Abstract

während der Umdrehung des Rotors (10) werden Signale oder Signalverläufe der Meßstellen aufgezeichnet und in einen Rechner zur Anzeige und Auswertung gegeben.

Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Versuchspressung von Tabletten mit einer Rundläufer-Tablettiermaschine, mit einem drehend angetriebenen Rotor, der eine Reihe von Ober- und Unterstempeln, eine Matrizenscheibe mit Matrizen, mit denen die Stempel zusammenwirken, ein Steuerkurvensystem für die Stempel und eine Füllanordnung zur kontinuierlichen Befüllung der Matrizen bei drehendem Rotor aufweist, ferner mit mindestens einer Druckstation, an der das in den Matrizen befindliche Material zu einer Tablette gepreßt wird und einer mehrere Meßstellen aufweisenden Meßvorrichtung, von welcher mindestens die von den Stempeln ausgeübte Preßkraft und die Drehzahl des Rotors gemessen wird, mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten:ein für eine Einzelpressung ausgewähltes Stempelpaar wird automatisch auf eine Füllposition gefahrenbei zumindest teilweise entfernter Füllanordnung und stillstehendem Rotor wird eine Matrize oder eine beschränkte Anzahl von Matrizen mit Material befülltder Rotor wird anschließend in Drehung versetzt und so beschleunigt, daß er in der Druckstation die gewünschte Produktionsgeschwindigkeit hatnach einer Umdrehung wird der Rotor in der Füllposition angehalten undwährend der Umdrehung des Rotors werden Signale oder Signalverläufe der Meßstellen aufgezeichnet und in einen Rechner zur Anzeige und Auswertung gegeben.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur ein Stempelpaar oder eine begrenzte Anzahl von Stempelpaaren in den Rotor eingebaut werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den zu befüllenden Matrizen zugeordneten Stempelpaare unterschiedliche Form haben.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach jeder Umdrehung des Rotors die Tabletten- und/oder Prozeßparameter aufgrund der Meßdaten oder durch vorgegebene Veränderungen der Einstellparameter automatisch angepaßt werden.
