Claims (12)
- Hohlspindel zur Herstellung elastischer Umwindegarne, mit einem koaxial zur Spindelachse verlaufenden Fadenkanal (9), durch welchen ein Kerngarn (6) axial hindurch bewegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenkanal (9) an seiner inneren Oberfläche mit in Umfangsrichtung oder wendelförmig verlaufenden, nach innen über die Oberfläche (8a) vorstehenden Rippen (10, 10a, 10b) versehen ist, damit das den Fadenkanal (9) durchlaufende Kerngarn (6) nur an den Rippen punktförmig anliegt, im übrigen jedoch in Abstand von der inneren Oberfläche (8a) gehalten wird.
- Hohlspindel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen (10, 10a, 10b) in größeren axialen Abständen (a) von etwa 20 mm voneinander angeordnet sind.
- Hohlspindel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenkanal (9) durch ein in eine zentrale Bohrung (7) der Hohlspindel (1) eingesetztes Röhrchen (8) gebildet ist, welches an seiner inneren Oberfläche (8a) die Rippen (10, 10a, 10b) aufweist.
- Hohlspindel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen (10, 10a, 10b) durch plastische Verformung der Röhrchenwand gebildet sind.
- Hohlspindel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen (10, 10a, 10b) durch in Umfangsrichtung oder wendelförmig verlaufende, rillenartige Eindrückungen (12, 12a, 12b) der äußeren Oberfläche des Röhrchens (8) gebildet sind.
- Hohlspindel nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Röhrchen (8) aus Metall besteht.
- Hohlspindel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Röhrchen (8) aus Messing besteht.
- Hohlspindel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Röhrchen (8) aus rostfreiem Stahl besteht.
- Hohlspindel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Oberfläche (8a) des Röhrchens (8) matt ist.
- Hohlspindel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Oberfläche (8a) des Röhrchens (8) ähnlich einer sehr feinen Orangenhaut ausgebildet ist.
- Hohlspindel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen (10, 10a, 10b) über die dazwischenliegende Oberfläche (8a) etwa 0,5 mm vorstehen.
- Hohlspindel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Rippen (10, 10a, 10b) in Fadenlaufrichtung (F) abgerundet ist.
