Claims (8)
- Verschluß für eine an einem Korpus, Rahmen und dergleichen angelenkte Klappe, Tür oder dergleichen, bei dem am Korpus, Rahmen und dergleichen ein Verriegelungselement fest angebracht ist und die Klappe, Tür und dergleichen ein Betätigungselement trägt, wobei das Betätigungselement einen Verriegelungsmechanismus steuert, der beim Öffnen außer Eingriff und beim Schließen in Eingriff mit dem Verriegelungselement des Korpus, Rahmens und dergleichen bringbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das Verriegelungselement (23) an dem Korpus, Rahmen und dergleichen (20) als Verriegelungsbolzen ausgebildet ist, insbesondere für Möbel,dass das Betätigungselement (36) gegenüber der Klappe, Tür oder dergleichen (10) verstellbar ist und auf der Innenseite derselben einen Verriegelungsmechanismus aus Verriegelungshebel (32) und drehbar gelagerter Verriegelungsklaue (42) steuert, wobei in der Öffnungsstellung des Verschlusses die Verriegelungsklaue (42) in einer Aufnahmestellung zum Einführen des Verriegelungsbolzens (23) gehalten ist und wobei in der Schließstellung die Verriegelungsklaue (42) den Verriegelungsbolzen (23) hintergreift und der von dem Betätigungselement (36) verstellbare, abgefederte Verriegelungshebel (32) die Verriegelungsklaue (42) in der Schließstellung verriegelt. - Verschluß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Betätigungselement (36) senkrecht oder im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Klappe, Tür (10) oder dergleichen verstellbar ist. - Verschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das Betätigungselement (36) als bügel- oder U-förmiger Griff ausgebildet ist, dessen Seitenschenkel in Durchbrüchen (11) der Klappe, Tür und dergleichen (10) verstellbar geführt ist, unddass mindestens einer dieser Seitenschenkel auf der Innenseite der Klappe, Tür und dergleichen (10) mit dem drehbar gelagerten Verriegelungshebel (32) verbunden ist, wobei sich der Verriegelungshebel (32) über eine Druckfeder (33) auf der Innenseite der Klappe, Tür und dergleichen (10) abstützt und mit einem Verriegelungsansatz (44) in den Schwenkbereich und aus dem Schwenkbereich der mit einem Verriegelungsabsatz (39) versehenen Verriegelungsklaue (42) bringbar ist. - Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Verriegelungshebel (32) und die Verriegelungsklaue (42) an einem auf der Innenseite der Klappe, Tür und dergleichen (10) angebrachten Beschlagteil (30) drehbar gelagert sind, wobei die Drehachsen (31, 41) parallel zueinander und parallel zur Anlenkachse (15) der Klappe, Tür und dergleichen (10) ausgerichtet sind. - Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Verriegelungsklaue (42) mittels einer Feder (45) in der Öffnungsstellung des Verschlusses in der Aufnahmestellung für den Verriegelungsbolzen (23) zurückgestellt und in dieser gehalten ist. - Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Verriegelungshebel (32) und das Beschlagteil (30) als einstückiges Kunststoffteil ausgebildet und miteinander verbunden sind. - Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Verriegelungsklaue (42) in der Aufnahmestellung mittels Rastansatz (46) in einer Rastaufnahme (46) des Beschlagteils (30) verrastet ist, wobei die Rastverbindung beim Schließen und Öffnen des Verschlusses aufgrund der Drehbewegung der Verriegelungsklaue (42) herstell- und aufhebbar ist. - Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Verstellbewegung des Betätigungselementes (36) in beiden Verstellrichtungen durch Anschläge begrenzt ist, wobei die Druckfeder (33) beim Loslassen des Betätigungselementes (36) den Verriegelungshebel (32) in Richtung der Schließstellung verstellt.
