Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Lagekorrektur eines aus Schienen (4) und Schwellen (5) gebildeten Gleises (6), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:a) voneinander unabhängiges Aufmessen der linken und rechten Schiene (4) eines Gleisabschnittes zur Ermittlung und Aufzeichnung einer Höhen-Istlage (15) durch eine Rechen- und Steuereinheit (13),b) elektronische Glättung von über einer wählbaren Toleranzgrenze befindlichen Höhenlagefehlern unter Bildung einer Höhen-Sollage (19),c) Eingrenzung eines für die Lagekorrektur in die ermittelte Höhen-Sollage (19) vorgesehenen Gleiskorrekturabschnittes (24) innerhalb des vermessenen Gleisabschnittes durch Festlegung eines Start- und Endpunktes (S,E) für die Lagekorrektur,d) Positionieren eines Stopfaggregates (7) einer Stopfmaschine (1) genau am Startpunkt (S) des ermittelten Gleiskorrekturabschnittes (24),e) Begrenzung der Schienenanhebung am Startpunkt (S) auf die Höhenlage des an den Startpunkt (S) angrenzenden, nicht korrigierten Gleisabschnittes (22), undf) Durchführung der Gleislagekorrektur unter voneinander unabhängiger Anhebung und Unterstopfung beider Schienen (4) des Gleises (6) in die ermittelte Höhen-Sollage (19).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhen-Istlage (15,16) der linken und rechten Schiene (4) unabhängig voneinander aufgezeichnet und auf einem Monitor (14) graphisch dargestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betriebsarten: Normal-, Doppel- oder Dreifachstopfen bzw. Hochdruckstopfen automatisch in Abhängigkeit von der Differenz zwischen Höhen-Ist- und Höhen-Sollage (15,19) angesteuert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronische Glättung der aufgemessenen Höhen-Istlage (15) durch ein Pfeilhöhen-Ausgleichsverfahren erzielt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige Position des Stopfaggregates (7) relativ zum Gleis (6) auf dem Monitor (14) angezeigt wird.
