Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tragvorrichtung für sanitäre Einrichtungen, mit einem Profilgerüst, das boden- und wandseitig abgestützt oder freistehend sein kann und horizontale als auch vertikale Profilstangen aufweist, mit einer Aussenhaut, insbesondere aus Gibsplatten und Fliesen, mit wenigstens einem nicht durch Sanitärkörper besetzten freien Raum, in den vorzugsweise bis in die Gesamttiefe des Profilgerüstes ein Möbelstück eingebaut ist und mit Mitteln zur Befestigung des Möbelstücks am Profilgerüst.
Eine Tragvorrichtung dieser Art ist im Stand der Technik aus der DE4309107C2 bekannt geworden. Diese weist zur Montage von Möbelstücken modulare Möbel-Grundrahmen auf, die jeweils in einen Hohlraum eines Metallprofil-Gerüstes eingesetzt sind. Diese Grundrahmen sind kastenförmig ausgebildet und bilden jeweils einen Teil eines Möbelstücks. Sie besitzen einen vorderen umlaufenden Abdeckflansch. Die Möbelstücke sind jeweils am Grundrahmen direkt mit senkrechten Stützen des Metallprofil-Gerüstes verbunden.
Aus der DE-9407527A ist ein Modulelement für baukastenartig zusammenstellbare Systeme zur Vorwandmontage von sanitären Einrichtungen bekanntgeworden. Das Modulelement weist höhenverstellbare Füsse auf und ist mit horizontalen Gewindestangen an Wandschienen befestigt. Das Modulelement ist vergleichsweise aufwendig und eignet sich nicht für eine Tragvorrichtung mit einem Profilgerüst.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Tragvorrichtung der genannten Art zu schaffen, die bei einfachem Aufbau eine schnelle und einfache Montage unterschiedlicher Möbelstücke ermöglicht.
Die Aufgabe ist bei einer gatungsgemässen Tragvorrichtung dadurch gelöst, dass das Profilgerüst Hohlprofilstangen mit aussenseitig angeordneten und in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Befestigungsnuten aufweist und die genannten Mittel zur Befestigung des Möbelstücks einen Einbaurahmen aufweisen, der lösbar in Befestigungsnuten zweier im Abstand zueinander angeordneten, vertikalen Hohlprofilstangen befestigt sind und dass das Möbelstück am Einbaurahmen lösbar befestigt ist.
Bei der erfindungsgemässen Tragvorrichtung kann der Einbaurahmen am Profilgerüst vormontiert werden und definiert exakt den freien Raum für das Möbelstück. Die Befestigung des Einbaurahmens in den Befestigungsnuten der vertikalen Profilstangen ist besonders einfach. Vorteilhaft ist zudem, dass das Möbelstück mit unterschiedlicher Tiefe am Einbaurahmen befestigt werden kann. Die erfindungsgemässe Tragvorrichtung ergibt somit eine sehr kostengünstige Herstellung sowie eine besonders einfache und rationelle Montage.
Der Einbaurahmen kann dann besonders einfach hergestellt werden, wenn er gemäss seiner Weiterbildung der Erfindung aus im Querschnitte winkelförmigen Streben hergestellt ist und ein Schenkel dieser Streben jeweils am Möbelstück anliegt und der andere Schenkel rechtwinklig vom Möbelstück wegweist und den Einbaurahmen mit einem der vertikalen Hohlprofilstangen verbindet. Ein solcher Einbaurahmen kann vorteilhaft mittels lösbaren Drehrastverbindern sehr einfach und sicher am Profilgerüst befestigt werden.
Weist der Einbaurahmen gemäss seiner Weiterbildung der Erfindung zwei weitere vertikal verlaufende Schenkel auf, die jeweils im wesentlichen parallel zu einer Wandung des Möbelstücks verlaufen und die über die frontseitige Tragebene des Profilgerüstes vorstehen, so kann die Aussenhaut gegen diese vorstehenden Schenkel geführt werden. Das Beplanken und Verfliessen ist dann besonders einfach.
Die Befestigung des Möbelstückes am Einbaurahmen erfolgt vorzugsweise im Bereich vom Befestigungsnuten, in die dann beispielsweise ein inneres Ende einer Befestigungsschraube hineinragt. Dies ermöglicht eine besonders kompakte Bauweise.
Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen Tragvorrichtung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Die in Figur 1 gezeigte Badezimmereinrichtung 1 zeigt eine verflieste Tragvorrichtung 2, die in Vorwandmontage am Boden 7 sowie einer Gebäudewand 8 abgestützt ist. An der Tragvorrichtung 2 sind ein Waschbecken 3, eine Toilettenschüssel 4 mit einem hier nicht sichtbaren Unterputzspühlkasten sowie Möbelstücke 6, 6' und 6'' befestigt. Sichtbar ist hier die Betätigungstaste 5 des Unterputzspühlkastens. Ein rechtwinklig zur Tragvorrichtung 2 angeordnete weitere Tragvorrichtung 2' dient zum Einbau eines weiteren Möbelstücks 6'''. Die beiden Tragvorrichtungen 2 und 2' können zusammengebaut sein.
Die beiden Tragvorrichtungen 2 und 2' weisen ein Profilgerüst 9 auf, das vertikale Hohlprofilstangen 10 sowie horizontal verlaufende Hohlprofilstangen 11 besitzt, die miteinander zu einem dreidimensionalen Gerüst verbunden sind. Solche Hohlprofilstangen 10 und 11 sowie geeignete Verbinder sind im Stand der Technik aus der EP00493319B bekannt. Das Profil dieser Hohlprofilstangen 10 und 11 ist in Figur 4 gezeigt. Der Querschnitt ist wie ersichtlich im wesentlichen quadratisch. In Längsrichtung der Hohlprofilstangen 10 und 11 erstrecken sich an jeder Seite Schwalbenschwanznuten 12, die in ihrem Grund jeweils eine Profilierung 34 besitzen. Solche Hohlprofile sowie geeignete Verbinder sind wie erwähnt an sich bekannt.
Die in Figur 1 gezeigten Möbelstücke 6 bis 6''' sind jeweils in einem von Sanitärkörpern im wesentlichen freien Raum 35 eingesetzt, der sich bis in die Gesamttiefe des Profilgerüstes erstrecken kann. Zur Befestingung dieser Möbelstücke 6 bis 6''' ist für jedes Möbelstück ein Einbaurahmen 17 vorgesehen, der jeweils an zwei Parallelen und im Abstand zueinander angeordneten vertikalen Profilstangen 10 befestigt ist. Die Figur 4 zeigt einen solchen Einbaurahmen 17, der oberseitig bündig ist mit einer benachbarten Beplankung 27. Dieser Einbaurahmen 17 dient zur Aufnahme eines aus drei Teilen bestehendes Möbelstücks.
Wie die Figuren 4 und 5a bis 5c zeigen, weist der Einbaurahmen 17 einen sich nach ausssen erstreckenden Schenkel 20 sowie an einen inneren Schenkel 18 auf. Der Einbaurahmen 17 weist somit in seinem ganzen Umfang einen winkelförmigen Querschnitt auf, wobei der Schenkel 18 im Bereich der horizontalen Abschnitte 18' weniger breit ist als an den vertikalen Bereichen 18''. Der Einbaurahmen 17 ist beispielsweise aus verzinktem Stahl mit einer Stärke von etwa 1,5 mm hergestellt.
Die Weite des Schenkels 18 im Bereich 18'' entspricht im wesentlichen der Breite einer Hohlprofilstange 10, wie die Figur 4 zeigt. Zur Befestigung des Einbaurahmes 17 an den beiden vertikalen Hohlprofilstangen 10 weisen die Bereiche 18'' jeweils zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Durchbrüche 19 auf. In jedem Durchbruch 19 ist ein an sich bekannter Drehrastverbinder 13 eingesetzt, der einen Nutenstein 14 sowie eine Mutter 15 aufweist. Die Mutter 15 ist gemäss Figur 4 aussenseitig am Einbaurahmen 17 angeordnet. Die Mutter 15 ist auf ein Gewinde 16 des Nutensteins 14 aufgeschraubt und gegen den Schenkel 18 festgezogen. Der Nutenstein 14 ist in einer Schwalbenschwanznute 12 festgeklemmt und verbindet damit den Einbaurahmen 17 verschiebesicher am Profilgerüst 9. Für jeden Einbaurahmen 17 sind vorzugsweise vier solche Drehrastverbinder 13 vorgesehen, wobei selbstverständlich auch mehr als vier solche Drehrastverbinder 13 möglich sind.
Der Schenkel 20 ist gemäss Figur 4 breiter als eine Hohlprofilstange 10 und überragt damit eine frontseitige Tragebene 36 (Figur 4) des Profilgerüstes 9. Der vorstehende Bereich 20' ist so bemessen, dass er aussenseitig bündig ist mit einer Aussenhaut die beispielsweise aus einer Beplankung 27, einer Mörtelschicht 28 sowie Fliessen 29 besteht.
Am Schenkel 20 sind aussenseitig vier Muttern 22 angeschweisst, die jeweils in eine Schwalbenschwanznute 12 hineinragen, wie die Figur 4 zeigt. Diese Muttern 22 dienen zur Befestigung eines Möbelstücks 6 am Einbaurahmen 17. In Übereinstimmung mit diesen Muttern 22 sind in die beiden vertikalen Seitenwandungen 32 des Möbelstücks 6 jeweils zwei angesenkte Bohrungen 37 eingearbeitet, die jeweils eine Befestigungsschraube 21 aufnehmen, die mit ihrem inneren Ende in einer der Muttern 22 eingeschraubt und festgezogen ist. Die beiden Seitenwandungen 32 liegen damit jeweils an ihrer Aussenseite 33 flächig am Schenkel 20 des Einbaurahmens 17 an. Bei grösseren Möbelstücken können selbstverständlich mehr als vier Muttern 22 und Befestigungsschrauben 21 vorgesehen sein. Die Verbindung des Einbaurahmens 17 am Profilgerüst 9 und diejenige des Möbelstücks 6 am Einbaurahmen 17 sind wie ersichtlich lösbar. Zudem ist der Einbaurahmen 17 an den beiden Hohlprofilstangen 10 stufenlos verschiebbar. Die Einbautiefe des Möbelstücks 6 ist durch die Positionen der Bohrungen 37 bestimmt. Die Frontseite des Möbelstücks 6 kann bezüglich der Fliessen 29 bündig vorstehend oder vertieft sein.
Der Einbaurahmen 17 wird nach der Montage des Profilgerüstes 9 an diesem befestigt. Hierbei wird der Einbaurahmen von der Rückseite des Profilgerüstes 9 in den freien Raum 35 eingesetzt. Die beiden vertikalen Hohlprofilstangen 10 sind entsprechend der Breite des Einbaurahmens 17 angeordnet. Ist der Einbaurahmen 17 mit den Drehrastverbindern 13 wie oben erläutert befestigt, so wird die beispielsweise aus Gibsplatten bestehende Beplankung 27, die Mörtelschicht 18 sowie die Fliesen 29 so oft aufgebracht, dass sie gemäss Figur 4 bis zum Schenkel 20 geführt sind. Nach dem Verfliesen wird das Möbelstück 6 in den Einbaurahmen 17 eingeschoben und mit den Befestigungsschrauben 21 befestigt. Der Einbau des Möbelstücks 6 erfolgt im wesentlichen als letzter Schritt der Montage und somit nach Abschluss der wesentlichen Bauarbeiten. Damit ist eine schonende Behandlung des Möbelstücks 6 gewährleistet. Nach dem Einbau des Möbelstücks 6 kann Fugenkitt 30 oder eine Leiste aussenseitig im Bereich des Schenkels 20 aufgebraucht werden. Nachträglich kann das Möbelstück 6 in einfacher Weise durch Lösen der Befestigungsschrauben 21 ausgebaut und durch ein anderes Möbelstück 6 ersetzt werden. Das Möbelstück 6 dient beispielsweise zur Aufnahme von Badeartikeln, es können jedoch auch Geräte, beispielsweise elektronische Geräte eingebaut sein.

Claims (10)

  1. Tragvorrichtung für sanitäre Einrichtungen, mit einem Profilgerüst (9), das boden- und wandseitig abgestützt oder freistehend ist und horizontale als auch vertikale Profilstangen (10, 11) aufweist, mit einer Aussenhaut (27, 28, 29) insbesondere aus Gibsplatten und Fliesen, mit wenigstens einem nicht durch Sanitärkörper besetzten freien Raum (35), in den vorzugsweise bis in die Gesamttiefe des Profilgerüstes (9) ein Möbelstück (6 bis 6''') eingebaut ist und mit Mitteln (17) zur Befestigung des Möbelstücks (6 bis 6''') am Profilgerüst (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profilgerüst (9) Hohlprofilstangen (10, 11) mit aussenseitig angeordneten und in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Befestigungsnuten (12) aufweist und die genannten Mittel (17) zur Befestigung des Möbelstücks (6 bis 6''') einen Einbaurahmen (17) aufweisen, der lösbar in Befestigungsnuten (12) zweier im Abstand zueinander angeordneten, vertikalen Hohlprofilstangen (10) befestigt sind, und dass das Möbelstück (6 bis 6''') am Einbaurahmen (17) lösbar befestigt ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einbaurahmen (17) aus im Querschnitt winkelförmigen Streben hergestellt ist und ein Schenkel (20) dieser Streben jeweils am Möbelstück (6 bis 6''') anliegt und der andere Schenkel (18) rechtwinklig vom Möbelstück (6 bis 6''') wegweist und den Einbaurahmen (17) mit den vertikalen Höhlprofilstangen (10) verbindet.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einbaurahmen (17) mittels lösbaren Drehrastverbindern (13) am Profilgerüst befestigt ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlprofilstangen (10, 11) im wesentlichen quadratisch sind und an jeder Aussenseite eine Schwalbenschwanznut (12) aufweisen und dass der Einbaurahmen (17) und das Möbelstück (6 bis 6''') jeweils in benachbarten Schwalbenschwanznuten befestigt sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einbaurahmen (17) von der Rückseite her in das Profilgerüst (9) eingesetzt ist und dass der nach aussen ragende Schenkel (18) eine Breite aufweist, die im wesentlichen der Breite der Hohlprofilstangen (10) entspricht.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einbaurahmen (17) mit wenigstens zwei Drehrastverbindern (13) an jeweils einer der beiden vertikalen Hohlprofilstangen (10) lösbar befestigt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einbaurahmen (17) einen inneren Schenkel (20) aufweist, der im wesentlichen parallel zu Wandungen (32) des Möbelstücks (6 bis 6''') verläuft und über die frontseitige Tragebene (36) des Profilgerüstes (9) entsprechend der Stärke einer Aussenhaut (27, 28, 29) vorsteht.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenhaut (27, 28, 29) gegen den vorstehenden Bereich (20') des inneren Schenkels (20) geführt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Möbelstück (6 bis 6''') in wenigstens zwei parallelen Seitenwandungen (32) durchgehende Bohrungen (37) aufweist und in diese Bohrungen (27) Befestigungsschrauben (21) eingesetzt sind, die jeweils mit einer Mutter (22) das Möbelstück (6 bis 6''') mit dem Profilgerüst (9) lösbar verbinden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Muttern (22) am Einbaurahmen (17) befestigt, insbesondere angeschweisst und in einer Nut (12) einer vertikalen Hohlprofilstange (10) angeordnet sind.
