Claims (12)
- Kühlverfahren für Walzgut (2) in einem Kühlbett, wobei das Walzgut (2) eine Walzgutlängsachse (3) aufweist und während des Kühlens quer zur Walzgutlängsachse (3) transportiert wird, wobei zum Kühlen des Walzguts (2) Wasser mit einem Arbeitsdruck auf das Walzgut (2) aufgebracht wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Walzgut (2) in einem Anfangsabschnitt (6) nur luftgekühlt wird, sodann in einem Mittelabschnitt (7) mit einer Mittelabschnittbreite durch Versprühen einer Wassermenge (M) auf das Walzgut (2) sprühnebelgekühlt wird und schließlich in einem Endabschnitt (8) luftgetrocknet und luftgekühlt wird. - Kühlverfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mittelabschnittbreite und/oder die Wassermenge (M) und/oder der Arbeitsdruck einstellbar ist. - Kühlverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Wassermenge (M) nur von unten auf das Walzgut (2) gesprüht wird. - Kühlverfahren einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Walzgut (2) während Transports quer zur Walzgutlängsachse (3) nicht um die Walzgutlängsachse (3) gedreht wird. - Kühlverfahren einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Walzgut (2) mittels eines Hubbalkens (4) quer zur Walzgutlängsachse (3) transportiert wird. - Kühlverfahren einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Walzgut (2) ein mittelschweres oder ein schweres Stahlprofil ist. - Kühlbett für Walzgut(2), das eine Walzgutlängsachse (3) aufweist, mit einer Transportvorrichtung (4) zum Transportieren des Walzguts (2) quer zur Walzgutlängsachse (3) und mit einer Wasserverteilungsvorrichtung (9) zum Aufbringen einer Wassermenge (M) mit einem Arbeitsdruck auf das Walzgut,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Kühlbett quer zur Walzgutlängsachse (3) in einen Anfangsabschnitt (6), einen Mittelabschnitt (7) mit einer Mittelabschnittbreite und einen Endabschnitt (8) unterteilt ist, wobei der Anfangsabschnitt (6) von dem Walzgut (2) zuerst und der Endabschnitt (8) von dem Walzgut (2) zuletzt durchlaufen wird, daß die Wasserverteilungsvorrichtung (9) im Mittelabschnitt (7) angeordnet ist und daß die Wasserverteilungsvorrichtung (9) als Sprühvorrichtung (9) zum Erzeugen eines Sprühnebels ausgebildet ist. - Kühlbett nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Sprühvorrichtung (9) eine Breiteneinstellvorrichtung (12) zum Einstellen der und/oder eine Wassermengeneinstellvorrichtung (13, 15, 16) zum Einstellen der zu versprühenden Wassermenge (M*) und/oder eine Wasserdruckeinstellvorrichtung (13, 15, 16) zum Einstellen des Arbeitsdrucks zugeordnet ist. - Kühlbett nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Sprühvorrichtung (9) unterhalb des Walzguts (2) angeordnet ist. - Kühlbett einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es keine Vorrichtungen zum Drehen des Walzguts (2) um die Walzgutlängsachse (3) während des Transports quer zur Walzgutlängsachse (3) aufweist. - Kühlbett einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Transportvorrichtung (4) als Hubbalken (4) ausgebildet ist. - Kühlbett einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es als Kühlbett für ein mittelschweres oder ein schweres Stahlprofil ausgebildet ist.
