Claims (15)
- Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine mit einem ersten Druckwerk (1, 2, 3, 4) zum gleichzeitigen Bedrucken von zwei Bahnen (9, 10) im Fliegenden-Wechsel-Betrieb, mit einem ersten Gummituchzylinder (11b), einem ersten Plattenzylinder (1 lp), der wahlweise in eine Kontaktposition, in der er den ersten Gummituchzylinder (11b) kontaktiert, und in eine Druckabstellung, in der er von dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (11b) abgestellt ist, bewegbar ist, sowie mit einem mit dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (11b) einen ersten Druckspalt bildenden, als ein Gegendruckzylinder oder ein weiterer Gummituchzylinder ausgebildeten weiteren Zylinder (13b), wobei der zwischen dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (11b) und dem weiteren Zylinder (13b) gebildete Druckspalt in der Druckabstellung des ersten Plattenzylinders (11p) während des Fortdruckbetriebes der Druckmaschine erhalten bleibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die zwei Bahnen (9, 10) Rücken an Rücken durch den ersten Druckspalt geführt werden, und dass ein weiteres Druckwerk (5, 6) zum Bedrucken einer der beiden Bahnen (9, 10) vorgesehen ist, welches dem ersten Druckwerk (1, 2, 3, 4) nachgeordnet ist und einen abstellbaren dritten Plattenzylinder (12p) zur Durchführung eines fliegenden Plattenwechsels aufweist. - Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Gummituchzylinder (11b) von einem ersten Antrieb angetrieben wird und der erste Plattenzylinder (11p) von einem zweiten Antrieb angetrieben wird. - Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner ein zweiter Plattenzylinder (13p) vorgesehen ist und der weitere Zylinder (13b) als ein zweiter Gummituchzylinder ausgebildet ist. - Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Gummituchzylinder (1 1b, 13b) und der zweite Plattenzylinder (13p) von einem ersten Antrieb (30) angetrieben werden und dass der erste Plattenzylinder (11p) von einem zweiten Antrieb (32) angetrieben wird. - Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Plattenzylinder (13p) während des Fortdruckbetriebs der Druckmaschine wahlweise in eine Kontaktposition, in der er den zweiten Gummituchzylinder (13b) kontaktiert, und in eine Druckabstellung, in der er von dem zweiten Gummituchzylinder (13b) abgestellt ist, bewegbar ist. - Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Gummituchzylinder (11b, 13b) gemeinsam von einem ersten Antrieb angetrieben werden. - Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Plattenzylinder (11b) von einem zweiten Antrieb angetrieben wird und dass der zweite Plattenzylinder (13p) von einem dritten Antrieb angetrieben wird. - Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen dritten Gummituchzylinder (12b), einen als ein vierter Gummituchzylinder (8b) oder ein Gegendruckzylinder ausgebildeten weiteren Zylinder, der mit dem dritten Gummituchzylinder (12b) einen dritten Druckspalt bildet, durch den eine Bahn (9, 10) geführt wird; und den dritten Plattenzylinder (12p) der wahlweise von einer dritten Kontaktposition, in der er den dritten Gummituchzylinder (12b) kontaktiert, in eine dritte Druckabstellung, in der er von dem dritten Gummituchzylinder (12b) abgestellt ist, bewegbar ist, wobei der zwischen dem dritten Gummituchzylinder (12b) und dem weiteren Zylinder (8b) gebildete dritte Druckspalt, durch den eine Bahn (9, 10) geführt wird, unabhängig von der Position des dritten Plattenzylinders (12p) erhalten bleibt. - Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Gummituchzylinder (11bb, 13b) von einem ersten Antrieb (30, 32) angetrieben werden und dass der dritte Gummituchzylinder (12b) und der weitere Zylinder (8b) von einem zweiten Antrieb (30, 32) angetrieben werden. - Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Plattenzylinder (11p) mechanisch entkoppelt von den anderen Zylindern von einem dritten Antrieb (30, 32) angetrieben wird. - Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Gummituchzylinder (11b, 13b) von einem ersten Antrieb (30, 32) angetrieben werden,
dass der dritte Gummituchzylinder (12b), der vierte Gummituchzylinder (8b) und der vierte Plattenzylinder (8p) von einem zweiten Antrieb (30, 32) angetrieben werden, und dass der erste Plattenzylinder (11p) von einem dritten Antrieb angetrieben wird. - Rollenrotations-Offsetdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansrpüche 8 bis 13,
