Claims (12)
- Doppelwandiger Tank, insbesondere zur Lagerung von Heizöl, Dieselkraftstoff, Schmier- und Hydraulikölen, mit einem Innenbehälter (1) aus Kunststoff und einem Außenbehälter aus Stahlblech, wobei der Außenbehälter (2) mit einem Behälterdeckel (6) versehen ist, der Öffnungen für Stutzen (7) des Innenbehälters (1) enthält,
wobei der Behälterdeckel (6) einen im Querschnitt U-förmigen Kragen (8) aufweist, der auf den oberen Rand des Behältermantels (3) aufgesetzt und mit dem Behältermantel (3) fest verbunden ist,
wobei der Innenraum des Kragens (8) eine Dichtung (9) enthält, die den Kragen (8) gasdicht gegen den Behältermantel (3) abdichtet,
wobei ein an der Innenseite des Behältermantels (3) anliegender Schenkel (10) des Kragens (8) fest mit dem Behältermantel (3) verbunden ist und
wobei auf den Stutzen (7) Druckringe (14) zur Druckbeaufschlagung von Dichtungen (15), welche die Stutzen (7) ringförmig umgeben, angeordnet sind. - Doppelwandiger Tank nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenbehälter (2) einen Behältermantel (3) aus einem U-förmigen, den Behälterboden und zwei Seitenwände bildenden Mantelblech (4) sowie zwei mit dem Mantelblech (4) verbundenen Stirnblechen (5) aufweist.
- Doppelwandiger Tank nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das U-förmige Mantelblech (4) und die Stirnbleche (5) durch Bördelung (13) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei in die Bördelverbindung (13) eine Dichtung eingelegt ist, die sich bis zur Oberkante des Behältermantels (3) erstreckt, und wobei die Bördelkanten im Anschlußbereich des Behälterdeckels flach an dem Behältermantel (3) anliegen und in den Kragen (8) des Behälterdeckels (6) einfassen.
- Doppelwandiger Tank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenbehälter aus einem lackierten, pulverbeschichteten oder verzinkten Stahlblech gefertigt ist.
- Doppelwandiger Tank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (8) des Behälterdeckels (6) eine dauerelastische Dichtmasse (9) enthält.
- Doppelwandiger Tank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der an der Innenseite des Behältermantels (3) anliegende Schenkel (10) des Kragens (8) breiter ist als der an der Außenseite des Behältermantels (3) anliegende Abschnitt des Kragens (8), und daß der Behältermantel (3) mit dem behälterinnenseitigen Schenkel (10) des Kragens durch punktförmige, durchdringungsfreie Verformungen (11) des Stahlblechs verbunden ist.
- Doppelwandiger Tank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Behältermantel (3) außenseitig überfassende Rand des Behälterdeckels zum Behältermantel als Bördelrand (12) umgelegt ist.
- Doppelwandiger Tank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Stutzen (7) zugeordneten Dichtungen (15) zwischen dem Behälterdeckel (6) und dem Innenbehälter (1) angeordnet sind oder die Lochränder im Behälterdeckel (6) U-förmig umgreifen.
- Doppelwandiger Tank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Mantelraum zwischen dem Innenbehälter (1) und dem Außenbehälter (2) eine Einrichtung zur Leckageüberwachung angeschlossen ist, die eine mit einer Vakuumpumpe verbundene und in den unteren Bereich des Mantelraums geführte Saugleitung (16) sowie eine Meßleitung (17) zur Druckmessung aufweist.
- Doppelwandiger Tank nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine gasdurchlässige Stützschicht (20) im Mantelraum zwischen dem Innenbehälter (1) und dem Außenbehälter (2) angeordnet ist, die eine flächige Anlage des Innenbehälters (1) am Behältermantel des Außenbehälters (2) verhindert.
- Doppelwandiger Tank nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Oberfläche des Innenbehälters (1) eine aus punktförmigen und/oder linienförmigen Erhebungen bestehende Oberflächenstruktur aufweist, die eine flächige Anlage des Innenbehälters (1) am Behältermantel des Außenbehälters (2) verhindert.
- Doppelwandiger Tank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Behälterdeckel (6) Klauen (21) aufliegen, die in den Eckbereichen angeordnet und mit Zugankern gegen den Behälterdeckel (6) spannbar sind.
