Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Schärfen von Messern, Scheren oder dergleichen Schneidwerkzeugen mit mindestens einem abrasiven Schleifelement (2), das gegen Federkraft ausweichend in einem Gehäuse (1) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifelement (2) streifenförmig ausgebildet und auf einem blattförmigen Träger (3, 5b) angeordnet ist, der seinerseits federnd an dem Gehäuse (1) geführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der blattförmige Träger (3) zumindest an seinen Enden über jeweils eine Feder (4) am Gehäuse (1) federnd geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der blattförmige Träger (3) als an jeweils ein Ende des streifenförmigen Schleifelements (2) angeformtes Teil ausgebildet ist, das im Gehäuse (1) über jeweils eine Feder (4) federnd geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der blattförmige Träger (3) am Gehäuse (1) festgelegt und als Federelement ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsfläche des Schleifelements (2) konvex ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Schleifelemente (2) parallel und im Abstand zueinander über jeweils einen Träger (3, 5b) federnd am Gehäuse (1) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsflächen im Querschnitt dem Wellenschliff der jeweiligen Schneide des Schneidwerkzeuges entsprechend ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes streifenförmige Schleifelement (2) mit seinen Enden jeweils an einem zungenförmigen Träger (5b) angeordnet ist und daß mehrere zungenförmige Träger (5b) zu einer Trägereinheit (5) zusammengefaßt sind, die als Baueinheit in das Gehäuse (1) einsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägereinheit (5) unverdrehbar an einer Grundplatte (6) angeordnet ist, die jeweils mit Führungen (6b) für die freien Enden der zungenförmigen Träger (5b) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifelemente (2) zwischen ihren an jeweils einem zungenförmigen Träger (5b) festgelegten Enden elastisch federnd ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Verformung der Schleifelemente (2) durch einen Anschlag (5d) begrenzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittig auf der Trägereinheit (5) eine Anschlagleiste (5d) ausgebildet ist.
