Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Richten von metallischem Gut, mit einer Mehrzahl von zickzackförmig angeordneten Richtwalzen, mit wenigstens einem Verteilergetriebe (30), das von wenigstens einem Motor angetrieben ist und mechanisch gekoppelte Abtriebsstränge aufweist, die zumindest einen Teil der Richtwalzen antreiben, wobei Bereiche positiver Momente und negativer Momente auftreten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine richtungsgeschaltete Kupplung (38; 42) im Bereich der negativen Momente vorgesehen ist, die das Entstehen von negativen Momenten reduziert oder ganz verhindert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einigen oder an allen Abtriebssträngen mit negativen Momenten eine richtungsgeschaltete Kupplung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einigen oder an allen Abtriebssträngen eine richtungsgeschaltete Kupplung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüch1 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abtriebsstränge mit negativen Momenten zumindest teilweise in Gruppen aufgeteilt sind und die Abtriebsstränge jeder Gruppe an einem Verteilerrad (20, 21, 22) mechanisch gekoppelt sind und wenigstens ein Verteilerrad mit einer richtungsgeschalteten Kupplung (38, 42) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Richten von metallischem Gut, mit einer Mehrzahl von zickzackförmig angeordneten Richtwalzen, mit wenigstens einem Verteilergetriebe, das von wenigstens einem Motor angetrieben ist und damit gekoppelte Abtriebsstränge aufweist, die zumindest einen Teil der Richtwalzen antreiben, wobei Bereiche positiver Momente und negativer Momente auftreten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Bereich negativer Momente wenigstens eine Entkopplungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die beim Auftreten negativer Momente die Verbindung der jeweiligen Abtriebsstränge mit dem Verteilergetriebe trennt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungstrennung von außen regelbar ist.
