Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Entfetten von Massenteilen, wie metallischen Kleinteilen, bestehend aus einer um eine vertikale Achse drehbaren und antreibbaren Trommel mit gelochter Trommelwand, einer oben vorgesehenen Beladeöffnung und einer bodenseitig angebrachten, durch einen axial bewegbaren Bodenverschluß verschließbaren Entladeöffnung, einem stationären, die Trommel umgebenden und unten eine Außenringwanne mit Ablaufstutzen aufweisenden Außenringkanal, einem zwischen Außenringkanal und Trommel angeordneten, mittels eines Stellmittels axial verstellbaren und unten eine Innenringwanne aufweisenden Innenringkanal und Zuführungen für Behandlungsmittel in die Trommel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenringkanal (36) aus der die Trommellochung (16) freigebenden Ausgangsstellung in eine die Trommellochung (16) außen abdeckende Mittelstellung und in eine die Trommel (13) abdichtende Dichtstellung stellbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenringkanal (36) an seiner Innenringwanne (37) einen in eine Ausdrehung (39) im Trommelboden (12) einführbaren Dichtring (38) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Trommelboden (12) mindestens ein außen in den Innenringkanal (36) und innen in einen Spalt (23) zwischen Trommelboden (12) und Bodenverschluß (19) mündender radialer Ablaufkanal (64) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Spalt (23) zwischen Trommelboden (12) und Bodenverschluß (19) sowie unterhalb des Ablaufkanals (64) ein Dichtring (24) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Oberkante des Innenringkanals (36) ein sich am Rahmen (1) oberhalb der Trommellochung (16) dichtend anlegender Dichtring (41) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (41) als Profilring mit einer inneren axialen (41') und einer oberen radialen Dichtfläche (41'') zur Anlage an Dichtungsringen (42,43) des Rahmens (1) in der Dichtstellung des Innenringkanals (36) und mit einer unteren radialen Dichtfläche (41''') zur Anlage an einer Dichtung am Außenringkanal (31) in der Ausgangsstellung des Innenringkanals (36) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Schließen der Beladeöffnung (15) unterhalb eines Speichertrichters (45) ein Schieber (46) vorgesehen ist, der als mit einem Ablauf versehene Auffangwanne ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß um die Beladeöffnung (15) am Rahmen (1) eine mit den Dichtringen (42,43) dicht verbundene Ringplatte (44) vorgesehen ist und daß durch die Ringplatte (44) mehrere radiale, durch Ventile (55) verschließbare und in die Trommel (13) mündende, als Zuführung dienende Versorgungskanäle (54) vorgesehen sind, von denen mindestens einer zum Einführen von Entfettungsmittel und einer zum Einblasen von Druckluft vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (46) durch Auflage auf einen die Beladeöffnung (15) umgebenden und auf der Ringplatte (44) gelagerten Dichtungsring (53) zum luftdichten Verschließen der Beladeöffnung (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Versorgungskanal (54) zum Anschluß an eine Evakuiervorrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Evakuiervorrichtung einen Evakuierspeicher mit einem das Untergestell (2) des Rahmens (1) bildenden Rohrsystem mit räumlich miteinander verbundenen Rohren und eine an den Evakuierspeicher angeschlossene Evakuierpumpe (60) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außen am Boden der Innenringwanne (37) mindestens ein Ultra-Schall-Geber (65) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenringkanal (36) mit einem als Zweistellungszylinder ausgebildeten Stellzylinder (56) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bodenverschluß (19) mit einem als Zweistellungszylinder ausgebildeten Stellzylinder (28) verbunden ist.
