei CO2-Pumpen (33,34) versehen ist, die einzeln abschaltbar und mit einer Isolierung (26a) versehen sind.
