Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Entzunderungsverfahren für ein Metallband (1), wobei das Metallband (1) in einer Transportrichtung (x) von einem vorderen zu einem hinteren Walzgerüst (2, 4) geführt wird, wobei zwischen den Walzgerüsten (2, 4) von einer Entzunderungseinrichtung (5) aus einem Arbeitsabstand (a, b) zum Metallband (1) eine Entzunderungsflüssigkeit (8) auf das Metallband (1) gespritzt wird, wobei das Metallband (1) in Höhe der Entzunderungseinrichtung (5) von einem Anstellelement (3) um eine Zwangsauslenkung quer zur Transportrichtung (x) ausgelenkt wird und wobei die Entzunderungseinrichtung (5) entsprechend der Zwangsauslenkung nachgeführt wird, so daß der Arbeitsabstand (a, b) im wesentlichen konstant gehalten wird, sowie hiermit korrespondierende Entzunderungsanordnung. Aufgrund der vorliegenden Erfindung ergibt sich somit ein nahezu optimaler und insbesondere auch nahezu konstanter sogenannter Impact der Entzunderungsflüssigkeit (8) auf dem Metallband (1).
