Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Auf- und/oder Einbringen eines Farbdekors auf bzw. in einen Gegenstand (10), bei dem ein Träger (12) mit Farbstoff in Anlage an den Gegenstand (10) gebracht wird, um Farbstoff vom Träger auf den Gegenstand zu übertragen, und bei dem die Anlage des Trägers (12) an dem Gegenstand (10) durch zumindest einen Gasstrahl (20) gefördert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zumindest ein Gasstrahl (20a, 20b) zumindest eine Seitenkante (38, 40) des Gegenstandes (10) mit daraufliegendem Träger (12) erfaßt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Gasstrahl (20, 20a, 20b) die Form eines Messers hat und linienförmig über den Träger (12) oder ein Tuch (14) geführt wird, und daß die Richtung (42, 44) der Linie zumindest eines Gasstrahls (20a, 20b) einen Winkel (α, β) mit der Richtung (36) der Relativbewegung zwischen Gasstrahl und Gegenstand (10) bildet, der von 0° und 90° verschieden ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Gasstrahl (20) in zumindest einer Richtung eine Abmessung (D) hat, die klein ist im Vergleich zur Abmessung des Gegenstandes (10) in dieser Richtung. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein sublimierbarer Farbstoff verwendet wird und daß der Gasstrahl (20) auf eine Temperatur erhitzt wird, bei der er bewirkt oder zumindest fördert, daß der Farbstoff sublimiert und vom Träger (12) auf den Gegenstand (10) übergeht. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Träger (12) zur Förderung des Überganges des Farbdekors auf den Gegenstand eine "release"-Eigenschaft hat. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Relativbewegung zwischen einerseits dem Gasstrahl (20) und andererseits dem Träger (12) und dem Gegenstand (10) durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
über dem Träger (12) ein Tuch (14) aus elastischem Material angeordnet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Träger (12) aus Papier besteht. - Vorrichtung zum Auf- und/oder Einbringen eines Farbdekors auf bzw. in einen Gegenstand (10), bei der der Gegenstand auf einem Tisch (16) angeordnet und darüber ein Träger (12) mit einem zu übertragenden Farbdekor abgelegt ist, mit zumindest einem Gasstrahlgenerator (24) zum Erzeugen eines Gasstrahls (20), der den Träger (12) an den Gegenstand (10) drückt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Gasstrahl (20a, 20b) so positioniert ist, daß er zumindest eine Seitenkante des Gegenstandes mit daraufliegendem - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Gasstrahl (20, 20a, 20b) die Form eines Messers hat und linienförmig über den Träger (12) oder ein Tuch (14) geführt wird, und daß die Richtung (42, 44) der Linie zumindest eines Gasstrahls (20a, 20b) einen Winkel (α, β) mit der Richtung (36) der Relativbewegung zwischen Gasstrahl und Gegenstand (10) bildet, der von 0° und 90° verschieden ist.
