Definitions
- the invention relates to a motor vehicle door lock, with a drive unit for motorized opening in particular a ratchet with rotary latch and pawl, and with an operating lever, which on the one hand from the drive unit is applied and on the other hand on the Lock works.
- the closing aid has one Swing arm with a swiveling pull ratchet and an electric motor drive for the swingarm with the Tightening pawl.
- the known opening and / or closing aids in motor vehicle door locks have generally proven themselves. However, they reach their limits if, for example after a contactless or contact-based opening signal the drive unit opens the locking mechanism, but the The catch did not fully reach its open position. It it is conceivable that the catch in its main stop remains, e.g. B. if the of Lock bolt regularly enclosed locking bolts not issued can be. Such situations arise when an associated motor vehicle door to the surrounding door seal is frozen.
- the motorized opening or Locking aid no feedback about this incomplete completed opening of the locking mechanism.
- the invention seeks to remedy the situation as a whole.
- the invention is based on the technical problem Motor vehicle door lock of the type described above Designing to evolve so that an unwanted Opening in particular on the associated motor vehicle door after an initiated electromotive opening process is avoided under all circumstances.
- the operating lever is in its position maintains and otherwise the pawl in its depressed Position for releasing the catch remains and not - as in the prior art - in their closed position swings back.
- the motor vehicle door lock according to the invention so remains when the door is not fully open Rotary latch in the functional position, which is complete open catch is taken. In any case until this condition has been recognized. Then the depressed pawl can be reversed the drive unit (again) in its locking position convict.
- these measures of invention ensure that a not fully opened catch after, for example, an opening signal has taken place is recognized and corresponding precautionary measures result Has. This does not only include an indication on the display, but also especially the fact that the pawl is depressed is held or the motor vehicle door lock its corresponding to the complete opening of the catch Functional position remains.
- the drive unit usually drives one Cam device, which acts on the operating lever.
- the cam device has at least two Cam, namely a lever cam for the operating lever and a position cam for a position measuring device.
- the lever cam With the help of the lever cam, the operating lever acted upon in the sense of opening the lock. To this purpose, the operating lever either lifts the directly Pawl off, so that the catch is spring-supported can open or it acts via an intermediate Lever mechanism, for example a release lever, in a corresponding manner Senses on the pawl.
- Acting the position measuring device is usually one On / off switch, which of an actuation contour on Position cams with fully opened rotary latch - and only then - is triggered and otherwise unused remains. Consequently, the position measuring device for this used, only with registered full opening of the Turn off the drive unit.
- the incomplete opening of the catch blocked drive unit after a predetermined period of time switched off, which with the help of the control unit is monitored and adjusted.
- the Cam device then a blockage when the catch has not been fully opened. Captured at the same time this state the position measuring device or the switch, because in this case the actuation contour on the position cam is not triggered, i.e. without being acted on remains.
- the corresponding signal is registered by the control unit and used, for example, the addressed Error message and / or issue the malfunction signal.
- a complete opening corresponds the rotary latch so that the position measuring device or the switch is pressed because then the actuation contour on the position cam for a corresponding application provides.
- the cam device is interposed a spring to one acted upon by the drive unit Output disc connected.
- This feather will when the drive unit is loaded, first cocked and only then transfers movements of the drive unit the cam device. This can be done by a form fit between the drive unit and the cam device when tensioned Feather happen. The tensioned spring can then relax again when the lever cam releases the operating lever happened. With the relaxation of this spring goes returning the operating lever to its starting position associated.
- the cam device usually has an in engaging a circular recess in the driven pulley Circular segment disc, which can be addressed with the help of the Support spring against the circular recess.
- the output disk between the cam device is under supervision and the catch arranged. It has one blocked when the catch was not fully open Nose. That is, if the rotary latch is not fully open is struck with the driven pulley from the drive moving nose against the catch. The catch blocked So the nose and with it the entire drive or the drive unit and components affected by it. That has as a result that the cam device or all components loaded by the drive unit to a standstill comes or come. A corresponding one results from this Signal to the control unit.
- the aforementioned nose can of course also on other components of the motor vehicle door lock arranged be as long as it just makes sure that at not fully opened rotary latch the cam device is blocked. That said, the nose likes an independent Lever, an additional device, an actuator, etc. be arranged and the drive unit and acted upon by it Components - when not fully open Catch - block. Basically, the invention comes also entirely without such a nose when the drive unit as well as components acted upon by it, in particular the cam device, directly from the lever, the additional device, the actuator, etc.
- the nose is on one Locking lever provided, which is usually present anyway is.
- This locking lever may be one Act central locking lever.
- the nose-locking levers ensure that when not open catch the cam device is blocked.
- a motor vehicle door lock is made available, the position of the catch of which, as a rule, is queried for an opening signal.
- the rotary latch blocks the drive unit and the components acted upon by it, such as the actuating lever and the pawl, in this functional position.
- the aforementioned blocking of the drive unit and the components acted upon by it can also be carried out by an independent element, for example by the locking lever which is present in any case. The result of this is that the "open" status of the motor vehicle door lock is, as it were, frozen or stored, even though the rotary latch is not (yet) fully open.
- the invention enables the associated door to be opened slowly, for example in a narrow parking space.
- This slow opening of the associated door has another advantage. Because if the associated drive responds faster than the dynamics of the door, ie if the door does not or cannot follow the drive or the drive unit, the so-called pre-hooking does not occur, as is known from practice. This is where the main advantages can be seen.
- a motor vehicle door lock is shown in the figures, which with a drive unit 1 for loading a locking mechanism 2, 3 is equipped.
- the drive unit 1 is used for motor purposes Opening the locking mechanism 2, 3, albeit with this In principle, drive unit 1 of course also includes closing movements of the locking mechanism 2, 3 can be represented.
- the locking mechanism 2, 3 after sending a keyless one Opening signals ("Keyless-Go") to open.
- Keyless-Go a keyless one Opening signals
- a related one Motor vehicle door can then easily and can be swung open without great effort. The applies particularly to tailgates, but increasingly also to Side doors.
- an operating lever 4 is realized, which on the one hand is acted upon by the drive unit 1 and on the other hand works on the locking mechanism 2, 3.
- the cam device 5, 6, 7 has at least two cams 5, 6, namely a lever cam 6 for the actuating lever 4 and a position cam 5 for a position measuring device 8.
- this position measuring device 8 is one On / off switch 8, which is acted upon by an actuating contour 5a on the position cam 5 when the rotary latch 2 is fully open.
- this actuating contour 5a on the position cam 5 does not come into contact with the switch 8 equipped with a probe, the switch 8 or the position measuring device 8 remains unloaded, and consequently cannot send a signal to a control device 9, which is only indicated. This is the case if the rotary latch 2 is not fully open. In this case, the then blocked drive unit 1 is switched off after a predetermined period of time, which in turn is ensured by the control device 9 which acts on the drive unit 1 accordingly.
- the cam device 5, 6, 7 has in addition to the lever cam 6 and the position cam 5 additionally a circular segment disc 7, which in a circular recess 10 a Output disk 11 engages.
- This driven pulley 11 meshes with a worm wheel 12, which in turn from the drive unit 1 is rotated.
- the driven pulley 11 in a top view or a side view between the cam device 5, 6, 7 and the rotary latch 2 is arranged.
- the driven pulley 11 has the driven pulley 11 and consequently the drive unit 1 (in connection with the driven pulley 11 and the worm wheel 12) via a nose 13, the blocked when the catch 2 is not fully open becomes.
- this is Nose 13 arranged on a locking lever 21 there. Irrespective of this, the subject of registration naturally includes also configurations in which the nose 13 on one (Not shown) actuator attached or arranged is.
- This spring 14 is concerned is a spiral spring within the scope of the exemplary embodiment, which, as evidenced by FIG. 4, corresponds to the course of the Circular recess 10 of the driven pulley 11 from its topology adapted here.
- This spring 14 is when the drive unit 1 is loaded initially excited and only then transmits movements of the Drive unit 1 on the cam device 5, 6, 7. After the lever cam 6 has passed the actuating lever 4, what happens after the functional position according to FIG. 5, the spring 14 in question relaxes, so that the operating lever 4 in its starting position accordingly 1 and 8 is moved back. How it works is as follows.
- the operating lever 4 is in its starting position and is otherwise the locking mechanism 2, 3 closed.
- the control device 9 sends a corresponding command to the drive unit 1, which then connects the driven pulley 11 rotated counterclockwise (see the arrow in Fig. 1).
- This movement means that between an edge 15 on the driven pulley 11 and an edge 16 on the circular segment disc 7 of the cam device 5, 6, 7 spring 14 initially compressed until the driven pulley 11 has a predetermined angle of rotation has swept, which may assume values of 160 ° (see Fig. 4).
- FIG. 8 showing the initial state before the start of a keyless opening signal
- FIG. 9 shows the modified motor vehicle door lock after the opening has ended or during represents the opening process.
- the result of the procedure described is that another arm 4b of the actuating lever 4 acts on a nose 19 of the pawl 3, which consequently performs a clockwise movement about its axis 20 in the front view of FIGS. 4, 5, so that the catch 2 is released.
- the pawl 3 has also carried out a clockwise movement in the front view of FIGS. 8 and 9, so that the catch 2 is then released.
- the catch 2 takes either their position in the main stop according to FIG. 2 or 10 or a position in the Vorrast according to FIG. 3. In all In cases, the nose 13 ensures that the drive unit 1 and the components 3, 4, 5 acted upon by it 6, 7 can be blocked.
- FIGS. 7 to 10 A similar procedure is followed for the variant according to FIGS. 7 to 10. Because here is the not fully open Rotary trap 2 queried with the help of indicated sensors 22. Their signal reaches the control device 9 (see Fig. 4). The control device 9 now ensures that the locking lever 21 is in FIGS. 8 and 10 maintains the locked position shown and with his Nose 13 the lever cam 6 and consequently the entire cam device 5, 6, 7 blocked.
- the catch 2 opens completely, as with Transition from FIG. 8 to FIG. 9 by a corresponding one Movement arrow is indicated, reports the position measuring device 8 or the on / off switch 8 this opening state to the control device 9. Immediately afterwards the control device 9 subsequently transfers the Locking lever 21 from its locking position 8 into the unlocking position according to FIG. 9.
- a non-open catch 2 leads accordingly 10 that the locking lever 21 with the Nose 13 maintains its locking position, so that the Lever cam 6 (unchanged) is blocked by the nose 13.
- the cam device 5, 6, 7 Because in both cases, of course, the cam device 5, 6, 7 is blocked, receives the position measuring device or the switch 8 also no signal from the actuation contour 5a on the position cam 5, so that the control device 9 an error message due to this sequence of functions or issues a malfunction signal. This can be done in evaluate the way described.
- the functional state of the depressed Pawl 3 can be lifted by the drive unit 1 in the opposite direction from the control device 9 is acted on, so that afterwards the actuating lever 4 in its starting position and with it the Rotary latch 3 passes into its original position (see FIG. 1 and 8).
- FIGS. 7 ff. provides the control device 9 after querying the sensors 22 sure that when the catch 2 is fully open, the Locking lever 21 from the locking position Fig. 8 transferred to the unlocking position shown in FIG. 9 becomes. This results in the blockage of the lever cam 6 is lifted, the lever cam 6 as a result of the relaxing Spring 14 continues to run and the operating lever 4 reached its original position.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
- Fig. 4
- Fig. 5
- den Kraftfahrzeug-Türverschluss nach Fig. 4 während des Öffnungsvorganges,
- Fig. 6
- Fig. 7
- Fig. 8
- den Gegenstand nach Fig. 7 in Frontansicht,
- Fig. 9
