Abstract
Description
Ein solches Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselement ist am Stempelträger zweckmäßigerweise in Richtung der zentralen Achse relativ zu dem Stempelträger höhenverstellbar angeordnet, so dass einfache Anpassungen an veränderte Pulvermengen und dergleichen möglich sind. Auch für das Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselement bietet sich in besonders vorteilhafter Ausführungsform ein zylindrischer Aufbau um die zentrale Achse herum an, wobei das Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselement einen innenseitigen Zylinderumfang mit einem Innengewinde aufweist, welches in ein entsprechendes Außengewinde am Außenumfang des zugeordneten Stempelträgers eingreift. Eine Höhenverstellung wird dadurch durch ein einfaches Verschrauben des Stempelträgers und des darum angeordneten Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselements relativ zum Stempelträger in gleicher Richtung wie das Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselement ermöglicht. Entsprechend wird ein Höhenverstellungsantrieb für den Stempelträger bei entsprechend erforderlichen Hubhöhen vorteilhafterweise beim Verstellen relativ zur Abstützeinrichtung in gleicher Richtung wie der Stempelträger bewegt. Zum Betätigen des Höhenverstellungsantriebs dient z.B. eine Handkurbel oder ein Motor. Das Höhenverstellen des Höhenverstellungsantriebs zusammen mit der Höhenverstellung des Stempelträgers bzw, des Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselements erfolgt dabei durch entsprechende Steigungswahl und ggfs. umgekehrte Steigungsverläufe verschiedener Getriebeelemente derart, dass der Höhenverstellungsantrieb in gleichem Maße angehoben wird wie der Stempelträger bzw. das Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselement.
der Höhenverstellungsantrieb ein erstes Gewindeelement, insbesondere eine Gewindespindel, antreibt, welches den Höhenverstellungsantrieb relativ zur Abstützeinrichtung bzw. relativ zum Stempelträger bewegt, und ein am Gewindeelement befestigtes und sich um die Längsachse des Gewindeelements mitrotierendes verzahntes Rad aufweist, wobei das verzahnte Rad oder eines oder mehrere zwischengeschaltete verzahnte Getriebe in eine Zahnung am Außenumfang des Stempelträger-Höhenverstellungseinrichtung bzw. am Außenumfang des Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselements mitdrehend eingreift.

Dadurch befindet sich die jeweilige Auflagefläche 12b, 13b, 14b für die Stempelträger 2, 3 bzw. 4 auf einem höheren Niveau als die entsprechende Auflagefläche 12c, 13c, 14c für die oberhalb angeordneten Abstützeinrichtungen 3, 4 bzw. Zuganker-Spannelemente 83 und Spannplatten-Auflageelemente 81. Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform sind zwischen der Auflagefläche 12c, 13c und der Unterseite des entsprechenden seitlichen Stützelements 13a, 14a Abstützeinrichtungs-Zwischenstücke 12d bzw. 13d eingesetzt. Durch eine Variation verschieden hoher derartiger Abstützeinrichtungs-Zwischenstücke 12d, 13d oder Ausführungen ohne solche Abstützungseinrichtungs-Zwischenstücke kann die Höhe der oberhalb angeordneten Abstützeinrichtungen 3, 4 und somit auch deren Auflagefläche 13b, 14b für die Stempelträger 3, 4 auf einfache Art und Weise variiert werden. Wie dies insbesondere der Schnittdarstellung aus Fig. 2 entnehmbar ist, verjüngt sich die Breite der seitlichen Stützelemente 12a, 13a, 14a von Ebene zu Ebene nach oben hin, um eine entsprechend größere zentrale Durchführungsöffnung für die Stempelträger zu ermöglichen.
Claims (20)
- Presseneinrichtung zum Herstellen maßhaltiger Presslinge aus im Wesentlichen pulverförmigem oder granulatförmigem Material, insbesondere aus Eisen, Kunststoff, Hartmetalloder Keramikbestandteilen, miteinem Rahmenwerk (70, 73), welches über eine untere Verbindungseinrichtung (71) mit einem unteren Pressengestellteil einer Presse adapterartig verbindbar ist,einer Matrizenhalteplatte (5), die im Rahmenwerk (70, 73) angeordnet ist,einem Grundkörper (0), der in dem Rahmenwerk (70, 73) angeordnet ist, wobei die Matrizenhalteplatte (5) und der Grundkörper (0) relativ zueinander verschiebbar in dem Rahmenwerk (70) angeordnet sind,einer Vielzahl von Stempelträgern (75, 1, 2, 3, 4), von denen zumindest ein Teil am Rahmenwerk (70) relativ zur Matrizenhalteplatte (5) und relativ zum Grundkörper (0) in Richtung einer in Pressrichtung verlaufenden zentralen Achse (74) verschiebbar zwischen diesen gelagert ist, undAbstützeinrichtungen (12, 13, 14), welche die Stempelträger (2 - 4) in Pressendstellung relativ zum Grundkörper (0) abstützen,die Abstützeinrichtungen (12, 13, 14) zwischen dem Grundkörper (0) und den Stempelträgern (2, 3 bzw. 4) derart angeordnet sind, dass zumindest eine der Abstützeinrichtungen (13, 14) durch eine andere der Abstützeinrichtungen (12 bzw. 13) gegenüber dem Grundkörper (0) abgestützt ist.
- Presseneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der
zumindest eine der Abstützeinrichtungen (12, 13, 14) um die zentrale Achse (74) herum angeordnet ist und um die Achse (74) herum einen Freiraum zum Durchführen von Stempelträgern (1, 2 bzw. 3) und Stempeln belässt, welche dem Grundkörper (0) bzw. unterhalb der jeweils zugeordneten Abstützeinrichtungen (13; 14) angeordneten Abstützeinrichtungen (12 bzw. 13) zugeordnet sind. - Presseneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der zumindest auf einer der Abstützeinrichtungen (12) aufgesetzte Stempelträger (2) und darauf befindliche Stempel von dieser Abstützeinrichtung (12) getragen werden und die Abstützeinrichtung (12) außerdem eine weitere Abstützeinrichtung (13) trägt, wobei auf der weiteren Abstützeinrichtung (13) ein Stempelträger (3) und Stempel angeordnet und abgestützt sind, wobei die Abstützeinrichtung (12) die weitere Abstützeinrichtung in Pressendstellung annähernd in Kraftlinie zentral abstützt.
- Presseneinrichtung nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, bei der zumindest eine der Abstützeinrichtungen (12, 13, 14) ein Abstützeinrichtungselement (12g, 13g bzw. 14g) aufweist, welches von der Seite her in Richtung zu der zentralen Achse (74) hin von der Abstützeinrichtung (12, 13, 14) absteht oder wegragt und einen zugeordneten Stempelträger (2, 3 bzw. 4) trägt.
- Presseneinrichtung nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, bei der zumindest einer der Stempelträger (2) mittels einer Stempelträger-Höhenverstellungseinrichtung (2c) in Richtung der zentralen Achse (74) relativ zu der diesen Stempelträger (2) abstützenden Abstützeinrichtung (12) verstellbar ist.
- Presseneinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der
die Stempelträger-Höhenverstellungseinrichtung (2c) ein relativ zur abstützenden Abstützeinrichtung (12) ortsfestes Abstützeinrichtungs-Einstellelement (2c) und ein relativ zum Stempelträger (2) ortsfestes Stempelträgerelement (2d) aufweist, welche insbesondere zylinderförmig ineinander liegen und ineinander eingreifende Gewinde aufweisen, wobei die zueinander relative Höhenverstellung durch gegeneinander Verschrauben des Stempelträgerelements (2d) und des Abstützeinrichtungs-Einstellelements (2c) um die zentrale Achse (74) herum erfolgt. - Presseneinrichtung nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, bei der die Abstützeinrichtung (12, 13, 14), insbesondere in Verbindung mit der Stempelträger-Höhenverstellungseinrichtung (2c, 2d), als Festanschlag für die Pressendstellung dimensioniert und ausgebildet ist.
- Presseneinrichtung nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, bei der zumindest eine der Abstützeinrichtungen (12, 13, 14), insbesondere mit einem abstehenden Abstützeinrichtungselement (12g, 13g bzw. 14g), als Anschlagselement dimensioniert und ausgebildet ist und in Füll- oder Entformungsstellung einen Gegenanschlag für ein Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselement (1b, 2b bzw. 3b) eines Stempelträgers (1, 2, 3) des Grundkörpers (0) bzw. einer tiefer angeordneten Abstützeinrichtung (12, 13) ausbildet.
- Presseneinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der
das Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselement (1b, 2b, 3b) am Stempelträger (1, 2 bzw. 3) in Richtung der zentralen Achse 74 relativ zum Stempelträger (1, 2 bzw. 3) höhenverstellbar angeordnet ist. - Presseneinrichtung nach Anspruch 9, bei der der Stempelträger (1, 2, 3) einen zumindest teilweise zylindrischen Außenumfang mit Außengewinde und das Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselement (1b, 2b bzw. 3b) einen innenseitig zumindest teilweise zylindrischen Innenumfang mit Innengewinde aufweist, wobei das Außengewinde und das Innengewinde zum Bewirken der zueinander relativen Höhenverstellung durch gegeneinander Verschrauben des Stempelträgers und des Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselement um die zentrale Achse (74) herum ineinander eingreifend angeordnet sind.
- Presseneinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 - 7 vorstehenden Anspruch mit zumindest einem Höhenverstellungsantrieb, insbesondere einem Handkurbelmechanismus (90, 91) oder einem Motor, zum Verstellen der Stempelträger-Höhenverstellungseinrichtung, wobei der Höhenverstellungsantrieb beim Verstellen relativ in gleicher Richtung wie der Stempelträger (2, 3 bzw. 4) bewegt wird.
- Presseneinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 -10 vorstehenden Anspruch mit zumindest einem Höhenverstellungsantrieb, insbesondere einem Handkurbelmechanismus (90, 91) oder einem Motor, zum Verstellen der Höhe des Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselements, wobei der Höhenverstellungsantrieb beim Verstellen relativ in gleicher Richtung wie das Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselement bewegt wird.
- Presseneinrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, bei der der Höhenverstellungsantrieb (91) ein erstes Gewindeelement (94), insbesondere eine Gewindespindel, antreibt, welches den Höhenverstellungsantrieb (91) relativ zur Abstützeinrichtung bzw. relativ zum Stempelträger (1) bewegt, und
- ein am Gewindeelement (94) befestigtes und sich um die Längsachse des Gewindeelements (94) mitrotierendes verzahntes Rad (95) aufweist, wobei das verzahnte Rad (95) oder eines oder mehrere zwischengeschaltete verzahnte Getriebe in eine Zahnung am Außenumfang des Stempelträger-Höhenverstellungseinrichtung bzw. am Außenumfang des Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselements (1b) mitdrehend eingreift. - Presseneinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 - 13, bei der der Höhenverstellungsantrieb (91) über zumindest eine Gewindebohrung (94a) und/oder Aufnahmebohrung (94b) ohne Gewinde darin modular ineinander einsetzbar ausgebildet ist.
- Presseneinrichtung nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch mit zumindest einem insbesondere modularen Istpositionssensor zum Bestimmen einer relativen Istposition zwischen zumindest einem der Stempelträger (1 - 4) und dem Grundkörper (0).
- Presseneinrichtung nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch mit einer Spanneinrichtung (82, 83) zum Verspannen der sich untereinander abstützenden Abstützeinrichtungen (12 - 14) gegen den Grundkörper (0).
- Presseneinrichtung nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, bei der zumindest eine der Abstützeinrichtungen (12, 13, 14) einen Abstützungseinrichtungs-Auflageabschnitt (12c, 13c bzw. 14c) zum Abstützen einer höheren Abstützeinrichtung (13 bzw. 14) oder eines dazwischen gesetzten Abstützungseinrichtungs-Zwischenstücks (12d, 13d) aufweist, wobei die Auflage-Oberfläche des Abstützeinrichtungs-Auflageabschnitts (12c, 13c, 14c) tiefer als eine Stempelträger-Auflage-Oberfläche (12b, 13b, 14b) angeordnet ist.
- Presseneinrichtung nach Anspruch 17, bei der zwei teilweise ineinander eingreifend übereinander angeordnete Abstützeinrichtungen (12, 13; 13, 14) derart ineinander angeordnet sind, dass zwischen den seitlich benachbarten Oberflächen ein Spalt (13f) ausgebildet ist, über den Restpulver (85) nach unten und seitlich zugleich abgeführt wird.
- Presseneinrichtung nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch mitzumindest einer Synchronisierungsstange (55) zum Synchronisieren einer gleichgerichteten und gleichbeabstandeten Bewegung eines oberen Pressenblockelements gegenüber zumindest einem der Stempelträger (1, 4), wobei die Synchronisierungsstange (55)durch Synchronisierungsstangen-Durchführungsöffnungen (56) in modular aufgebauten Stempelträgerplatten (2a, 3a, 4a), die seitlich aus den dazu oberhalb angeordneten Stempelträgern (2, 3, 4) herausragen, hindurchführt, undein Synchronisierungsstangen-Anschlagselement (57) aufweist, um die Synchronisierungsstange (55) an einer ausgewählten Stempelträgerplatte (4a) im Bereich um die Synchronisierungsstangen-Durchführungsöffnung (56) herum abzustützen.
- Presseneinrichtung nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, bei der zumindest ein Teil der Abstützeinrichtungen (12, 13, 14), Abstützungseinrichtungs-Zwischenstücke (12d, 13d), Stempelträger (2, 3, 4), Stempelträgerplatten (1a, 2a, 3a, 4a), Stempelträger-Höhenverstellungseinrichtungen (90) und/oder Höhenbegrenzungs-Anschlagselemente (1b, 2b, 3b) modular zusammensetzbar ausgebildet sind.
