Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Festen Fahrbahn für zumindest ein Eisenbahngleis, insbesondere für den Hochgeschwindigkeitsverkehr,wobei zunächst eine hydraulisch gebundene Tragschicht auf einen Untergrund aufgebracht wird,wobei Metallträger mit angeschlossenen Schienenauflagerköpfen auf der hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht ausgerichtet werden,wobei im Anschluss daran die Eisenbahnschienen auf den Schienenauflagerköpfen montiert werdenund wobei daraufhin eine Betontragschicht mit der Maßgabe auf der hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht aufbetoniert wird, dass die Metallträger in die Betontragschicht einbetoniert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei zumindest ein Längsbewehrungselement in die Betontragschicht einbetoniert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei Gitterträger als Metallträger eingesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei Stahlprofile als Metallträger eingesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei mit am Metallträger festbetonierten Schienenauflagerköpfen gearbeitet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei Schienenauflagerköpfe eingesetzt werden, an deren der hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht zugewandten Unterseite Auflagerfüße angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Metallträger mit den integrierten Schienenauflagerköpfen mit den Eisenbahnschienen zu einem Gleisrostabschnitt vormontiert werden und auf der hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht ausgelegt und ausgerichtet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei an den Längsrändern der hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht Schalungselemente für die Betontragschicht befestigt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei zumindest zwei Metallträger zu einem Trägerelement kombiniert werden, welches Trägerelement x + 1 integrierte und der ersten Eisenbahnschiene zugeordnete Schienenauflagerköpfe aufweist sowie x integrierte und der zweiten Eisenbahnschiene zugeordnete Schienenauflagerköpfe aufweist (mit x ≥ 1).
- Feste Fahrbahn für zumindest ein Eisenbahngleis, insbesondere für den Hochgeschwindigkeitsverkehr, - mit einer auf einem Untergrund aufgebrachten hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht (2), wobei unmittelbar auf die hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht (2) eine Betontragschicht (12) aufgebracht ist, wobei Metallträger (5) vollständig in die Betontragschicht (12) einbetoniert sind
und wobei an die Metallträger (5) jeweils zwei beabstandete Schienenauflagerköpfe (6) für Eisenbahnschienen (11) angeschlossen sind, die zumindest teilweise in die Betontragschicht (12) einbetoniert sind.
