Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Montagegestell für Sanitärapparate, welches an einem unteren Ende zwei auf einen Fussboden abzustellende Füsse und an einem oberen Ende wenigstens zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete und an einem Gebäude zu befestigende Stützen aufweist.
Ein Montagesgestell der genannten Art ist im Stand der Technik beispielsweise aus der EP 0 786 562 A des Anmelders bekannt geworden. Dieses weist zwei Wandwinkel und zwei Beplankungswinkel sowie zwei Gewindekopfschrauben auf, die im Abstand zueinander am oberen Ende des Montagegestells angeordnet sind. Bei der Montage wird das Montagegestell vor einer Gebäudewand auf den Boden abgestellt und mit den nach hinten ragenden Gewindekopfschrauben sowie den Wand- und Beplankungswinkeln an dieser Gebäudewand befestigt. Nach der Befestigung des Montagegestells wird beispielsweise eine WC-Schüssel an Traversen des Montagegestells befestigt und anschliessend wird das Montagegestell beispielsweise mit Gipsplatten beplankt. Bei der Modernisierung von Gebäuden besteht nun oft die Schwierigkeit, dass vor der Gebäudewand, vor welcher das Montagegestell befestigt werden soll, stockwerkverbindende Leitungen verlaufen, vor denen sich eine Schachtverkleidung befindet. Diese Leitungen erschweren die Befestigung des Montagegestells an der Gebäudewand. Die Montage kann dadurch sehr aufwendig und umständlich und in besonderen Fällen sogar unmöglich sein.
Die DE 25 56 984 A offenbart ein Montagegestell für ein wandhängendes Klosett und einen Einbauspülkasten, bei dem die obere Traverse als seitlich vorragender Querträger ausgebildet ist. An den Enden des Querträgers sind jeweils Flanschplatte befestigt, mit denen er an Wandprofilstücken einer Trockenbauwand befestigt ist.
Die US 3,323,143 A offenbart ein Gestell zur Befestigung einer WC-Schüssel. Das Gestell besteht aus einem vorderen Rahmen (frame 9), der seitliche Lappen zur Aufnahme von Gewindebolzen aufweist, und einen im Abstand zu diesem Rahmen angeordneten Träger, der in einer Wandöffnung befestigt ist. Der Träger ist mit Bolzen im Gebäudeboden verankert und an einem oberen Ende mit seitlich begrenzt verschiebbaren Winkelstücken an Gebäudebalken abgestützt. Bei der Montage müssen diese beiden Winkelstücke jeweils provisorisch mit kurzen Schrauben fixiert werden. Später werden diese kurzen Schrauben entfernt und die Winkelstücke mit Gewindestangen fixiert, an denen die WC-Schüssel befestigt wird. Das Traggestell ist aufwändig in der Herstellung und in der Montage. Eine Spülung mit einem Unterputzspülkasten ist hier nicht vorgesehen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Montagegestell der genannten Art zu schaffen, das auch beim Vorhandensein von stockwerkverbindenden Leitungen eine einfache und rationelle Montage ermöglicht. Das Montagegestell soll zudem kostengünstig herstellbar und robust sein. Es soll sich insbesondere für die Modernisierung von Gebäuden eignen.
Die Aufgabe ist bei einem gattungsgemässen Montagegestell gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst. Bei dem erfindungsgemässen Montagegestell wird für die Verankerung des Montagegestells ein völlig neuer Weg beschritten, in dem dieses Gestell mit zwei seitlich vorragenden Seitenstützen an Seitenwänden befestigt wird. Die Befestigung erfolgt somit nicht an der Wand, welche hinter dem Montagegestell angeordnet ist, sondern an gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden. Eine solche Wandhalterung eignet sich insbesondere dort, wo vergleichsweise enge Räume vorhanden sind, wie dies insbesondere in sogenannten Plattenbauten der Fall ist. Versuche haben gezeigt, dass auch mit einer solchen seitlichen Befestigung eine hinreichende Stabilität des Montagegestelles erreicht wird. Das Montagegestell eignet sich deshalb insbesondere zur Befestigung einer WC-Anlage mit einer WC-Schüssel.
Eine besonders einfache Montage und Anpassung an unterschiedliche Räume ist dann gewährleistet, wenn gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung die beiden Seitenstützen seitlich und horizontal ausziehbar am Montagegestell gelagert sind. Die Lagerung der Seitenstützen am Montagegestell ist dann besonders stabil und konstruktiv einfach, wenn die beiden Seitenstützen an einer Kopftraverse des Montagegestells gelagert sind. Diese Kopftraverse ist vorzugsweise als ein seitlich offenes Hohlprofil ausgebildet. Die beiden Seitenstützen sind dann jeweils seitlich in das Hohlprofil eingeschoben und in diesem gleitverschieblich gelagert.
Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass sich die Seitenstützen im Hohlprofil wenigstens teilweise überlappen. Diese Seitenstützen können dann besonders lang, beispielsweise entsprechend der Breite des Montagegestells ausgebildet sein. Dies ermöglicht eine Montage auch in vergleichsweise breiten Räumen. Eine besonders kostengünstige Herstellung ergibt sich dann, wenn die beiden Seitenstützen jeweils als Flachprofile ausgebildet und an einem äusseren Ende abgewinkelt sind. Die Stützen lassen sich dann sehr einfach und kostengünstig aus einem Stahlband herstellen. Ein besonders kostengünstiges Montagegestell ergibt sich dann, wenn gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung die beiden Füsse jeweils eine Stütze aufweisen und diese Stützen gleich ausgebildet sind wie die genannten Seitenstützen. Das Montagegestell kann dann aus weniger unterschiedlichen Teilen hergestellt werden. Die Seitenstützen lassen sich dann für den Transport zusammenfügen und beispielsweise in die Kopftraverse oder in einen Fuss einschieben. Die Fixierung der Seitenstützen erfolgt gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung mit zwei Klemmschrauben, die am Montagegestell angeordnet sind.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Die Fig. 1 zeigt ein in einem Gebäuderaum angeordnetes Montagegestell 2, das mit zwei Fussstützen 4 auf einen Gebäudeboden 15 gestellt ist und das mit zwei, eine Wandhalterung 1 bildende, Seitenstützen 3 an Seitenwänden 16 abgestützt ist. Das Montagegestell 2 befindet sich vor einer Gebäudewand 17, die parallel ist zur Ebene des Montagegestells 2. Das rahmenförmige Gestell 2 weist zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete vertikale Tragstangen 9 auf, die an einem oberen Ende mit einer Kopftraverse 7 und in einem unteren Bereich mit zwei Traversen 12 fest miteinander verbunden sind. Zwischen den Tragstangen 9 ist an diesen ein üblicher Unterputzspülkasten 10 befestigt, der in bekannter Weise an ein Spülrohr 11 angeschlossen ist. Zwischen den Traversen 12 befindet sich eine Rohrschelle 13 zur Befestigung des hier nicht gezeigten Abgangbogens der WC-Schüssel. An den Traversen 12 wird die hier nicht gezeigte WC-Schüssel befestigt.
Die Kopftraverse 7 ist vorzugsweise ein im Querschnitt viereckiges Hohlprofil. In dieses Hohlprofil sind die beiden Seitenstützen 3 eingeschoben. Die Einschubtiefe der Seitenstützen 3 kann unterschiedlich sein und ist so eingestellt, dass die Stützen 3, wie in Fig. 1 gezeigt, mit jeweils einem abgewinkelten Teil 5 mit hier nicht gezeigten Befestigungsmitteln, beispielsweise mit Dübelschrauben an den Seitenwänden 16 befestigt werden kann. Für den Durchgang von Befestigungsschrauben weisen diese Teile 5 jeweils ein Langloch 6 auf. Damit können auch Anpassungen in der Höhe vorgenommen werden. Die Länge der Seitenstützen 3 entspricht etwa der Länge der Kopftraverse 7. Im eingeschobenen Zustand überlappen sich diese Seitenstützen 3 in der Kopftraverse 7. Bei der Montage werden die Seitenstützen 3 so weit aus der Kopftraverse 7 herausgezogen, bis sie, wie in Fig. 1 gezeigt, an den Seitenwänden 16 anliegen. Anschliessend werden mit Klemmschrauben 8 in der Traverse 7 die Seitenstützen 3 am Montagegestell 2 festgeklemmt. Die beiden Seitenstützen 3 sind vorzugsweise als Flachprofile aus einem geeigneten Stahlband hergestellt. Denkbar ist jedoch auch eine Ausführung, bei welcher die Seitenstützen 3 jeweils als Rohr, beispielsweise als im Querschnitt viereckiges Rohr hergestellt sind.
Die Fussstützen 4 sind jeweils in einer Tragstange 9 verschieblich gelagert und werden jeweils auch mit Klemmschrauben 14 fixiert. Diese Fussstützen 4 sind vorzugsweise gleich ausgebildet wie die Seitenstützen 3, was die Herstellung wesentlich vereinfacht. Für den Transport ist vorgesehen, dass die Seitenstützen 3 neben den Fussstützen 4 in die Tragstangen 9 eingeschoben werden, wie die Fig. 4 zeigt. Dies ermöglicht einen besonders platzsparenden Transport.

Claims (8)

  1. Montagegestell (2) für Sanitärapparate, welches zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete vertikale Tragstangen (9) aufweist, die an einem oberen Ende mit einer Kopftraverse (7) und in einem unteren Bereich mit weiteren Traversen (12) zur Befestigung einer WC-Schüssel miteinander verbunden sind und zwischen denen ein Unterputzspülkasten (10) befestigbar ist, welches Montagegestell beplankbar ist und an einem unteren Ende auf einen Fussboden (15) abzustellende Füsse (4) und an einem oberen Ende wenigstens zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete und an einem Gebäude (16, 17) befestigbare Stützen (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Stützen (3) als Seitenstützen ausgebildet sind, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Ebene des Montagegestells (2) seitlich vorragen und mit denen das Montagegestell (2) an gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (16) befestigbar ist, wobei die beiden Stützen (3) bezüglich einer Frontseite des Montagegestells (2) nicht vorstehend sind und an der Kopftraverse (7) des Montagegestells (2) seitlich und horizontal ausziehbar gelagert sind.
  2. Montagegestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopftraverse (7) ein seitlich offenes Hohlprofil ist und die beiden Seitenstützen (3) jeweils an einem Ende in das Hohlprofil eingeschoben sind.
  3. Montagegestell nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Seitenstützen (3) im Hohlprofil wenigstens teilweise überlappen.
  4. Montagegestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Seitenstützen (3) jeweils als Flachprofile ausgebildet und an einem äusseren Ende abgewinkelt sind.
  5. Montagegestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Füsse jeweils eine Stütze (4) aufweisen und dass diese Stützen (4) gleich ausgebildet sind wie die genannten Seitenstützen (3).
  6. Montagegestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenstützen (3) jeweils an einem äusseren Ende in einem abgewinkelten Teil (5) ein Langloch (6) für ihre Befestigung an einer Gebäudewand (16) aufweisen.
  7. Montagegestell nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenstützen (3) und die Fussstützen (4) für den Transport zusammenfügbar und in die Kopftraverse (7) oder in eine Tragstange (9) einschiebbar sind.
  8. Montagegestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Montagegestell (2) wenigstens eine Klemmschrauben (8) angeordnet ist, mit der die Seitenstützen (3) festklemmbar sind.
