Claims (10)
- Umlenkaggregat (10) zum geführten Umlenken eines insbesondere aus Kunststoff bestehenden Bandes (12), insbesondere für eine ein Umreifungsaggregat (14) umfassende Umreifungsmaschine (16) zum Umlenken des Bandes (12) in einem zwischen einem Bandspeicher (18) und dem Umreifungsaggregat (14) gelegenen Bereich,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Umlenkrolle (20), einen der Umlenkrolle (20) vorgeschalteten Bandeinlaufkanal (22), einen der Umlenkrolle (20) nachgeschalteten Bandauslaufkanal (24), wobei der Bandeinlaufkanal (22) und der Bandauslaufkanal (24) relativ zueinander verstellbar sind, und ein den Zwischenraum zwischen Bandeinlauf- und Bandauslaufkanal (22 bzw. 24) überbrückendes, dem Außenumfang der innenliegenden Umlenkrolle (20) gegenüberliegendes äußeres flexibles Leitorgan (26). - Umlenkaggregat nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das flexible Leitorgan (26) mit einem Ende (34) am Bandeinlaufkanal (22) und mit seinem anderen Ende (36) am Bandauslaufkanal (24) abgestützt ist. - Umlenkaggregat nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das flexible Leitorgan (26) mit einem Ende (34) an der Außenseite des Bandeinlaufkanals (22) fixiert und mit seinem anderen Ende (36) in den Bandauslaufkanal (24) eingeführt ist. - Umlenkaggregat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bandeinlaufkanal (22) relativ zur Umlenkrolle (20) in verschiedene Positionen verstellbar und in diesen vorzugsweise jeweils fixierbar ist. - Umlenkaggregat nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bandeinlaufkanal (22) auf einer vorzugsweise mit der Achse (30) der Umlenkrolle (20) zusammenfallenden Achse (30) schwenkbar gelagert und in seiner jeweiligen Schwenklage vorzugsweise fixierbar ist. - Umlenkaggregat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bandauslaufkanal (24) relativ zur Umlenkrolle (20) in verschiedene Positionen verstellbar und aus diesen vorzugsweise jeweils entgegen einer Federkraft (48) auslenkbar ist. - Umlenkaggregat nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bandauslaufkanal (24) auf einer vorzugsweise mit der Achse (30) der Umlenkrolle (20) zusammenfallenden Achse (30) schwenkbar gelagert und vorzugsweise federnd in seiner jeweiligen Schwenklage gehalten ist. - Umlenkaggregat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das flexible Leitorgan durch ein Leitblech (26) gebildet ist. - Umlenkaggregat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bandeinlaufkanal (22) lösbar an einem Träger (40) befestigt ist. - Umlenkaggregat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bandauslaufkanal (24) lösbar an einem Träger (44) befestigt ist.
