Definitions
- the invention relates to a portable light, consisting of at least a light bulb, which is received in a holder and a Supply line can be acted upon with voltage, wherein the holder rod-shaped formed and of an at least partially translucent lampshade at least partially enclosed and the lampshade by movable clamping device is held, which in usable condition moved away from the bulb, along the curvature of the phosphor screen issue.
- Generic portable lights are as hand or floor lights are known and preferred for temporary illumination of Spaces or exposed surfaces used. According to the intended Intended use may be lights with low power or also to act lights with up to 1000 watts and more. Latter are preferred in the open area for illumination, for example one Construction site, accident sites, major loss or sports events used.
- a balloon-equipped luminaire in which the balloon envelope is used for diffuse light scattering and by an internal Compressor overpressure within the balloon envelope is generated.
- the balloon envelope is biased and by suitable Pressure sensors measured the existing pressure.
- the light source is switched on or off via a safety circuit.
- the balloon envelope ever after use can be easily damaged and cracks or holes, for example, by flying metal chips in the construction industry or caused by glowing ashes in firefighting operations. smaller Although holes or cracks in the textile balloon envelope affect the lighting not, however, the pressure loss leads to premature shutdown the lamp through the pressure difference sensor.
- French Patent 2,093,419 discloses a lighting device known to be a cylindrical or nearly spherical Umbrella has.
- the screen encloses at least partially the attached to a holder bulbs.
- a first embodiment is the screen only cylindrical and is through Two-part tension wires stretched out, arranged from vertically, at the Shield adjacent tension wires and at an angle to the horizontal arranged tension wires, which at one end to the vertical Tension wires are articulated and the other hinged with a holding element are connected.
- At least one retaining element can in this case along a round guide rod moves and by a locking screw in the respective position.
- Object of the present invention is a generic transportable To create lamp which avoids the known disadvantages and about It also guarantees a permanent and reliable function.
- the used Clamping means arranged such that they are in the operable state the portable lamp of the holder and thus of the bulb be moved away and after the tensioning process along the curvature of the lampshade rest.
- the portable lamp can be made for further transport relaxation of the clamping means so that the lampshade collapses and that used material for the lampshade are folded together can. This creates a handy, cylindrical shape of the transportable Luminaire which is stored in a confined space or transported if necessary can be.
- the lamp is characterized by a light source with high light intensity out, so the preferred field of application outdoors, in athletic or cultural events, in accidents or natural disasters or at nocturnal work can be seen.
- Illuminants in the form of halogen or metal halide lamps with high light intensity used whereby by the lampshade a glare-free and diffused light is created.
- Due to the clamped lampshade is in the following ensures a sufficiently large safety distance to the light source, wherein the radius of the lampshade is predetermined by the clamping means becomes.
- the spring-loaded lampshade is therefore a safe and reliable work of the lamp achieved because in particular no pressure monitoring inside the lampshade is necessary.
- the light for salvage and rescue there is the possibility of the light for salvage and rescue, as a mobile tent lighting or as a film or photo light and if necessary to use as a mobile military light. Due to the high portability The lamp is particularly convenient for transport by car suitable.
- the invention provided that the lampshade of a elliptical to spherical balloon shell, which the bulb completely surrounds.
- a completely closed balloon cover For example, such a luminaire can be used as construction site lighting be used in road traffic, without the passing traffic blinded.
- the glare is so degraded that not only objects or people seen in the light cone of the lamp but that areas behind the light also are visible. As a result, for example, there is the possibility of hand signals or the like of persons behind the lamp.
- the balloon envelope consists of two halves, of which preferably the upper half of a reflective textile material and the lower half of a translucent, For example, translucent, material exists, creating a Light concentration is guaranteed down.
- the lamp according to the invention is such a dazzle-free and low-shadow light quality with high Light intensity reaches for a portable, collapsible lamp, as they do previously only of stationary lamps with frosted glass or other diffusing Materials is achievable.
- the light generated by the textile balloon envelope reduces glare as well as drop shadow by projection of Silhouettes on backgrounds. It creates daylight-like diffuse Light conditions, these special properties to a convenient Illumination of construction sites, rescue and recovery sites, Filming locations and other purposes lead to filming locations where one high light intensity must be achieved with a portable system.
- the invention provided that the two balloon envelope halves through For example, a Velcro fastener, button placket or zipper connected to each other.
- the Velcro closure thus allows a Separate the two halves of the balloon envelope and access the interior of the balloon transportable light, for example, to replace the bulb.
- the balloon envelope halves may be different be combined with each other or in case of damage the one or other half exchanged without major problems.
- the Clamping means of a plurality of individual springs for example spring steel wires, Flat spring ribbon, fiberglass or carbon rods.
- Feathering becomes a safe, simple but effective way Tightening the balloon shell causes, which also in case of damage the textile casing is maintained.
- This will be at least three or more clamping means circumferentially distributed arranged around the holder.
- a number of four or six springs is used but without a significantly larger number used can be. Decisive for the number of springs used here the size of the balloon envelope, so that with smaller portable lights one lower number and preferably for larger portable lights a larger number of individual feathers can be used.
- the holder at least one end of a square cross-sectioned rod, For example, made of aluminum or steel, and in the middle of the bulb is included in a light socket.
- a holding element be deferred, which is held against rotation and thus a Twisting the clamping means or springs prevented.
- the holding element can in this case by a locking means, for example in the form of a locking bolt lock, be detected axially in several positions on the holder, whereby the lamp or the balloon envelope spanned differently strong can be.
- a locking means is therefore also required because the strained balloon cover by the existing counter pressure springs would move together with the holding element and thus a Relaxation would occur.
- the one hand a handle and the other a non-rotatable, but axial slidable retaining element is arranged.
- the light can thus over held the handle securely and after loosening the locking means and Move the holding means are clamped.
- the clamping means at the end once on the handle or lamp base and once on the holding element are pivotally hinged, wherein the handle or the Light socket and the retaining element on their facing surfaces, faces or peripheral surfaces, with a plurality of corresponding ones Hinges are fitted for receiving the springs.
- the springs is thus on a displacement of the retaining element the holder optimal adaptation of the spring elements to the available Balloon shell allows and at the same time by a uniform circumferentially distributed Contact pressure a uniform load on the balloon envelope achieved, which depending on the bias an arcuate shape to the central axis take the holder and clamped against the inside of the balloon envelope.
- a spherical or elliptical shape of the balloon envelope is achieved.
- the springs additionally sewn in pockets of the balloon envelope can, thereby achieving an automatic folding of the balloon envelope becomes.
- the present invention is thus achieved that by the technical Structure of the umbrella construction the balloon light due to the used Balloon material a pleasant even with strong bulbs creates glare-free and diffused light.
- Another advantage is the high portability to see which by folding or relaxing the clamping means is given and to a collapse of the balloon envelope leads.
- the lamp by simply moving the retaining element on the center axis of the bracket in the desired shape Balloon shell be brought by appropriate bias.
- the large distance between bulb and balloon cover is a damage almost excluded by the light source and above
- advantageously by the use of the clamping means a permanent clamping of the balloon cover even with external damage ensured the balloon envelope.
- Figure 1 shows a side view of the lamp 1 according to the invention, which consists of a rod-shaped holder 2 and a lampshade 3.
- the lampshade 3 is about clamping means 4, which for example Consist of spring steel wire, spring band steel, fiberglass or carbon rods can, clamped in its form, with the clamping means 4 at one end a holding element 5 above the holder and at the other end to a Light base 6 are pivotally mounted.
- clamping means 4 for example Consist of spring steel wire, spring band steel, fiberglass or carbon rods can, clamped in its form, with the clamping means 4 at one end a holding element 5 above the holder and at the other end to a Light base 6 are pivotally mounted.
- the holder 2 has in the middle region of the lamp base 6, which from a lower hollow cylinder 7, an upper cover plate 8 and the cylinder 7 and the cover plate 8 connecting circumferentially distributed rods 9 exists.
- the rods 9 are parallel to the longitudinal extent of the holder 2 and serve to protect the illuminant 10.
- the Illuminant 10 is accommodated in a socket 11, which in the hollow cylinder 7 protrudes and possibly attached to a cylinder bottom and over concealed contact terminals is connected to the supply line 12.
- the Feed line 12 leads to a transformer 13, which via a supply line 14 and a power plug 15 are connected to the local power grid can.
- the lead 12 in use another light source 10 in place of the transformer 13th to insert a battery.
- a halogen lamp however can be dispensed with a ballast.
- the holder 2 further comprises at least above the light socket 6 a square bar 16 on. Below the light socket 6 is a handle 17 is attached. In place of the square bar 16 there is the possibility to provide a different angular or oval shape, provided a twist of the above-pushed holding member 5 is avoided to twist to prevent the clamping means 4.
- the holding element 5 has a corresponding Recess 18, in which the upper square bar 16 out is.
- the holding element 5 is equipped with a locking bolt lock 19, which engages existing holes 27 of the square bar 16.
- a set screw which by the generated back pressure jamming of the retaining element 5 the square bar 16 allows. By locking bolt lock 19 is thus the possibility of holding element 5 on the upper square bar 16 in different positions.
- the holding element 5 and the lamp base 6 are distributed with several circumferentially Hinges 20 equipped, which via a bearing pin 21st are pivotally mounted. Two corresponding hinges each 20 take further the ends of the clamping means 4, in the illustrated embodiment Spring steel wire, on.
- the spring steel wire as a clamping device 4 In this case, for example, can be inserted into the hinges 20 and optionally be attached by other aids.
- the clamping means 4 exerted, which to an arcuate clamping of the individual Clamping 4 leads.
- the shape of the clamping means 4 is comparable to the longitudes the globe.
- About the tensioning means 4 is located in a further balloon envelope 22, which executed in two parts corresponds to the lampshade 3.
- the upper half of the balloon cover 22 is made of textile reflective, for example Material, whereas, while the lower half of the balloon cover 22 made a film, such as a translucent film can exist.
- the radiation emitted by the luminous means 10 is from the upper Balloon shell 22 is reflected downwards and through the translucent design the lower half of the balloon envelope 22 becomes a diffused glare-poor light generated.
- the shape of the balloon envelope 22 is essentially determined by the position of the holding element 5 on the upper square bar 16 predetermined and leads with a pushing up of the holding element 5 to a reduction of the Balloonhüllenies or after switching off the lamp 1, this can be brought into a handy cylindrical shape.
- the two Balloon shell halves 22 are in this case by a Velcro closure 23rd interconnected and thus allow the replacement of only the top or lower balloon shell half 22, or optionally an exchange of the bulb 10.
- the lower handle 17 can be used to attach the Lamp 1 be designed as a tripod pin and thus allows the attachment the lamp 1 on a tripod or possibly a larger one Stand, wherein the lower handle 17 or tripod pin with the bottom of the Hollow cylinder is connected.
- the balloon cover 22 is cut along the dashed line 24. In working order, exceptions and special Apart from applications, the balloon envelope 22 extends over 360 ° around the holder 2 and thus the lamp 10 around.
- Figure 2 shows the lamp 1 according to the invention without balloon envelope, wherein the Retaining element 5 after releasing the locking bolt locks 19 against the Light base 6 has been moved upwards. This causes a relaxation the clamping means 4 and leads after switching off the lamp 1 to a plant of the clamping means 4 on the lamp base 6 and allows in the following, the folding of the balloon cover 22, which here, however not shown.
- Figure 3 shows the lamp 1 according to the invention in a balloon form, wherein the Light socket 6 with illuminant 10 is indicated only schematically and from the balloon envelope 22, which in turn spanned by the tensioning means 4 is surrounded.
