Claims (15)
- Spinnvorrichtung zur Herstellung mehrerer Fäden (15; 24), die jeweils aus mehreren Filamentbündeln (10) gebildet sind, mit einem oder mehreren Extrudern (1) zur Erzeugung mehrerer Schmelzeströme, mit mehreren Verteilerpumpen (4) zur Aufteilung der Schmelzeströme auf zumindest zwei nebeneinander angeordneten Spinnstellen (8), welche jeweils eine oder mehrere Spinndüsen (9) aufweisen, wobei jeder Spinndüse (9) ein Teilschmelzestrom einer Verteilerpumpe (4) zugeführt wird und wobei die Spinndüse (9) den Teilschmelzestrom zu einem aus einer Vielzahl von strangförmigen Filamenten bestehenden Filamentbündel (10) extrudiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die benachbarten Spinnstellen (8) mit ihren Spinndüsen (9) derart nebeneinander angeordnet sind, daß zumindest ein Filamentbündel (10.3) der einen Spinnstelle (8.1) mit zumindest einem Filamentbündel (10.4) der anderen Spinnstelle (8.2) zu einem Faden zusammenfaßbar sind.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spinndüsen (9) der benachbarten Spinnstellen (8) in einer Reihe nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen einer am Rand der Spinnstelle (8.1) angeordneten Spinndüse (9.3) zu einer benachbarten Spinndüse (9.4) der anderen Spinnstelle (8.2) gleich oder unwesentlich größer ist als der Abstand zwischen zwei benachbarten Spinndüsen (9) einer der Spinnstellen (8).
- Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen einer am Rand der Spinnstelle (8.1) angeordneten Spinndüse (9.3) zu einer benachbarten Spinndüse (9.4) der anderen Spinnstelle (8.2) kleiner ist als der Abstand zwischen zwei benachbarten Spinndüsen (9) einer der Spinnstellen (8).
- Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spinnstellen (8) jeweils drei in einer Reihe angeordnete Spinndüsen (9) aufweisen, so daß die benachbarte Spinnstellen (8) insgesamt sechs Filamentbündel zur Herstellung von wahlweise zwei Fäden (24) durch Zusammenfassen von drei Filamentbündel oder drei Fäden (15) durch Zusammenfassen von zwei Filamentbündel erzeugen.
- Spinvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Extruder (1) und die Verteilerpumpen (4) durch eine Ventileinheit (3) miteinander verbunden sind, daß die Ventileinheit (3) mehrere Schaltstellungen (I, II) aufweist und daß in einer der Schaltstellungen (II) der Ventileinheit (3) die zu einer Spinnstelle (8) zugeordneten Verteilerpumpen (4) mit einem der Extruder (1) verbunden sind, so daß die Spinndüsen (9) der Spinnstelle (8) die Polymerschmelze eines Extruders (1) extrudieren.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer zweiten Schaltstellung (I) der Ventileinheit (3) jeder der Verteilerpumpen (4) einer Spinnstelle (8) einer der Extruder (1) zugeordnet ist, so daß die Spinndüsen (9) der Spinnstelle (8) die Polymerschmelzen mehrerer Extruder (1) extrudieren.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ventileinheit (3) manuell verstellbar ist.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Aufwickelvorrichtung (16) mit mehreren Wickelstellen (17) zum Aufwickeln der Fäden (15, 24) zu jeweils einer Spule (20) vorgesehen ist, bei welcher die Anzahl der Wickelstellen (17) größer ist als die Anzahl der vorgeordneten Spinnstellen (8).
- Spinnvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Fadenbehandlungseinrichtung (12) mit mehreren Behandlungsstationen (13, 14) zum Zusammenfassen der Filamentbündel zu jeweils einen Faden vorgesehen ist, bei welcher die Anzahl der Arbeitsstationen (13, 14) größer ist als die Anzahl der vorgeordneten Spinnstellen (8).
- Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behandlungsstationen jeweils durch eine Texturierdüse (13) gebildet sind.
- Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behandlungsstationen jeweils durch eine Verwirblungsdüse (14) gebildet sind.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 zur Herstellung von einfarbigen Fäden, welche durch Zusammenfassen von mehreren einfarbigen Filamentbündeln einer Spinnstelle oder durch Zusammenfassen von mehreren einfarbigen Filamentbündeln benachbarter Spinnstellen erzeugt werden.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 zur Herstellung von ungefärbten Fäden, welche durch Zusammenfassen von mehreren ungefärbten Filamentbündeln einer Spinnstelle oder durch Zusammenfassen von mehreren ungefärbten Filamentbündeln benachbarter Spinnstellen erzeugt werden.
- Verwendungnach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fäden aus unterschiedlich eingefärbten Filamentbündeln einer Spinnstelle erzeugt werden.
