Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Unterstopfen von Schwellen mittels einer fahrbaren Gleisstopfmaschine
mit mehreren in den Schotter des Gleisunterbaus eintauchbaren und über Antriebe beistellbaren und vibrierbaren Stopfwerkzeugen,
mit mindestens je einem schienennahen Stopfpickel (16) zum Unterstopfen der Schwellen in den schienennahen Zonen,
mit zusätzlichen mittleren Stopfpickeln (18) parallel zu der Mittenzone (3) der Schwellen (1) zum Unterstopfen der Schwellen-Mittenzonen und(i) gegebenenfalls mit am Schwellenkopf kopfseitig parallel zu den Schienen (4) angeordneten, kopfseitigen Stopfpickeln (20) und(ii) gegebenenfalls mit fluchtend mit den schienennahen Stopfpickeln (16) und den mittleren Stopfpickeln (18) im Kopfbereich der Schwellen (1) angeordneten, randseitigen Stopfpickeln (22),
die verschiedenen Stopfpickel (16, 18; 20; 22) mit unterschiedlichen Stopfdrücken in den Schotter eintauchen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfdruck der mittleren Stopfpickel (18) etwa 20% bis 70%, bevorzugt 40% bis 60% des Stopfdruckes der schienennahen Stopfpickel (16) beträgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfdruck der kopfseitigen Stopfpickel (20) etwa 70% bis 95%, bevorzugt etwa 80% bis 90% des Stopfdruckes der schienennahen Stopfpickel (16) beträgt. , - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die randseitigen Stopfpickel (22) mit einem Stopfdrucks arbeiten, der zwischen 70% und 95% des Stopfdruckes der schienennahen Stopfpickel (16) liegt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Maß an Vibration der verschiedenen Stopfpickel voneinander abweicht.
