Claims (5)
- Filterzentrifuge mit einem drehbaren Laufkorb (5), der sich innerhalb einer Auffangkammer (1) befindet, und mit einem ruhenden Maschinenkörper (2), der sich auf einem Sockel (5) stützen kann und eine Lagereinrichtung für den Laufkorb (5) umfasst, wobei im Laufkorb (5), der teilweise Löcher aufweist, ein Filterelement (20) vorhanden ist, derart, dass beim Rotieren des Laufkorbs (5) die zu filtrierende Flüssigkeit durch das Filterelement (20) und durch diese Löcher herausfliessen kann, wobei der Laufkorb (5) einen Laufkorbhals (7) mit einer Durchgangsöffnung (30) aufweist, die direkt oder indirekt mindestens teilweise mit einer weiteren Durchgangsöffnung (30') kommuniziert, die sich im Bodenteil des Maschinenkörpers (2) befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Filterelement (20 bzw. 20') an einem seiner Ränder (19 bzw. 33) mit dem Laufkorb (5) verbunden ist, dass der zweite gegenüberliegende Rand (24 bzw. 34) des Filterelementes (20 bzw. 20') mit einer Hubvorrichtung (22 bzw. 42) verbunden ist, die zur Beseitigung des auf dem Filterelement (20 bzw. 20') zurückbleibenden, aus festen Teilchen bestehenden Filtrats (32) vorgesehen ist, durch eine Bewegung des zweiten Randes (24 bzw. 34) in axialer Richtung von den ersten Rand (19 bzw. 33) weg das Filterelement (20 bzw. 20') von einer eingezogenen Lage in eine gestreckte Lage zu bewegen, so dass das Filtrat (32) durch diese Durchgangsöffnungen (30, 30') im Laufkorbhals (7) entweichen kann.
- Filterzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsöffnung (30) des Laufkorbhalses (7) durch freie Räume zwischen Rippen (15) gebildet ist, die den Laufkorb (5) mit der Laufkorbnabe (14) verbinden.
- Filterzentrifuge nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsöffnung (30') des Maschinenkörpers (2) durch freie Räume zwischen Rippen (9) gebildet ist, die die Lagereinrichtung (8) mit dem Maschinenteil der Filterzentrifuge verbinden, durch den sich der Maschinenkörper (2) auf dem Sockel (3) stützen kann.
- Filterzentrifuge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubvorrichtung (22) im Bereich der Laufkorbnabe (14) angeordnet ist und dass der Laufkorbhals (7) einen ringzylindrischen Hubraum aufweist, in dem ein Teil der Hubvorrichtung (22) in ihrer Bewegung einführbar ist.
- Filterzentrifuge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubvorrichtung (42) an einem Deckel (4') der Auffangkammer (1) angeordnet und deren beweglicher Teil mit einer Deckelvorrichtung (35) für diese Auffangkammer (1) verbunden ist, welche die Befestigungsvorrichtung (34) für den zweiten Rand des Filterelementes (20) trägt.
