Claims (16)
- Trocknungseinrichtung für Wäschemit einem stationären Gehäusemantel (11) für die zur Feuchtigkeitsabfuhr dienende Luftführung undmit darin einer zum Luftdurchtritt gelochten Innentrommel (1) als Kammer für die Wäscheaufnahme, wobei die Innentrommel (1) um eine in ihrem Innenraum körperlich nicht in Erscheinung tretende Trommeldrehachse (9) rotierend antreibbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Innentrommel (1) zwei sich über jeweils etwa den halben Trommelumfang erstreckende, eigenständige Trommelhalbschalen (2,3) enthält,dass mindestens eine Halbschale (3) durch einen Verschiebeantrieb in Axialrichtung (26) relativ zur anderen Halbschale (2) verschiebbar ist,dass der Innenraum einer jeden Halbschale (2,3) durch mindestens eine Trennwand (21-24) in mindestens zwei in ihrer Axialrichtung (9) nebeneinanderliegende Abteile (12-17) aufgeteilt ist unddass bei einer Rotationsbewegung der Innentrommel (1) mindestens ein Abteil (12-14) der einen Halbschale (2) mit mindestens einem gegenüberliegenden Abteil (15-17) der anderen Halbschale (3) eine gemeinsame, in sich abgeschlossene Innentrommelkammer (18-20) bildet. - Trocknungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Trennwände (21,22 bzw. 23,24) zwischen den Abteilen (12-14 bzw. 15-17) einer Halbschale (2,3) radial zur Drehachse (9) der Innentrommel (1) ausgerichtet sind. - Trocknungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Antriebe für die Rotationsbewegung der Innentrommel (1) und für die Verschiebebewegung ihrer Halbschalen (2,3) jeweils nur getrennt voneinander wirksam sind. - Trocknungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass ein Verschiebeantrieb einer Halbschale (2,3) einschaltbar ist, wenn sich eine Halbschale (2,3) in etwa einer unteren Totpunktstellung befindet. - Trocknungseinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Rotationsantrieb der Innentrommel (1) einschaltbar ist, wenn einander gegenüberliegende Abteile (12-14; 15-17) der Halbschalen (2,3) zwischen sich jeweils eine abgeschlossene Kammer (18-20) bilden. - Trocknungseinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durchjeweils das kurzfristige Aussetzen eines jeden Bewegungsantriebes der Innentrommel (1) bzw. ihrer Halbschalen (2,3) nach Beendigung eines Rotations- oder eines Verschiebevorganges. - Trocknungseinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass ihre Beschickung mit einem Wäscheposten (25) am bezogen auf den Wäschevorschub (26) hinteren Ende (27) der Innentrommel (1) in das in Axialrichtung über die obere Halbschale (3) nach hinten hinausstehende Außenabteil (12) der unteren Halbschale (2) erfolgt und dass die untere Halbschale (2) vor Ingangsetzung des Trocknungsvorgangs bzw. einer Rotation der Innentrommel (1) zur Bildung der Kammern (18-20) in eine vollständige Überdeckungsstellung mit der oberen Halbschale (3) zurückverschoben ist. - Trocknungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass zur Abgabe eines getrockneten Wäschepostens (25) im Bereich des vorderen, dem Beschickungsende (27) gegenüberliegenden Entladungsendes (28)der Rotationsantrieb (31) der Innentrommel (1) angehalten,die in der unteren Totpunktstellung befindliche Halbschale (2) mit ihrem vorn liegenden, den getrockneten Wäscheposten (25) enthaltenden Außenabteil (14) aus dessen Überdeckungsstellung mit der oberen Halbschale (3) in eine über diese nach vorn hinausstehende, nach oben offene Auskragstellung verschoben undanschließend der in dem Außenabteil (14) einliegende Wäscheposten (25) durch eine Weiterdrehung (31) der Innentrommel (1) auf eine Auffang- oder Weiterfördereinrichtung (32) ausgeschüttet wird. - Trocknungseinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass beide Halbschalen (2,3) drei in Axialrichtung nebeneinander angeordnete, gleichgroße Abteile (12-14; 15-17) zur gemeinsamen Bildung von Innentrommelkammern (18-20) für gesondert jeweils die dem Aufschütteln der Feuchtwäsche überlagerte Aufheizung , für die Trocknung und für das Abkühlen eines jeweils einliegenden Wäschepostens (25) enthalten.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass jede Innentrommelkammer (18-20) von einem eigenständigen Luftstrom (38-40) beaufschlagt bzw. durchströmt ist unddass die einzelnen Kammerluftströme (38-40) in Reihe hintereinander geschaltete Teile eines Gegenluftstromes sind, derin Gegenrichtung zur Durchförderrichtung (26) der Wäsche durch die Trocknungseinrichtung geleitet undaus Umgebungs- oder Frischluft (35) gespeist ist - Trocknungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der durch Frischluft (35) gespeiste Gegenluftstromzur Wäscheabkühlung durch die Kühlkammer (20) der Innentrommel (1) hindurchgeleitet,vor seiner Durchleitung durch die anderen Innentrommelkammern (19,18) jeweils erhitzt undnach Durchströmung der letzten Innentrommelkammer (18) - Trocknungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die vom Gegenluftstrom vor dessen Abluftzuführung zuletzt durchströmte Innentrommelkammer die Aufheizkammer (18) der Innentrommel (1) ist. - Trocknungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der aus dem Gegenluftstrom gespeisten jeweiligen Kammerzuluft (38-40) ein Teil der aus derselben Kammer (20-18) abgeführten Abluft als Zirkulationsluft zugeführt ist. - Trocknungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 13,

dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Gegenluftstrom nach seiner Durchleitung durch eine Innentrommelkammer (20-18) durch einen Ventilator (51-53) beschleunigt wird. - Trocknungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der durch die Aufheizkammer (18) geleiteten Abluft zur Wärmerückgewinnung durch einen Wärmetauscher (36) ihre Wärme entzogen und dem der Trocknungskammer (19) zugeführten Teil des Gegenluftstroms zugeführt wird.
