Description
Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Preßlingen, vorzugsweise Tablettenmaschine, mit einem rotierenden Matrizentisch und einem diesem zugeordneten stationären Füllschuh zum Einfüllen des in der Matrize zu pressenden Einsatzmaterials,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Füllschuh über einen Stellmotor gegenüber der Oberfläche des rotierenden Matrizentisches höheneinstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenplatte des Füllschuhs auf einem über den im Maschinengestell angeordneten Motor höhenverstellbaren Sockel montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Meßvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die den Abstand zwischen der Bodenplatte des Füllschuhs und der Oberfläche des rotierenden Matrizentisches mißt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die über die Abstandsmeßvorrichtung bemessenen Abstandswerte über eine Ausgabevorrichtung anzeigbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß der Abstand zwischen der Oberfläche des rotierenden Matrizentisches und der Bodenplatte des Füllschuhs die Regelgröße eines Regelkreises ist.
