Description
So ist u.a. vor den Vorspulgeräten, also zwischen den Fadenspulen und den Vorspulgeräten, wenigstens ein Fadenwächter vorgesehen, der bei fehlendem Schussfaden oder bei gebrochenem Schussfaden ein elektrisches Signal zum Stillsetzen der Webmaschine auslöst, bevor das Vorspulgerät leer läuft.
Eine auf dieser Lösung beruhende verbesserte Lösung ist in dem europäischen Patent 0 195 469 B2 offenbart. Auf diese Offenbarung wird später Bezug genommen.
Diese vorbeschriebene technische Lösung beruht auf dem europäischen Patent 0 195 469 B2.
Erst während der kurzzeitigen Unterbrechung des Webprozesses, also zwischen dem Webstopp und dem Neustart der Webmaschine, wird automatisch das Signal zur Verdoppelung der Schussfaden-Lieferkapazität ausgelöst, wenn das Eintragssystem zum Beispiel mit zwei Vorspulern arbeitet.
Damit ist der Vorteil verbunden, dass zumindest das einen Schussfadenbruch oder eine Unzulänglichkeit im Schussfaden zwischen einer Vorratsspule und einem Vorspuler detektierende Signal das Auslösen eines Schaltvorganges, hier zum Bremsen des Webmaschinenantriebes, in der Kupplungs-Bremskombination bewirkt.
Nach Abschluss des Bremsvorganges wird der Webmaschinenantrieb automatisch in den vor dem Bremsvorgang vorliegenden Status gebracht.
Damit soll erfindungsgemäß erreicht werden, dass die über einen längeren Zeitraum keinen Bremsvorgang ausführende Kupplungs-Bremskombination des Webmaschinen-Hauptantriebes gesteuert ein Abbremsen ausführt, um Bremsverzögerungen, hervorgerufen durch auf die Kupplungs-Bremskombination wirkende äußere Einflüsse, auszuschließen.
Mit dem erneuten Start der Webmaschine werden diese Kriterien erneut aktiviert.
Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Vermeiden einer Bremsverzögerung beim Stopvorgang des Webprozesses insbesondere einer mit einer Kupplungs-Bremskombination zwischen Antrieb und Hauptwelle ausgerüsteten Webmaschine, wonach in einer Programmsteuerung die Anzahl der Schussfadeneinträge wenigstens bis zum Unterbrechen des Webprozesses gezählt werden und wonach während des Webprozesses unkalkulierbar auftretende Ereignisse, wie .z.B. ein Schussfadenbruch bei einem im Mischwechsel arbeitenden Schussfadenzuführsystem und das Nichterreichen von in der Programmsteuerung vorgegebenen kalkulierten Kriterien zum Auslösen eines Schaltvorganges in der Kupplungs-Bremskombination im Sinne einer Unterbrechung des Webprozesses verwendet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaltvorgang zur Unterbrechung des Webprozesses wahlweise durch das bei einem Schussfadenbruch zwischen einem Garnvorrat und einem Vorspulgerät des Schussfadenzuführsystems ausgelöste elektrische Signal oder durch ein elektrisches Signal ausgelöst wird, das das Erreichen eines anderen der Programmsteuerung vorgegebenen Kriteriums detektiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das andere Kriterium das Erreichen einer vorgegebenen Anzahl von Schusseinträgen bei ununterbrochenem Weben ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das andere Kriterium der Ablauf einer vorgegebenen Zeit bei ununterbrochenem Weben ist.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaltvorgang in Abhängigkeit davon ausgelöst wird, welches der Kriterien in der Programmsteuerung zuerst ein elektrisches Signal erzeugt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaltvorgang zum Unterbrechen des Webprozesses ausschließlich bei Auftreten der unkalkulierten Kriterien im Schussfadenzuführsystem zwischen dem Fadenvorrat und dem Vorspulgerät ausgelöst wird.
