Definitions
- the invention relates to a motor vehicle door lock, hood lock or Flap lock with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the teaching of the invention has as a background motor vehicle door locks, in a corresponding But also motor vehicle hood locks, flap locks etc., so that the term of the motor vehicle door lock in the following always in This comprehensive sense is to be understood.
- An electromechanical motor vehicle door lock is known (DE - A - 196 31 869), in which the operation of the pawl in particular from the outside door handle or from the inside door handle by a mechanical force action chain and the Lock mechanism is realized while unlocking and locking by means of a remotely controllable control electronics and an electric central locking drive he follows. If necessary, this function can also be provided by a lock cylinder at the door at least be mechanically realized at the driver's door. In this motor vehicle door lock a crash switch is provided by the in an accident, the lock mechanism immediately and independently of the control electronics in the functional position "unlocked” is shifted, so that an actuation the door inner handle immediately causes a lifting of the pawl.
- motor vehicle door lock which normally as "electric lock” works, in an emergency but also the function of a normal electromechanical motor vehicle door lock takes over.
- This motor vehicle door lock (DE 196 42 698 A1) has an outside door handle, from which a mechanical force action chain extends into the lock mechanism. in the Normal state is only an electrical release of the switching functions and an electric opening of the pawl. In this normal condition is the outside door handle blocked against movement. The mechanical force action chain moves not. In an emergency, however, the blocking of the outside door handle using a crash switch and the outside door handle for a mechanical Movement released. He then acts like a normal mechanical outside door handle, can therefore be moved mechanically and thus leads in an emergency to a mechanical Actuation of the pawl by means of the then moving force action chain.
- the known motor vehicle door lock of which the present invention concretely assumes (DE 42 28 233 A1) also has an outside door handle, of which from a mechanical force chain extends into the lock mechanism.
- a microswitch which is connected to the control electronics of the motor vehicle is connected.
- the force action chain moves in this Actuation of the outside door handle with, however, has no relation to the pawl Effect.
- the Pawl coupled to the force action chain pressing the outside door handle then acts like a normal mechanical outside door handle means the force action chain on the pawl and opens it.
- even different switches are provided to make positions more adjustable To capture components.
- the present invention is based on the problem, as an electric lock indicate motor vehicle door lock designed with mechanical redundancy, that without further ado, in particular without altering or replacing the door handle sets, can be used where previously a conventional motor vehicle door lock has been used.
- the motor vehicle door lock is an electric lock, but is actuated by sensors in the lock mechanism. Normally, then serve the force action chains of the outside door handle, the inside door handle and possibly the lock cylinder in the lock mechanism only the operation corresponding Switch or influencing corresponding sensors. Due to the Existence of the mechanical force chain or the mechanical However, force action chains can, if necessary, lightning fast the lock mechanism be used for the purpose of actuating the pawl, etc.
- an overtaking function in which, for example, the outside door handle only to a pressure point must be operated to the electrical function can trigger the force chain in the lock mechanism Be assigned idle, so that the operation of the outside door handle in the normal state without applying force to the pawl. Only in special condition in accordance with further pulling the outside door handle on the Pressure point beyond the mechanical actuation of the pawl occurs.
- a coupling switch is provided, in the special state, the force chain, the normal state is uncoupled from the lock mechanism, coupled to the lock mechanism, so that then by movement of the lock mechanism, the mechanical actuation the pawl can be done.
- the motor vehicle door lock according to the invention the considerable advantage that it is a substitute for conventional Motor vehicle door locks can be used easily. Especially can the outside door handles and door handles classic motor vehicle door locks only be used with central locking on and can continue to work in the same way as before.
- the motor vehicle door lock according to the invention has the outside door and Door inside handles in the normal state mechanical apparent functions too, in fact Only the electrical sensors in the lock mechanism are affected. Only in special condition, the outside door and door handles and possibly a lock cylinder purely mechanically in the classical manner.
- FIG. 1 shows a motor vehicle door lock with a housing 1 with arranged therein latch 2 and pawl 3, with a Lock mechanism 4 for the mechanical actuation of the pawl 3, with a remotely controllable control electronics 5, operable by a remote control module an operator, with one of an outside door handle and possibly also from other actuators in the lock mechanism 4 extending Kraft Signskette 6 or more corresponding force action chains 6. It also recognizes an electric opening aid 7 for electrical actuation the pawl 3.
- the electric opening aid 7 is here in itself known manner designed as worm gear, what it probably in the light Of so far extensively known prior art no particular further explanation is needed.
- the force action chain 6 are in the lock mechanism 4 electrical sensors assigned by the switching functions of the control electronics 5 and the opening aid 7 are triggered, that in the normal state, only an electrical Triggering of the switching functions and no mechanical actuation takes place.
- an "activation function" intended.
- a coupling switch 8 is provided is, by the mechanical coupling in a special state the force action chain 6 takes place on the lock mechanism 4, so that then a Mechanical actuation of the pawl 3 can be done anyway.
- an "overhaul” in which the electric Triggering the switching functions is so fast that it does not in practice to a mechanical release of the switching functions comes. This is by appropriate pressure points, for example, on the outside door handle to support. With such a "Überholfunktion" is essential just the fact that you at the actuators first do not have to change anything.
- the special state by falling below a certain voltage of the power supply and / or is defined by a crash case.
- FIG. 1 and 2 can be seen in phantom the striker 10, with the Lock catch 2, here designed as a fork bolt, is engaged (FIG. 2).
- the motor vehicle door lock according to the invention is designed as an electric lock and suitable for the function "passive entry” because the state changes including the opening function "open by wire” at a time below 100 ms expire.
- the motor vehicle door lock in the normal state the behavior of a normal electric lock, so a purely electric actuated motor vehicle door lock.
- the lock mechanism 4 switches in illustrated embodiment by means of the coupling switch 8 automatically to mechanical actuation.
- the coupling switch 8 couples the Force action chain 6 to the lock mechanism 4, the sensors are then superfluous, the respective function is triggered mechanically. That can be for all functions or only for some functions, in particular the Function "door opening" apply.
- a corresponding measure can be taken as soon as the special condition in the form of a crash, that is to say an impact of the motor vehicle becomes. While in the special state falls below a certain Voltage of the power supply a mechanical coupling of Kraft Signskette 6 to the lock mechanism 4 no switching of Functional position "locked” in “unlocked” requires, yes not one Once desirable, the protection of the motor vehicle not to worsen, it may be on reaching the special state recommend by a crash, automatically first from the functional position "locked” in the functional position "unlocked” to switch.
- the latter has the advantage that helpers from the outside easily open the door or an inmate can open the door immediately.
- the illustrated embodiment shows that the lock mechanism. 4 here in the normal state in a functional position "locked" is that is the functional position shown in Figs. 1 and 2 of the drawing. In this Functional position is from the actuators, at least from Outside door handle, anyway mechanically a Leerhub executed, only the sensors are pressed.
- the illustrated embodiment of a motor vehicle door lock shows Incidentally, as already mentioned, also an electric central locking drive.
- the illustrated embodiment is characterized thereby from that the central locking drive with the electric opening aid 7 is integrated.
- This is realized here by the fact that the electrical Opening aid 7 in the flow, namely in the illustrated embodiment a direction of rotation of the worm wheel 7a operates as an opening aid 7 and in the return, namely in the opposite direction of rotation of the worm wheel 7a works as a central locking drive.
- Fig. 1 one recognizes one of the pawl 3 associated release lever 15, which is mounted on a pivot axis so is that when lifting the right in Fig. 1 end lying in Fig. 1
- the on the worm wheel 7a recognizable right, hidden subscribed Ratchet pin 16 is in the function "open by wire” by turning of the worm wheel 7a in the counterclockwise direction to the release lever 15th approached, this is pivoted to open the pawl 3 until Attack. Then the pawl pin 16 by reverse rotation of the Worm wheel 7a moved back to the starting position.
- the worm 7a also at the stop so long remain standing until the outside door handle is released again. Only after the pawl 3 is released again and can fall back to the rest position.
- the function of the central locking drive has the electric opening aid 7 in the present embodiment upon rotation of the Worm wheel 7a clockwise. Then in fact runs in solid Lines shown central locking pin 17 clockwise the downwardly projecting arm of an unlocking lever 18 through which the Lock mechanism 4 is displaced into the functional position "unlocked".
- the illustrated embodiment shows the realization of the coupling switch 8 as a lifting magnet with two positions (double-stroke solenoid).
- the Special state by energizing the solenoid of the coupling switch 8 is realized.
- This requires an emergency power source, especially in Form of a storage capacitor, which is activated in special state.
- Corresponding can the second state, so the normal state also by an energization of the solenoid for the purpose of movement in opposite Be realized direction.
- the coupler switch 8 forming solenoid in the illustrated embodiment no Quiescent current pulls.
- the illustrated embodiment shows the coupling switch 8 with a power transmission mechanism 11, which releases a spring-loaded lever 9 in the special state, through which the mechanical coupling takes place.
- This mechanical coupling is effected in that the plunger of the solenoid of the coupling switch 8 is retracted and the lever 9 releases.
- the mechanical coupling takes place on the one hand for the actuation of the pawl 3, on the other hand for the coupling of a lock nut 12, which is actuated by a lock cylinder, which is not shown here, starting and “unlocking” and “locking " of the motor vehicle door lock provides.
- the spring-loaded lever 9 an auxiliary lever 9a, which is also an integral part of the spring-loaded lever 9 can be.
- auxiliary lever 9a which is also an integral part of the spring-loaded lever 9 can be.
- the entire power transmission mechanism 11 the Functional position "locked” takes, in a sense blocked, she can do not leave this state. Only the electrical function is active. First the entry of a special status changes that.
- the illustrated embodiment shows that the spring-loaded lever 9 with the pawl 3 cooperates and in the illustrated embodiment even on the same axis as the pawl 3 is mounted.
- the spring-loaded Lever 9 is a spring-loaded in the illustrated embodiment Associated with the clutch lever 14, the possibly a force-transmitting connection of the lever 9 with the pawl 3 produces.
- the illustrated embodiment shows at the lower end of the clutch lever 14.
- the recognizable there Recesses on the one hand the pawl 3, on the other hand, the spring-loaded Levers 9 are not in overlap in Fig. 2. Consequently, the force-transmitting connection of the lever 9 with the pawl 3 is not made.
- the clutch lever 14 at overlapping recesses pivoted downwards relative to the position of Fig.
- the clutch lever 14 is of the motor by the opening aid 7 in Open position swiveled pawl 3 with swivel, without shifting in Fig. 2 in height. So it remains with the electrical Actuation that the lock mechanism 4 in the functional position "locked” remains frozen.
- the functional position "unlocked” be prepared by the fact that the power transmission mechanism 11 by moving the rocker arm 19 in the clockwise direction in the dash-dotted lines shown position in the functional position "unlocked” brought becomes. Is the pawl 3 still in the position shown in Fig. 2, so the clutch lever 14 is spring-biased only down. A pivoting of the spring-loaded lever 9 in the counterclockwise direction puts the recesses into coincidence, the clutch lever 14 can engage, the previously described force-transmitting connection is made. The then corresponds to the special state with mechanical actuation of the Pawl 3.
- the rocker arm 19 can be seen in Fig. 1 left, now again in conjunction with the release lever 18 and the lock nut 12.
- the function the lock nut 12 has already been explained above.
- Fig. 1 can be reached only when the vehicle door open safety lever 13 recognize. This is done in the special state in the illustrated Embodiment, a switching of the lock mechanism 4 of the Function position "locked” in the functional position "unlocked", provided this does not take place via the lock nut 12 from a lock cylinder can. With the safety lever 13 is also a mechanical reset of the motor vehicle door lock to the normal state, if the requirements of special condition no longer exist.
- the motor vehicle door then closed again, so hinders a plunger of the here realized as a dome switch 8 solenoid the spring-loaded Lever 9 back to spring back to its original position. On this way, then a reset of the system. From then on works the motor vehicle door lock according to the invention again as an electric lock.
- the lock nut 12 can also be used for another form of emergency operation be used outside. Is the power interrupted and can Accordingly, the access authorization is not issued electronically, so you have to with a mechanical key the lock cylinder and thus Turn part of the two-piece locknut 12. This then becomes one Switch operated, the emergency power supply from the storage capacitor o. Like. Activated here, so that then the coupling switch 8 forming lifting magnet energized and the ram retracts. As a result, then the spring-loaded Lever 9 released in the manner previously explained and the lock mechanism 4 is activated.
- the motor vehicle door lock according to the invention can be used in particular there, where there is already a construction with external specifications.
- the invention Motor vehicle door lock replaced without the need the change of door handles existing mechanical motor vehicle door locks by modern electric lock constructions. Sensors / microswitches on the door handles and their costly wiring to Lock mechanism can be omitted, a perfect mechanical redundancy for the emergency is given.
- the motor vehicle door lock according to the invention extremely fast and achieves the required for "passive entry" Timelines.
