Abstract

Claims (6)
- Brennofen mit einem Ofengehäuse, in dessen Innerem ein das Brenngut aufnehmender Ofenraum vorgesehen ist, und mit mindestens einer Heizeinrichtung, mit welcher der Ofenraum auf die zum Brennen erforderliche Temperatur aufheizbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß er mindestens eine Zone aufweist, in welcher ein Gebläse (13) vorgesehen ist, welches aufsteigende heiße Gase ansaugt und wieder zurück gegen das Brenngut (7) drückt. - Brennofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Zone eine Trennwand (10) vorgesehen ist, welche einen Ansaugraum (11) von einem Rückführraum (12) trennt.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückführraum (12) bis nahe an das Brenngut (7) heranreichende Schotts (15) aufweist.
- Brennofen nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückführraum (12) an seinem dem Brenngut (7) benachbarten Ende durch einen Auslaßrost (17) überbrückt ist.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Zonen, in welchen heiße Gase umgewälzt werden, das Gehäuse (2) mit domartigen Erhöhungen (9) versehen ist.
- Brennofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er als Durchlauf-Brennofen mit einem von einem Einlaß zu einem Auslaß führenden Transportsystem (6) für das Brenngut (7) ausgestattet ist.
