Description
Claims (17)
- Dampfgargerät, insbesondere Dampfbackofen mit einer Backofenmuffel, mit einer Dampfgareinrichtung zum Dampfgaren von Speisen im Garraum des Gerätes, umfassend eine im Garraum angeordnete Beleuchtungseinrichtung zum Beleuchten des Garraums und/oder einen Ventilator für einen Umluft- oder Heißluftbetrieb,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Dampfgargerät eine Steuerungseinrichtung aufweist, mittels der die Beleuchtungseinrichtung und/oder der Ventilator bei einem Betrieb des Dampfgargerätes mit geringem Energiezufuhrbedarf für die Gartemperatur automatisch steuerbar ist. - Dampfgargerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung und/oder der Ventilator bei einem Betrieb des Dampfgargerätes mit geringem Energiezufuhrbedarf für die Gartemperatur ausschaltbar, getaktet ein- und ausschaltbar oder mit reduzierter Leistung betreibbar ist.
- Dampfgargerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung und/oder der Ventilator in Abhängigkeit von der Garraumtemperatur, insbesondere in Abhängigkeit von einem vorgegebenen Grenzwert der Garraumtemperatur, automatisch steuerbar ist.
- Dampfgargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung und/oder der Ventilator im Dampfgarbetrieb ausgeschaltet wird.
- Dampfgargerät nach einem derr vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung und/oder der Ventilator während des gesamten Betriebs mit geringem Energiezufuhrbedarf für die Gartemperatur ausgeschaltet wird.
- Dampfgargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung und/oder der Ventilator während des Betriebs mit geringem Energiezufuhrbedarf für die Gartemperatur intervallartig ein- und ausgeschaltet wird.
- Dampfgargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung und/oder der Ventilator automatisch ausgeschaltet wird, wenn die Isttemperatur einen vorgegebenen Grenzwert unterschreitet.
- Dampfgargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung und/oder der Ventilator beim Einstellen einer Solltemperatur, die kleiner als ein vorgegebener Grenzwert ist, automatisch ausgeschaltet wird.
- Dampfgargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grenzwert zwischen 30 °C und 70 °C, vorzugsweise zwischen 50 °C und 65 °C beträgt.
- Dampfgargerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung um eine Verzögerungszeit verzögert nach dem Einstellen der Solltemperatur automatisch ausgeschaltet wird.
- Dampfgargerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verzögerungszeit zwischen 0,1 und 10 Sekunden, vorzugsweise zwischen 1,0 und 3,0 Sekunden beträgt.
- Dampfgargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung bei der Betätigung eines Bedienelementes des Backofens automatisch eingeschaltet und nach Beendigung der Betätigung wieder ausgeschaltet wird.
- Dampfgargerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung nach einer vorgegebenen Beleuchtungsdauer nach Beendigung der Betätigung ausgeschaltet wird.
- Dampfgargerät nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungsdauer zwischen 1 und 30 Sekunden, vorzugsweise zwischen 5 und 15 Sekunden beträgt.
- Dampfgargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungseinrichtung beim Öffnen der Tür des Garrraums automatisch eingeschaltet wird.
- Dampfgargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine Heißlufteinrichtung aufweist.
- Dampfgargerät nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Abhängigkeit von der Garraumtemperatur, insbesondere wenn die Garraumtemperatur kleiner als ein vorgegebener Grenzwert ist, die Heizung der Heißlufteinrichtung ausgeschaltet und der Ventilator der Heißlufteinrichtung getaktet oder mit reduzierter Leistung betrieben wird.
